Walkin' Away

Vector7,
Were you reading my mind? :apc: This is exactly what I was alluding to in my very doomy post.

Bubble Head, yes...I know what you are saying. It is an exciting time to be alive; but I also fear for those who will have to live in the aftermath of these events. We are already seeing precursors of the evil one's kingdom/plan that will be established here on the earth.

I also know that the Good Book tells us, "...except those days be shortened, no flesh will be saved."

That is why, I keep looking up and listening for "The Call".

Kind Regards,
Walkin' Away

IDF: As of 19:00, since the beginning of Op. "Guardian of the Walls", approximately 3,350 rockets have been fired from Gaza at Israeli territory, of which approximately 500 failed launches fell in Gaza. The Iron Dome Air Defense System has an intercept rate of approximately 90%.

Time for the ole antichrist to stand-up and strike a peace deal. Just watch.

We are about to find out if it is 7 years or a literal 7 weeks.

Why do Biden, Kerry et al want to restore the Iran deal? Why don't they openly support Israel?

Rule of thumb:

Middle East peace is possible.

The main obstacle, however, is the regime ruling #Iran, as it thrives on fueling wars through terrorism.

Syria - Assad regime
Gaza - Hamas & Islamic Jihad
Lebanon - Hezbollah
Yemen - Houthis
Iraq - Extremist militias

Iran's foreign minister is still claiming John Kerry told him about more than 200 Israeli covert ops taking place in Syria. Zarif claims Kerry even warned him about airstrikes. If this is true, it's possibly the most egregious betrayal against an ally in US history.

At some point I expect to see articles appear, starting in the foreign press, that highlight dealings by the Dems that will sow further discontent domesticly and internally, and the majority of it will be true.

I think Israel was wise to suggest that at least by Thursday they might consider negotiations because much of the world (including most of Europe) is getting increasingly upset at the situation.

Not that Israel has to listen to anyone, but I think the TV Reporter on Israeli TV 24 was correct that first night when he suggested that Israel had a limited amount of time they could keep bombing Gaza because no matter how careful they were the pictures of dead babies and other civilians would start to mount up.

That said, Gaza has GOT to stop firing endless missiles at Israel, no country can put up with constant attacks like that and would have to be an IRON CLAD part of any cease-fire.

An obvious "exchange" would be that Isreal would agree to a (temporary) halt to evictions in East Jerusalem and Hamas would agree to stop firing missiles into Israel.

But common sense is often the first thing to leave the building when the shooting gets serious (in any war and this is one).

I also think that Israel has made its point that it WILL decapitate and destroy Gaza if they have to, but I suspect the reason they want to wait until Thursday is that there are a few more key leaders they really want to remove from the face of the Earth and I can't say that I blame them.

On the other hand, Gaza is a very small place and they can only take down so many buildings before they will have a humanitarian nightmare on their hands when it is all over.

Also, I think the longer this goes on, the more likely it that some crazy like the Sultan of Turkey or perhaps Jordan might enter the war and that could get really messy, really fast.

This time I think that unlike 1967, this time nukes would be put into play and I'd hate to see even Istanbul, Isfahan or Amman turned into glass. The aftermath of that would be unstoppable and horrifying.
