Did anyone else catch today's 4.7 earthquake in the very far northern Arctic? By my notes this is the 39th event since October 2017 that was above 84 degrees north latitude, which by my math works out to less than 450 miles from the North Pole. The first three on the same day (October 28, 2017) that initially caught my attention were described then as "unprecedented," so you have to wonder what the heck is going on up there!
