I've only recently begun listening to Master Sha's material, but I've already noticed a spiritual calming effect. I highly recommend them.
There are tons of free stuff, in addition to the things he sells. A lot of stuff can be downloaded for free on Itunes, with the rest being available on his site. I've already downloaded about 100 mp3's and there's still more in the free pile!
There are a few actual musical songs, such as the 'love peace harmony' song, and there are tons of voice only singing prayers for healing the body mind spirit. You can download and play the ones for areas that you need assistance with. There are also videos of people getting direct healing from Master Sha as well as interviews and testimonials, etc.
One thing though, they have 2 or 3 sites, and the older ones are being phased out, but they seem to be taking forever to do it, so it makes it confusing because the old site is supposed to have some of the free stuff but there's a lot of dead links and the shopping cart is not functional. The new site is also not super well organized, but you can still get around well enough.
