Member of Saudi Royal Family Arrested in L.A. for Alleged Sex Crime

A member of the Saudi royal family was arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of trying to force a woman to perform a sex act on him, police said Thursday.

Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Drake Madison said Majed Abdulaziz Al-Saud, 29, was arrested Wednesday afternoon on three counts, with the main charge being forced oral sex of an adult. Al-Saud is a member of the royal family, according to the LAPD.

Police said the alleged assault occurred in the Beverly Glen area in West Los Angeles, and the alleged victim was a worker at the property.

Officers were sent to a Wallingford Drive home Wednesday afternoon on a report of a disturbance, but when they investigated further Al-Saud was arrested on suspicion of the alleged sex crime as well as on suspicion of battery and false imprisonment, police said.

Jail records show Al-Saud was booked Wednesday and was freed on $300,000 bail Thursday. His next court date is Oct. 19, according to records.

Authorities said it was not immediately clear if the suspect would claim diplomatic immunity, or whether it could be applied in the case.

There was no immediate comment from the Saudi royal family. NBC News was not able to reach a lawyer for Al-Saud.

The royal family, known as the ruling House of Saud, numbers in the several thousands — possibly as many as 10,000, including the extended kin.

Castrate him, surgically attach his "member" over his mouth, so people will see what a useless dickhead he is. If he tries to flee, he, and all who attempt to help him, should be terminated. He would be the only one to receive such punishment, as an example of how the West views the barbarity of islam, with all to be fed, live, to the hogs...

Anybody familiar with this area? Just wondering if this was at a strip club, or massage parlor.

Saudi prince arrested on sex crime charge at Los Angeles mansion

LOS ANGELES

A Saudi prince has been arrested on charges of trying to force a worker at a Beverly Hills estate to perform oral sex, Los Angeles police said on Thursday.

Majed Abdulaziz Al-Saud, 28, was arrested on Wednesday and was released on $300,000 bond the next day, according to police and online jail records.

The Los Angeles Police Department's special consul division said the prince does not have diplomatic immunity, according to the Los Angeles Times and KCBS-TV.

The Los Angeles Times said police descended on the massive estate after a neighbor saw a bleeding woman screaming for help as she tried to scale the property’s surrounding wall on Wednesday.

The $37 million home, in one of the most exclusive enclaves in the world, has been rented for weeks at a time by foreign nationals over the past year, the neighbor told the Times.

The prince is expected to be in court Oct. 19, court records show. Attempts to reach him by telephone were unsuccessful and his attorney was not immediately known. A call to the Saudi embassy was not immediately returned.

A Saudi prince was arrested Wednesday at a compound near Beverly Hills in connection with an alleged sex crime after a bleeding woman was seen trying to flee the grounds.

Majed Abdulaziz Al-Saud, 28, was arrested on suspicion of forced oral copulation of an adult, according to the Los Angeles Times. Police were called to the gated compound after a caretaker at the home reported the disturbance. The Times, citing jail records, reports Al-Saud was freed on $300,000 bail Thursday afternoon. LAPD officer Drake Madison told the newspaper the suspect was booked after 4 p.m.

Capt. Tina Nieto said the police department has a consul liaison that checks with foreign nations’ consulates regarding a certain person’s diplomatic immunity. Nieto said Al-Saud doesn’t have immunity in this case.

Tennyson Collins, a neighbor, told the Times he saw a bleeding woman trying to scale the property’s 8-foot wall on Wednesday. When Collins returned home from work, police followed his car through the gates and then onto the property. He said officers escorted about 20 people out of the compound, most of them staff members.

Police said Al-Saud was renting the home, which Zillow values at $37 million. Collins said different foreign nationals have been renting out the home for weeks at a time over the past year.

Earlier this month, a Qatari prince, Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad al Thani, was videotaped racing a yellow Ferrari through Beverly Hills at speeds of up to 100 miles per hour, blowing through stop signs and frightening residents. Al Thani later denied driving recklessly and claimed he had diplomatic immunity, Beverly Hills police said. Authorities consulted with the State Department and the Qatar consulate and determined he did not have diplomatic immunity, police Chief Dominick Rivetti said during a Sept. 17 news conference.

Al Thani reportedly flew back to Qatar before he could be arrested.

Not necessarily. If the initial reports hold up, such a case could be well beyond the influence of "the family". A big part depends on how far down and over the "family line" this POS is from the current king.

He forgot where he was, which was not at home. No respect for women as always. I would guess she will likely be paid bazillions by the royal family and he will go free.

Remember the DA can press a case now without the direct and voluntary cooperation of the victim based on the evidence at hand.

To look at the local political angle on this, if the woman domestic worker was Hispanic, giving this POS a pass will come back to haunt the DA (and the LA DA Office has enough black eyes from the past already) and going after the accused can only help in the next election.

There are some major politics at play in the family per this. The article does talk about some of the factions.

RT and Press TV both have been reporting about this for a few days:

A senior member of Saudi Arabia’s royal family has circulated a letter expressing fear that the monarchy may collapse unless the king is urgently replaced and the position of deputy crown prince scrapped, Middle East Eye can reveal.

The letter was signed “a descendant of the King Abdulaziz of the House of Saud”. More women accuse Saudi prince after his arrest on sex crime charge, LAPD says

A Saudi prince who allegedly tried to force a female worker to perform a sex act on him inside a massive property near Beverly Hills has now been accused of attacking other women in the home, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Majed Abdulaziz Al-Saud, 28, was arrested this week on suspicion of forced oral copulation of an adult and freed Thursday on $300,000 bail.

Police said Friday they are investigating claims that Al-Saud also preyed on other women on the estate.

Detectives "found more victims who were also alleging crimes against Mr. Al-Saud," said LAPD Officer Drake Madison.

Al-Saud was detained by police for hours Wednesday afternoon as officers investigated a reported disturbance inside the 22,000-square-foot residence about 12:45 p.m., Madison said.

He was held on suspicion of false imprisonment, sexual assault and battery, then ultimately booked for alleged forced oral copulation of a worker inside the residence, Madison said.

Neighbors reported seeing a bleeding woman screaming for help as she tried to scale an 8-foot-high wall that surrounds the property, at the end of a cul de sac in the 2500 block of Wallingford Drive. The home is within a gated community in the Beverly Glen area.

Neighbor Tennyson Collins said a resident reported seeing a bleeding woman scream for help as she tried to scale the property’s wall Wednesday afternoon.

When Collins drove home from work after 1:30 p.m., police followed his car through the gates and onto the property, which he described as a compound. The website Zillow valued the property at $37 million.

Officers escorted about 20 people out of the house, many of them staff, Collins said.

Police said Al-Saud was renting the home. Collins said various foreign nationals have been renting out the property for weeks at a time over the last year, but that the biggest incident up to Wednesday had been a raucous party or two. One person who rented out the home stationed armed guards at the gates, he said.

“Obviously neighbors aren’t happy about it, but it is what it is,” Collins said of the international visitors.

The LAPD has a consul liaison division that checks with foreign nations' consulates regarding diplomatic immunity, said Capt. Tina Nieto. Police determined Al-Saud does not have immunity in this case, she said.

Some foreign royalty do have diplomatic immunity, but it depends on the dignitary's status in his home country’s government and the level of the offense he is accused of committing in the United States, she said.

Jail records show Al-Saud is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 19.

The State Department and Saudi Arabia embassy have not responded to requests for comment.

Saudi prince avoids felony charges in sex assault case near Beverly Hills

Joseph Serna•Contact Reporter

October 19, 2015, 8:08 PM

Los Angeles County prosecutors said Monday they will not file charges against a Saudi prince arrested on suspicion of sexual assault at a compound on the edge of Beverly Hills, citing insufficient evidence.

Majed Abdulaziz Al-Saud, 29, was arrested last month after a female worker accused him of trying to force her to perform a sex act on him inside a Beverly Glen residence he was renting, police said. Police alleged there were multiple victims, and within days of Al-Saud’s arrest three women sued him in civil court.

Although prosecutors said there was not enough evidence for felony charges, the case was referred to the L.A. city attorney’s office, which could charge him with a misdemeanor. Officials in that office said they would have to review the case before making any decisions.

Al-Saud has said he was innocent, his attorney Alan Jackson said.

“The allegations against him are false,” Jackson said. “The decision by the D.A.’s office not to file charges shows that the accuser’s stories cannot be substantiated. The sheik is very happy to put it behind him and move on with his life.”

Al-Saud has remained in Southern California, free on $300,000 bail, since his arrest Sept. 23, Jackson said. A court appearance scheduled for Monday did not occur because he wasn’t charged, officials said.

A civil lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court on Sept. 25 says he attacked other women inside the home for several days.

The suit, filed by three women identified only as Jane Does, accuses him of “extreme,” “outrageous” and “despicable” behavior that ended in his arrest.

The women remain undeterred despite Monday’s announcement, their attorney, Van Frish, said.

“Generally, if someone doesn’t do something wrong, they don’t get arrested,” he said. “Just the simple human aspect of it, he could’ve apologized … for doing what he did.”

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages and says that Al-Saud inflicted emotional distress, assault and battery, sexual discrimination and retaliation against the workers.

Al-Saud was detained by police for hours last month after a reported disturbance inside the compound, police said. After police interviewed other people inside the residence, they arrested Al-Saud on suspicion of forcing oral copulation.

When officers arrived at the home, they found a “party atmosphere,” LAPD Lt. John Jenal said last month.

Neighbors reported seeing a bleeding woman screaming for help as she tried to scale an 8-foot-high wall that surrounds the property at the end of a cul-de-sac in the 2500 block of Wallingford Drive.

The home is in a gated community just outside Beverly Hills.

So he was trying to force her to fellate him. Well maybe the next woman he tries this sh*t on will bite it off.

Look the Saudis can get away with anything anywhere without impunity, this is a case in point, doesn't matter what sex act he did, makes no difference, the Saudis will always get away with it.
They will get away with any lawless activity anywhere on the the globe since they have all the oil wealth.

Saudi prince accused of gay sex, threats, and fart-in-face demand

By Todd Venezia
October 21, 2015 | 7:46am

A Saudi Arabian prince is accused by three female staffers of acting like a bizarre party boy — engaging in a gay-sex act in front of them, threatening a woman’s life, demanding that an assistant fart in his face while others watched and declaring, “I am a prince and I do what I want,” according to a report.

Prince Majed bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is the son of the late King Abdullah, allegedly engaged in the lurid behavior at his $37 million mansion in Beverly Hills, according to a lawsuit filed by a trio of women who worked for him there, the Daily Mail reports.

The lawsuit accuses Al Saud, 29, of being drunk and on drugs — and of making crude sexual advances on men and women alike.

The prince is accused of getting on top of one woman and grinding on her in a “sexual and aggressive manner.” He also allegedly threatened the life of another woman after she refused to “party” with him, the report said.

The prince of Saudi Arabia — where gay acts are punishable by death — was also witnessed romping with a male aide, whom the women saw stroking his penis, the Los Angeles civil suit says.

And he is accused of making one of the women watch while he had a male aide fart in his face. When he was challenged on his behavior, he allegedly shouted out, “I am a prince and I do what I want. You are nobody.”

According to the suit, the activity was witnessed by the women at the mansion between Sept. 21 and Sept. 25, while they were there caring for the house during the prince’s visit to the United States.

The women say he got off to a wild start on his first night by hosting a party featuring “multiple escorts,” the report said. They also claim he got involved in “illicit drug abuse” and became “increasingly intoxicated.”

On the second night, Sept. 22, he allegedly did it all over again, with another escort party, the report said.

At one point, he allegedly took a liking to one woman and made her stand next to him all night, before telling her, “Tomorrow, I will have a party with you and you will do everything I want or I will kill you.”

The LA District Attorney’s Office on Monday announced it was dropping felony charges of sexual assault against the prince, who was earlier accused of trying to force a woman into a sex act at his mansion, according to CNN. The DA could still pursue misdemeanor charges.
