I would start it out by asking if anyone has ever utilized the left over dressing by making patties out of it and frying it like a hot cake ? It goes good for those who use eggs for breakfast . Also good to patty out a patty from the mashed potatoes and fry it also . ( fry in small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet to keep the patties from being grease soaked). Use both patties with your choice of your way of warming up the turkey. ( ya can even fry a slice of turkey the same way) .

I'm quite fond of fried leftover mashed spuds, Wimpy.

I hadn't thought about making patties from the stuffing, but that's a good idea. I'm not really sure how much we have leftover. The kids will still be here until Sunday morning, and we have a lot of meals left before then. I'm not even sure I have enough ribs left for a meal for Saturday night. I know that turkey sandwiches started being made last night already. I need to make more bread today to accommodate that desire.

leftovers are great ....

if you can get them! I thought I prepared enough for more than the 18 people we had, but the mashed potatoes were nearly all gone. Only had a small dish left, and I don't know what happened to the gravy that was left. My sil threw out the turkey carcass so I imagine the gravy went south, too. My other sil had picked the carcass clean so the meat is in the frig, but I could have cooked the carcass some more and make broth. Oh well. The turkey was delicious and I sent home leftovers with the person who brought the dish. Not a lot left! Glad ya all had a great feast.

I just queried the populace about tonight's dinner.

I said, "You have a choice between leftovers or salmon patties". The majority just wanted to nuke up some leftovers. I can take a nap now, I suppose.

Wienie lotus from left over potatoes

Had this one once before but perhaps someone missed it and it is quite different.

Split a wiener length wise and spoon lots of mashed potatoes on top that have some chopped onion and parsley in them. Top with cheese ( your choice) and bake until the cheese is melted.

turkey salad sandwich; To some finely chopped up turkey add some boiled eggs (also chopped up ) some salad dressing . Use like sandwich spread.
Optional; Add some chopped dill or sweet pickles .

turkey divine: Chop up chunks of turkey , put in white sauce with some chopped onion and spoon the mixture over toast
