‘A President is Not a King’ – Attorneys General Blast Joe Biden For Signing Record Number of Executive Orders in First Week in Office

Several state attorneys general wrote a letter to Joe Biden slamming him for signing a record number of executive orders in his first week in office.
Dictator Biden has signed approximately 3 dozen executive orders in his first week in office.

Biden is unilaterally legislating and has completely ignored Congress – the Democrats control both the House and Senate yet Joe Biden is moving full speed ahead issuing executive fiats.

Attorneys general of Texas, Mississippi, West Virginia, Arkansas, Montana and Indiana, signed a letter to Joe Biden reminding him that a US president has “limited power.”

The top lawyers of each state argued “State Attorneys General in particular serve as an important check and balance as the President carries out his constitutional charges.”

“Under the Constitution, the principal political control of our government is entrusted not to the President, but to the carefully constructed Congress which serves as both sail and anchor of the federal ship of state,” they wrote. “Congress writes the laws and the President and his officers are limited under the Constitution to the role of faithfully carrying them out.”

“But a president is not a Prime Minister or a King and must respect that his constitutional office is a limited Chief Executive, not the supreme authority of the state,” they wrote, adding that “overreaching and defying Congress will not be rewarded or succeed.”

“The President is obliged by oath to obey the laws enacted by Congress. Statutory roadblocks and constraints are not mere opportunities for creative lawyering or administrative gamesmanship.”

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Thursday evaded the question when a reporter asked about Joe Biden’s record number of executive orders.

“Since Biden has gotten into office, he’s been acting largely unilaterally. I mean we saw record breaking number of executive orders, he has not yet met with lawmakers on Capitol Hill – we are not even quite sure who he’s talking to on Capitol Hill…does the White House believe this is the best way to make policy…?” the reporter asked.

Psaki totally evaded the question and gave a non-answer which is to be expected from an administration that seized power through vote fraud.

6 Warning Signs From Biden's First Week In Office

SATURDAY, JAN 30, 2021 - 19:00
Authored by Kit Knightly via Off-Guardian.org,

The “progressive” candidate praised as a “woke bloke” seems to be carrying on where all his authoritarian Imperialist predecessors left off...

It’s been a busy first week for the 46th President of the United States, there are the 20,000 troops occupying the capital city to organise, as well as the totally unprecedented show-trial of his immediate predecessor.

You know, usual democracy type stuff.

On top of that, Biden has now signed at least 37 executive orders in his first week. The record for any President, and more than the previous four presidents combined.

What do these orders, or any of his other moves, tell us about the future plans of the recently “elected” administration? Nothing good, unfortunately.

1. VACCINATION PASSPORTS
I still remember people claiming the introduction of vaccination passports (or immunity passes or the like) was just a “conspiracy theory”, the paranoid fantasy of fringe “covidiots”. All the way back in December, when they were getting fact-checked by tabloid journalists who can’t do basic maths.

These days they are rebranded as “freedom certificates” which are “divisive, politically tricky and probably inevitable”.

Many countries are already preparing to roll it out, including Iceland the UK and South Africa. Biden’s “Executive Order on Promoting COVID-19 Safety in Domestic and International Travel” adds the US to this list:
International Certificates of Vaccination or Prophylaxis. Consistent with applicable law, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of HHS, and the Secretary of Homeland Security (including through the Administrator of the TSA), in coordination with any relevant international organizations, shall assess the feasibility of linking COVID-19 vaccination to International Certificates of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP) and producing electronic versions of ICVPs.
2. CABINET APPOINTMENTS
Biden’s cabinet is praised as the “most diverse” in history, but will hiring a few non-white people really change the decades-old policies of US Imperialism? It certainly doesn’t look like it.

His pick for Under Secretary of State is Victoria Nuland, a neocon warmonger and one of the masterminds of the Maidan coup in Ukraine in 2014. She is married to Robert Kagan, another neocon warmonger, co-founder of the Project for a New American Century and senior fellow at the Brookings Institute and one of the masterminds behind the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

The incoming Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, is also an inveterate US Imperialist, arguing for every US military intervention since the 1990s, and criticised Trump’s decision to withdraw from Syria.

Biden’s pick for Defence Secretary is the first African-American ever appointed to this role, but former General Lloyd Austin is hardly going be some kind of “progressive” voice int his cabinet. He’s a career soldier who retired from the military in 2016 to join the board of Raytheon Technologies, an arms manufacturer and military contractor.

As “diverse” as this cabinet may be in skin colour or gender…there is most certainly no “diversity” of opinion or policy. There are very few new faces and no new thoughts.

So, it looks like we can expect more of the same in terms of foreign policy. A fact that’s already been displayed in…

3. IRAQ…
Despite heavy resistance from the military and Deep State, Donald Trump wanted to end the war in Iraq and pledged to pull American troops out of the country. This was one of Trump’s more popular policies, and during the campaign Biden made no mention of intending to reverse that decision.

Then, on the very day of Biden’s inauguration, ISIS conducted their deadliest suicide bombing for over three years, and suddenly the situation was too unstable for the US to leave, and Biden is being forced to “review” Trump’s planned withdrawal.

The Iraqi parliament has made it clear it wants the US to take its military off their soil, so any American forces on Iraqi land are technically there illegally in contravention of international law. But that never bothered them before.

4. …AFGHANISTAN…
Turns out the US can’t withdraw from Afghanistan either. Last February Trump signed a deal with the Taliban that all US personnel would leave Afghanistan by May 2021.

Joe Biden has already committed to “reviewing” this deal. Sec. Blinken was quoted as saying that Biden’s admin wanted:
to end this so-called forever war [but also] retain some capacity to deal with any resurgence of terrorism, which is what brought us there in the first place”.
As a great man once said, nothing someone says before the word “but” really counts. The US will not be withdrawing from Afghanistan, and if there is any public pressure to do so, the government will simply claim the Taliban broke their side of the deal first, or stage a few terrorist attacks.

5. …AND SYRIA
Far from simply continuing the on-going wars, there are already signs Biden’s “diverse” team will look to escalate, or even start, other conflicts.

Syria was another theatre of war from which Donald Trump wanted to extricate the United States, unilaterally ordering all US troops from the country in late 2019.

We now know the Pentagon ignored those orders. They lied to the President, telling Trump they had followed his orders…but not withdrawing a single man.

This organized mutiny against the Commander-in-Chief of the US Armed Forces was played for a joke in the media when it was finally revealed.

There will be no need for any such duplicity now Biden is in the Oval Office, he was a vocal critic of the decision to withdraw, claiming it gave ISIS a “new lease of life”. Indeed, within two days of his being sworn in a column of American military vehicles was seen entering Syria from Iraq.

6. DOMESTIC TERRORISM
We called this before the inauguration. They made it just too obvious. Before the dirty footprints had been cleaned from Nancy Pelosi’s desk it was clear where it was all going.

Within 24 hours of being sworn in as president, Biden had ordered a “review of the threat posed by domestic terrorism”.

As usual, the press are laying down the covering fire for this. Talking heads have been busily comparing MAGA voters to al Qaida in television interviews. The Washington Post and New Yorker Journal have cut-and-paste pieces about this supposed threat. Politico published an article titled “Biden vowed to defeat domestic terrorism. The how is the hard part”, which outlines what Biden could do:
Direct the Justice Department, FBI and National Security Council to execute a top-down approach prioritizing domestic terrorism; pass new domestic terrorism legislation; or do a bit of both as Democrats propose a crack down on social media giants like Facebook for algorithms that promote conspiracy laden posts.
That last part is key. The “crack down on social media” part, because the anti-Domestic Terrorism legislation will likely be very focused on communication and so-called “misinformation”.

Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez has publicly called for a congressional panel to “rein in” the media:
We’re going to have to figure out how we rein in our media environment so you can’t just spew disinformation and misinformation,”
And who will be the target of these crack downs and new legislations? Well, according John Brennan (ex-head of the CIA and accomplished war criminal), practically anybody:
.@JohnBrennan: Biden intel community “are moving in laser-like fashion to try to uncover as much as they can about” the pro-Trump “insurgency” that harbors “religious extremists, authoritarians, fascists, bigots, racists, nativists, even libertarians” pic.twitter.com/SjVXWhPhR8
— Tom Elliott (@tomselliott) January 20, 2021
They’re casting a wide net. Expect “extremist”, “bigot” and “racist” to be just a few of the words which have their meanings totally revised in the next few months. “Conspiracy theorist” will be used a lot, too.

Further, they are moving closer and closer toward the “anyone who disagrees with us is literally insane” model. With many articles actually talking about “de-programming” Trump voters. The Atlantic suggests “mental hygiene” would cure the MAGA problem.

Again AOC is on point here, clearly auditioning for the role of High Inquisitor, claiming that the new Biden government needs to fund programs that “de-radicalise” “conspiracy theorists” who are on the “spectrum of radicalisation”.
* * *
As I said at the beginning, it’s been a busy week for Joe Biden, but you can sum up his biggest policy plans in one short sentence: More violence overseas, less tolerance of dissent and strict clampdowns on “misinformation”.

How progressive.

JEFF POOR30 Jan 20213,036

Friday on Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” host Tucker Carlson warned about the tactics employed by Democrats and their allies to suppress dissent and so-called divisive rhetoric of their political opponents.

Carlson said such treatment with the intention of accumulating power could ultimately result in more radicalism.

Transcript as follows:
CARLSON: Happy Friday. What a week. A lot going on in this country right now, but maybe the single biggest mystery when you take three steps back is why Democrats became so vicious after they won.
So, Joe Biden got the White House, his party took the Congress, you’d think they’d be thrilled. That’s what they wanted. You think they’d be celebrating? But no. Instead they started a purge.

Within hours, Democrats began crushing even the mildest dissent.
They shut down an entire social media company called Parler, not because Parler had done anything wrong, but simply because they couldn’t control it. They couldn’t take the chance that somebody on Parler might criticize them, so they eliminated it.

Then two days ago, they arrested a man and threw him in handcuffs brought him up on federal charges because he made fun of Hillary Clinton on Twitter, that man is now facing 10 years in prison.

Democrats then declared war on their rival political party, not by the way, a metaphorical war, but an actual one: soldiers and paramilitary law enforcement and the world’s most powerful intelligence agencies.
They denounced Republicans even the fairly moderate establishment figures who pose really no conceivable threat to anyone.
They denounce them as dangerous terrorists, they linked them to ISIS and al Qaeda, and anyone who complained about this or fought back in any way, was threatened with expulsion from Congress.
In other words, it doesn’t matter what voters decided in November, in the name of democracy, you can no longer serve in the Congress.
That’s what they said. Nor are dissidents permitted in the Federal bureaucracy. No one who disagrees with our beliefs, Democrats have announced can work in the U.S. government.
We’re not overstating it; that all actually happened, and you saw it. Nothing like that has ever taken place in this country before. This is the most sweeping and audacious assault on civil liberties in American history.
So, the question is, what accounts for this? Why are they doing it? It’s worth figuring that out.
On the most basic level, of course, it’s a power grab. We said that from the first day and it remains true. The Democratic Party doesn’t exist to serve some abstract principle, liberty and justice or the Bill of Rights.
No. Nor is its primary goal improving the lives of its voters. If you’ve been to Detroit, you know that’s true.
No, the Democratic Party exists to accumulate power, all of it. Some is never enough. The impulse is to control everything. So that’s what they’re trying to do now amidst the chaos and tumult.
But that’s not all that’s going on right now. There’s more. Look around: watch as Democrats erect a permanent steel prison fence around the United States Capitol. Why is that fence there? Well, to protect the people inside, to keep the public out of what we used to call the People’s House. That’s happening tonight as we speak.
Then notice the thousands of armed soldiers and law enforcement agents stationed outside that fence. What’s their purpose? Again, protecting the people inside.
Then ask yourself why are House Democrats planning to use federal committee funds to pay for more personal security for themselves?
Why the renewed push to seize firearms from law-abiding Americans who have committed no crime? Why does Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez seem on the verge of tears as she describes as she was almost murdered on January 6 at the Capitol.
She is not entirely putting it on, she seems to mean it.
If you’re sensing a theme here, there is in fact a theme and the theme is panic, fear and it’s real. You are looking at leaders who are genuinely afraid of the people they are supposed to be leading.
Here’s the really interesting thing: they seem much more afraid now that Donald Trump has left office. With Donald Trump gone, they sense that a period of actual populism has begun, real populism, and they may be right.
Look at what happened this week on Wall Street. A group of guys on Reddit trading stocks in their boxer shorts exposed the entire American finance establishment as the corrupt and fraudulent scam that it often is. That’s a pivotal moment in this country.
Once you see something like that, you can’t un-see it. Once someone pulls the mask from your face, he still remembers your face. People’s attitudes about our economy will change forever because of what happened this week. It’s a big deal.
The Biden administration’s response to what happened this week. Their first impulse was to brag about having the first female Treasury Secretary. That’s what they said. That’s not an adequate response to what happened, and even the Biden people know that it’s not, but that’s all they had.
The truth is our leaders don’t have answers. They don’t even have explanations for what’s going on. Worse than that, they themselves are deeply implicated in the systemic problems. In some cases, the crimes that are dragging the country down. They know all this. They know their guilt. Here’s the thing: they know that you know it, too, and that’s why they’re afraid. They know why populism is rising, and it is.
So, this really is the time to make a decision about how to respond to it. What our leaders do next will define what America looks like going forward. It wouldn’t even be hard to begin the process of fixing things or bringing actual unity to a country that badly needs unity.
In a democracy, the first step to unifying the country is always the same. Leaders enter into a power-sharing agreement with the people they lead. They do the obvious thing, they stop lying to their own citizens, they stop attacking them, and they respect their culture. They don’t try to control people’s beliefs. That’s not their role.
They treat their own citizens like adults, meaning they treat them fairly. And above all, they cut the public in on some of the fruits of the country’s success. If all the benefits of our economy seem to be accruing to a small number of people, that’s a problem and they try hard to fix it.
Wise leaders know that unequal countries are volatile countries. They know that caste systems are not compatible with democracies. But our leaders don’t seem to know any of that. Instead, they tell us that solar cars and mandatory diversity training are the real solutions to our problems. But no one buys that, those are not real solutions, they are a smokescreen. They’re a diversion tactic.
Populism starts when people start to figure that out, and they have. And that’s why everything suddenly feels so unstable right now, because once again, real populism is brewing.
In the face of all of that, the people in charge are doing the single stupidest, most counterproductive thing that any leader could do in the face of a populist movement. They’re refusing to admit their role in the decline. They’re refusing to admit their failures, and instead, they are blaming the people they have failed. They’re literally declaring war on their own population. How’s that going to end?
And if you think we’re overstating it, we’re not. Here’s the former CIA Director describing what the enemy looks like.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JOHN BRENNAN, FORMER CIA DIRECTOR: And this threat from domestic violence extremists is much more challenging, I believe, than it was in terms of going after foreign terrorists. The domestic violent extremists are much more pervasive, their numbers are much larger.
When we’re going after al Qaeda or other types of terrorist group cells in the United States, their numbers were in the single digits of dozens and was finding needles in a haystack.
Here, there are a lot of haystacks with a lot of needles in them. They have the wherewithal, they already have the weapons that if they so choose to use them, they can in fact, carry out these deadly attacks.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
CARLSON: So many problems in this country, evident to anyone who is paying attention, but John Brennan, the former CIA Director has isolated the real problem. The real problem is you.
According to Brennan, anyone who disagrees with say, Susan Rice is worse than Osama bin Laden and more dangerous. These people meaning you, quote, “Have the weapons,” these terrorists. By terrorists, Brennan means tens of millions of American citizens who might have a firearm at home and didn’t vote for Joe Biden. They’re the threat and we need to hunt them as we hunted al Qaeda.
You just saw the clip. That’s what he said. It is hard to imagine a leader saying something more destructive and more reckless than that on television in a moment as fraught as the one we’re in. It’s terrifying in its stupidity, and in its certain effect.
This isn’t crying fire in a crowded theater, this is using a flame thrower in a crowded theater. What are the implications of a former CIA Director talking like this? It’s not going to make anyone more moderate. That’s for certain, just the opposite.
John Brennan is creating more extremists than a Pakistani madrasa. And it’s not just him, all the news other than this one right now are repeating this now-official line that the American government is now at war with its own population. Here is CNN’s version.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
DON LEMON, CNN ANCHOR: My colleague, Jim Sciutto, he has covered international terrorism for 20 years and says that the parallels to the domestic terror threat are frightening. And he points to and I quote here, “radicalization online, demonization of the enemy to justify violence, draw to a cause greater than themselves devotion to a cultish leader.”
That said, are we doing enough to combat this threat?
JIM SCIUTTO, CNN ANCHOR: This is the way law enforcement looks at the domestic terror threat now is equal or greater than international terrorism. If we compared that to a U.S. politician propagating Islamist terrorist thought, materials, lies, et cetera, imagine the reaction. And yet sadly, there’s still a partisan reaction to this, some denying that the threat is real and that the lie behind the threat is dangerous.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
CARLSON: American citizens are more dangerous than foreign terrorists. You often hear people say, “Oh FOX is so extreme. The FOX News is so extreme.” No show on this would ever put that on the air — ever. And if anyone did, people would resign in protest because that is completely untrue and completely reckless.
For once we’re not even going to mock Don Lemon for being a mouth-breather, though he demonstrably is. The problem is much bigger than that, it’s not funny. He and that former Obama official you just saw told their viewers that millions of American citizens are terrorists.
Now, that’s a lie. For one thing, it is just not true. Press a little and you’ll find the Department of Homeland Security which has been upping up the domestic threat for the past week, at great cost to people’s sanity. DHS has no actual evidence that Trump voters are planning to hurt anyone, there is no evidence of a plot of any kind, they can see that. Trust us, they would tell you if they found a plot.
But the question you have to ask yourself is what kind of effect do lies like that, the ones you just heard are calculated to terrify you? What kind of effect do they have on the country? Especially over time? This is not new.
When you tell people they’re evil because of how they vote or how they look, and our leaders are definitely telling them that every single day, when you train a population to tally every group of Americans by race and ethnicity, first and foremost, keep track of people’s genetic background every time you see a picture. Really? What effect does that have when you promote group identity, even as you intentionally destroy national identity?
If you do all of those things, what kind of country do you get at the end? Well, you get a scary divided country, the kind of country where you need steel fencing outside the national legislature.
It’s very obvious where all of this is going. And it’s very, very bad. Part of the solution is to stop talking like this immediately. No more aging spies on cable news declaring war on American citizens, ” … domestic political enemies more dangerous than al Qaeda.” What?
No more power-mad members of Congress dividing people by race so they can conquer. White fragility, white supremacy, white sounds, those are racial attacks, let’s stop lying about it. We shouldn’t talk that way in public.
Those attacks are making people crazy. And by the way, over time, possibly making people dangerous. For real, too threatened, too nuts.
Watch this clip and ask yourself what kind of effect this woman is having on the United States right now.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
REP. ALEXANDRIA OCASIO-CORTEZ (D-NY): There are legitimate white supremacist sympathizers that sit at the heart and at the core of the Republican caucus in the House of Representatives.

There’s no consequences for racism, no consequences for massaging, no consequences for insurrection, and no consequences means that they condone it.
We are now away from acting out of fealty to their President that they had in the Oval Office, and now we are talking about fealty to white supremacist organizations as a political tool.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
CARLSON: Wait. Let’s just be honest, for a second, that woman is a tool of corporate power posing as a truth-teller. Look at her campaign contributions. Who is supporting her campaigns? People who want to change the subject away from economics to identity politics. That whole pose is fraudulent in her case.

But listen specifically to what she says and think about the effect on the people listening, people standing in airports will hear her say that, quote, “Fealty to white supremacist organizations as a political tool.”
What does that even mean? We’re not even sure who she is talking about, apparently, the Republican Party and its Grand Kleagle, Kevin McCarthy of California.

That’s not true. But it’s worse than that. This is a fantasy. It’s a very dark fantasy, designed to terrify people and make them easier to command.
Over time, probably not long now. It will have other more insidious effects. Talk like that, from our leaders, from our elected officials is going to turn some of our citizens very, very radical. You don’t want to live in a country with very, very radical people.

So to be clear, whatever you hear about Fox News being radical, we want to live in a country that looks like — I don’t know, 2005, where your race is not the most important thing about you, where you have a chance to get ahead by playing by the rules. That’s called moderate.
That’s called democracy. That’s the republic that we want, and talk like this, which is everywhere, all of a sudden, is the enemy of the country we once lived in.

IIRC, voter registration records are public. Those include party registration.

True, but I'm registered as Independent, my son as Dimocrat, but we both voted for Trump.

So again, how are they going to tell, party registration is only a part of it. Party affiliation means nothing in this day and time. I know other Dems who also voted for Trump.

Voter registration lists would still pick out most of us. Anyone that ever had a Trump or Republican yard sign or bumper sticker is subject to that being reported. Facial recognition is being done, right now, to identify EVERYONE that attended the Jan. 6th rally. Further, most people's internet history would give their politics away very quickly. So would their profession in many cases. An automated file could be opened on every known American, and known data of different types could be cross-referenced to give nearly certain allegiance info. What's stopping the commies from just rounding us all up isn't any shortage of desire to do so. It's JBT manpower #s, how many of us there are, how many guns we have, and how the economy instantly goes Hiroshima on August 6, 1945 without us.

On Sunday morning Rep. Devin Nunes and his former aide Kash Patel joined Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures.

Nunes and Kash Patel were asked about the double-standard in the US justice system today. This comes after former FBI lawyer kevin Clinesmith was sentenced to probation for falsifying documents that led to the Trump Spygate scandal, the greatest political scandal in US history next to the 2020 election.

Paul Sperry earlier weighed in on this travesty of justice.
We no longer have govt of the People, by the People or for the People. We have govt of the Elite, by the Elite and for the Elite. We are losing our Republic to the crooks — in both parties. The People must rise up and take back their Republic before it becomes a banana republic

Americans Learn Those Involved in the Russia Collusion Coup Will Walk Confirming The Evolution of the Deep State and the Two Tiered Justice System

By Joe Hoft

deep-state-2-800x416-600x312.jpg

How many times can you say ‘outrageous’ in one year? Last year set the record.

As Americans are standing in the ashes resulting from the greatest steal in world history – the stolen 2020 election for Joe Biden – the penalties for the Deep State’s prior greatest crime became known. There will be no prison time for anyone involved in the coup to remove President Trump from office using the totally dishonest and manipulated Russia collusion sham investigation.

We reported on crime after crime related to the set up, lies and spying of President Trump and those around him. What is seldom said is that the FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page was really put in place to spy on President Trump.

Through the ability to look at multiple layers of a target’s contacts, the President and his Administration and family were all spied on. This wasn’t about Carter Page as much as it was about spying on the President. And of course Obama was behind it all:

But after years of looking into the attempted coup of another sitting American President, the end result is one indictment and probation for the guilty. No prison, no court cases, no lost income in legal fees, no bankruptcies, no Big Media calling the accused liars and Russian spies and traitors, and certainly no hangings as is called for when treason is involved. Nope, the whole scam is over with a guilty plea and probation:

As reported earlier, Paul Sperry earlier weighed in on this travesty of justice.
We no longer have govt of the People, by the People or for the People. We have govt of the Elite, by the Elite and for the Elite. We are losing our Republic to the crooks — in both parties. The People must rise up and take back their Republic before it becomes a banana republic

Sundance at the Conservative Treehouse commented after years of digging into the Deep State’s criminal activities:
The system of DC is based on a series of unwritten rules… “You don’t out me, and I will not out you… and that will protect us both.” These rules cross over both parties to the extent they usually have a common enemy, us...
…They choose not to know things; or at least they claim not to know and do an exceptional job of purposeful pretend.

The investigative information that makes up the news cycles amid the investigative right-side of the spectrum is generally compartmented or silo’d. Within DC all branches and people within them keep information isolated from each-other in order to create and retain plausible deniability. This permits their leadership to talk a good game on television while nothing is actually accomplished.

It is all part of the game.

They shuffle the shells but there is no pea.

When CTH pointed out this institutional process of nothingness the ‘trusty planners’ did not like the discomfort associated with the reality… I get it… no-one wants to be that cynical, and, quite frankly, at a point in mid/late-2018 the ‘trusty plan’ had evolved into a business model. However, what we are seeing today with the Boasberg sentence of Kevin Clinesmith is directly an outcome of this previously mentioned DC institutional preservation process.
Notice how no-one in the executive branch DOJ, FBI, ODNI, ever criticized Robert Mueller, yet we know to a demonstrable certainty the Mueller special counsel was likely more corrupt than the originating DOJ/FBI corruption the special counsel was protecting. The origin of ‘Spygate’ was bad, but the totality of the cover-up effort in the Mueller-Weissmann special counsel was exponentially worse. More actual laws and policies within the justice department were broken by Robert Mueller than any preceding corrupt official.
Representative Devin Nunes who was instrumental in uncovering Deep State’s crimes related to the Russia collusion scam commented:
It’s quite disturbing. Republicans and conservatives around this country that have watched this closely, this is probably the worse thing that could have happened for national security. The judge that made this ruling is the new judge to oversee the FISA Court. For nearly four years Republicans in the House and Senate had alerted the court that there was a problem with the Carter Page FISA application…

Oh well. They just topped Russia Collusion coup. We now have the Big Lie. Americans know Joe Biden didn’t win the Presidency it was stolen. No worries maybe Jim Comey can run an investigation to get to the bottom of it. Outrageous.

CNN Crank Brian Stelter Continues to Push for FOX News to be Removed from Airwaves — And Bastardizes US Constitution in the Process (VIDEO)

CNN’s Brian Stelter who is the host of “Reliable Sources” on CNN on Sunday mornings once again urged cable carriers to remove FOX News and others from the airwaves.

This week Stelter argued that, “Reducing a liar’s reach is not the same as censoring freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is different than freedom of reach.”

For the past few years CNN has made it their job to delete opposing voices on the right. Since the election they are going after FOX News, OAN and Newsmax. The Gateway Pundit is ALWAYS a target with the fascists on the left.

Stelter truly believes he is doing the right thing by crushing voices he does not agree with.

So did Mao.

Glenn Greenwall corrected the CNN crank saying, “Beyond all the creepy aspects of *journalists* again taking the lead in demanding media voices be repressed. Brian Stelter’s claim that “freedom of speech is different than freedom of reach” is totally false and has been rejected by courts for decades.

Also, CNN lies and spreads conspiracy theories constantly. They’re a pro-Democratic Party outlet that barely airs any dissent from the DNC line. If @brianstelter‘s standards for banishing Fox were applied equally, it’d affect all cable news outlets, not just one.

Hey @brianstelter, I know you don’t do dissent on your show — can’t have anyone challenging you or upsetting your DNC audience — but the next time you want to claim “freedom of speech isn’t freedom of reach,” read this on “free speech zones” by @ACLU:When Colleges Confine Free Speech to a ‘Zone,’ It Isn’t Free

Only You Can Beat Big Tech Censorship

SATURDAY, JAN 30, 2021 - 23:00
Authored by Tom Luongo via Gold, Goats, 'n Guns blog,
When Facebook censors Ron Paul, or Twitter bans President Trump, is that censorship?

Or because these are private companies, does that automatically make it NOT censorship?

Amazon banned Parler, but is it their right as a private company to choose their customers?

That’s the crux of the issue I need to address with you in today’s post-Trump world of social media.

Because make no mistake “Big Tech” repression is a foundational problem facing any society that considers itself even somewhat free. In the wake of the allowed ‘assault on the Capitol’ and the confirmation of Joe Biden as the 46th president of the U.S., the big tech firms which control access to speech went ballistic.

Conservatives along with President Trump himself were wiped from the public square. Any mention of the election being stolen or open support on Twitter of Trump himself was flushed down the memory hole.

This is censorship of the highest order by these firms to put parameters around political speech in the U.S. where such a right is enshrined in the Constitution. None of it is constitutional.

But the problem is far deeper than that. The deplatforming of Parler, one alternative social media platform to Twitter, via corporate collusion by Apple, Google and Amazon was something far more sinister than Twitter silencing the sitting president of the U.S.

This was a blatant hit job by companies stifling competition in the public square for hosting material which is constitutionally protected as ‘free speech.’

But these firms, especially Amazon, who terminated Parler’s server hosting agreement with 24 hours’ notice, lazily applied their vague and ever-changing ‘Terms of Service” to single out Parler and hide behind their status as a private company.

The worst part about this is that libertarians see this as a rational and defensible free market action. And for years adolescent libertarian arguments about corporations being private actors preferable to governments have now been turned around by authoritarians who hang us with our own words.

And we wonder why conservatives look at us like we have four-heads when we make such arguments?

When this attack on free speech began, during the 2016 presidential campaign with the first deplatforming of alt-right provocateurs like Richard Spencer and Andrew Anglin of the Daily Stormer website, it was obvious then that these were dry runs for the mass action we’re seeing today, in the name of creating an information-free literal one-party police state.

It was this that prompted former Silicon Valley programmer Andrew Torba to start Gab. Crazed liberals then said, “If you don’t like Twitter, leave and build your own.”

So, he did.
And after the attack on the Pittsburgh Synagogue in 2018, Gab was given the even worse treatment than Parler got last week.

They survived that.

All the while myself and people like Torba were screaming about the duopoly controlling the on-ramp to the mobile web, and no one cared. But we could see this day coming.

And now it’s here.

But this is most certainly not a private property issue as much as it is a contract law issue allowed to fester because of government interference into the marketplace for communications.

Government interference altered the landscape these companies operate in. The grew to the size they are now because of government largesse and federal and state tax revenue into the networks and systems they depend on.

It doesn’t matter that the duopoly is Google and Apple. It could have been Palm and Microsoft. Or Blackberry and IBM. What matters is that the environment wasn’t a level playing field between the companies and the people using the services.

They were paying not only for access but at the same time subsidizing the revenue streams by accepting costs these companies outsourced to government.
It is a cozy arrangement.

The companies outsource their fixed costs and the government outsources their censorship desires that pesky First Amendment forbids them from doing directly.
No wonder the response to the allowed assault on the Capitol was so swift and coordinated.

Think it through folks.
Amazon’s AWS doesn’t become a dominant player without those vaunted contracts with the CIA. Parler, at a minimum should have an expectation of service per any legal contractual arrangement, and as such is due damages from Amazon for unilaterally breaching that basic trust.

Facebook doesn’t grow to become the monster it is without strategic investments by quasi-governmental companies like Goldman-Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

Google doesn’t become the ad revenue generating machine if it had had to properly pay its bandwidth costs for the content they forced on us.

Trump nixing ‘Net Neutrality’ put some of that onus back on them, giving ISP’s some latitude to price usage according to their needs rather than Google’s.

All of the above companies, including Microsoft, have been chosen by our government to succeed in this tilted marketplace.

Apple doesn’t dominate the mobile internet in the U.S. without all those user fees and taxes tacked onto the cost of your monthly cellphone bill.

If these companies were operating on their own private satellite and wire networks then they would absolutely be in the right, via the application of private property rights, to set whatever terms of service they wanted.

I, as a libertarian, fully support that.

And also, as a libertarian, understand that public property always creates a tragedy of the commons scenario.

But when you operate in the public sphere, when you move your goods and services on the digital equivalent of the public road system (not a digression I want to get into today) and your corporate charter exists within the framework of U.S. and state contract law it is clear that these companies are neither wholly private entities with respect to their customers nor neutral actors trying to enforce public decency standards.

They are acting in their best interest to stifle competition – Gab, Parler, Minds, etc. – while setting precedents to allow for even further restrictions of speech through lawfare thanks to a complicit and fully cowed legal system.

And herein lies the smart path to reining them in, if it is at all possible at this point, since it’s clear the Biden Administration is ready to reframe all speech critical of the U.S. government as ‘domestic terrorism’ giving all of these companies the legal justification into the future to unperson all dissent.

Removing their Section 230 immunity under the Communications Decency Act is paramount. It will not happen now. The government is in on the grift, folks, so looking ahead to the 2022 election cycle isn’t an option.

They just proved to you your vote doesn’t count, so it means hitting them in the only place they truly care about, their bottom lines.

So, the first thing to do is sue them into the ground. It will be up to the people themselves to hound these companies through both contract law violations and shareholder revolts because they have done irreparable damage to their brands and their future revenue streams.

That is what has to happen right now. Parler’s suit against Amazon is a good start. A class-action lawsuit by every small business in America now wondering about Amazon’s policies should end this nonsense quickly.

A good judge in a sympathetic jurisdiction should side with anyone making a strong case that modern tech company Terms of Service are ‘contracts of adhesion,’ defined as contracts entered into where one party is so much stronger than the other the weaker party is, in effect, coerced into signing it.

The second thing to do is to simply jack-out. Put the screen down. Stop using it as a substitution for real communications and pull back from the brink.

De-google your life, as I have. Close your Facebook account permanently. You will feel better immediately, trust me. I did this two years ago, to the detriment of the marketing efforts of my business, and I have never looked back.

If you need a social network, use Twitter for keeping tabs on things but save your thoughts and your content for Gab or some other, smaller private community you are a part of.

Being a global citizen is a canard they sold us as some true net positive. But it was something designed wholly to drive us mad and deracinate us to the point of having no home, no culture and no real friends.

It’s no wonder they are trying so hard to shut off the escape routes and only allow certain platforms to exist forcing us to interact with people we don’t like while locked in our homes over a wholly contrived public health emergency.
It was always part of the globalist plan.

Ending this starts with the very libertarian idea of simply opting-out. We don’t need to be plugged into their reality-generating nightmares every moment of every day.

But the thing about the web is that it is built on protocols which are themselves censorship resistant. So, the tyrants of today will be the footnotes of tomorrow. We’ve seen early attempts at censorship-proof blockchain platforms like Steemit. It’s still running even though its growing pains nearly killed it.

The next great service is just around the corner because necessity is the mother of innovation. But the first step is accepting the fact that they’ve won this round and it is now time to change the rules of the game.

P.S.: If you want to see what this looks like, just look at what the guys at Wall Street Bets are doing to the capital markets today. Brokerage outages, trading suspended, newly-minted millionaires.

All because a bunch of hedgies got over-confident of their one-way skimming and thinking no one would press their luck to the breaking point.

They have and it is glorious.

You beat them by turning their supposed advantages and bought-and-paid-for rules of the game back on them.

Left-wing Columnist: Put the Republican Party on Domestic Terror Watch List

Left-wing columnist Harold Meyerson has published a column at the American Prospect, a prominent liberal publication, in which he suggests that the entire Republican Party belongs on the domestic terrorism watch list because of the presence of members like Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

He writes:
Go to Greene’s Twitter account and you’ll find her liking tweets that called for shooting Nancy Pelosi and executing FBI agents for their “deep state” persecutions of Donald Trump. I suppose the equivalent of that would have been Democratic members of Congress applauding the shooting of House Republican Whip Steve Scalise—except, no Democratic members of Congress did that; rather, they all expressed horror and condemnation.
But the Republicans’ indulgence of the Greenes in their ranks—and there are many such—is of a piece with their overwhelming refusal to hold Trump responsible for the insurrection at the Capitol, much less their own current colleagues, such as Arizona’s Paul Gosar and Andy Biggs, who also encouraged the January 6 rioters. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution says that no government official can hold office “who, having previously taken an oath … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.” That surely applies to Trump, but it increasingly appears that it should apply to most Republican members of Congress as well.
Similar thoughts are finding their way into opinion pieces in mainstream publications. The Washington Post, for example, recently published an op-ed titled “What the 1798 Sedition Act got right — and what it means today.” The column said that the danger of “misinformation” meant that free speech was not enough to sort out fact from fiction, and that opponents of the Sedition Act “were wrong to conclude that the truth would necessarily prevail in an open exchange of information.”

A Different Type of Secession Is Already Happening in the USA

Lately, there has been so much frustration with the last election and the direction of our country that some Trump supporters have been talking about “secession.”

Many conservatives and libertarians are asking if it makes sense for certain states to leave the union the way South Carolina left in 1860, after the election of Abraham Lincoln as president of the United States.

Whether it makes “sense” or not, we can be assured that it will not happen.

Although the South Carolina state legislature voted in November of 1860 to initiate the process of secession, no state legislature would do that today. This is because most modern state legislatures, even conservative ones, do not have many members who are angry enough at the federal government to support seceding from it.

Never forget that many individual state legislators are professional politicians. They may disagree with some of the policies that flow from Washington D.C., but they are not angry enough to vote for secession, and that is what is required to secede, anger. While an official secession will not happen, there will be a different type. In fact, it has already started in our country.

Instead of state legislatures, dominated by urban dwellers, voting for secession, Americans who live in rural and some suburban areas are executing a secession of their own. They are disassociating themselves from the lifestyles, cultural mores, laws, and self-inflicted wounds exhibited in our large cities.

Of course, rural Americans are already living in areas removed from large cities, but geography is only one of the many differences. An even more striking distinction involves political ideology and attitudes on an array of issues like criminal justice.

Citizens living outside of ultra-progressive urban areas do not accept what is going on in large cities. Surely, the thinking is, “I am not one of them. They are different from me. We do not agree on basic things, like what laws should govern human conduct.”

This mental disassociation did not exist in previous times of crisis in our country. There was much more national unity in December of 1941 or even September of 2001. At that time, rural Americans and city dwellers still had many shared values and followed the same laws. Clearly, the similarity in culture and politics between rural and urban Americans is dying, and the pace of its death march is quickening.

This same type of disassociation is also felt by many Americans living in suburban areas. They recognize their way of life is incompatible with that exhibited in large cities. This results in suburban dwellers venturing into cities less often. Once there, they feel unsafe and unwelcome. According to the FBI, crime rates in our urban areas are significantly higher than in suburban and rural areas.

More crime is not the only difference Americans notice in large cities. There are also different laws regarding decency, civility, and cleanliness. Unfortunately, manners and traditional customs are rarely, if ever, practiced.

Many horrific things can happen to you in a large city without warning. You can be struck from behind in a “Knockout Attack” or wounded by a stray bullet. You can be surrounded by violent demonstrators who scream at you and call you evil because of your wealth, race, religious views, or political beliefs. This is not a place that feels comfortable or feels like home.

Over the past few decades, millions of Americans who support traditional American values, and even some who value safety, have already left our large cities. They are disgusted with the political corruption, high taxes, racial politics, homelessness and, over the past year, the excessive Covid-19 lockdown orders.

People leaving are also those who value their second amendment rights. They do not want to be charged with a crime if they have to defend their home. Who can forget what happened to Mark and Patricia McCloskey in St. Louis?

On June 28, 2020, their neighborhood was overrun by protesters and a mob was descending on the McCloskey’s home. The couple waved firearms in front of their home to encourage the protesters to leave. No gun was ever fired at any of the trespassers. Incredibly, Mr. and Mrs. McCloskey were charged with the unlawful use of a weapon even though they feared for their lives. If convicted, they could face up to four years in prison and a fine of $10,000.

As this trend continues and cities like St. Louis, Detroit, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Washington D.C., and New York City decline even more, these areas will simultaneously become more similar. They already have much in common politically. Future cooperation will likely continue on issues such as drug legalization, the treatment of homelessness, gun control, permissive law enforcement, and providing a sanctuary and support for illegal aliens. With so much commonality, these cities will forge even closer bonds in the days ahead.

With unworkable policies and massive bureaucracies, these cities will need greater and greater subsidies from productive, tax-paying citizens living in rural and suburban America. Urban areas have been failing financially for many years, but as the policies become more progressive, the costs are escalating even higher.

In large cities, politicians spend vast sums of money on enormous municipal government systems which include inefficient departments featuring payrolls that are too large and too expensive. Other characteristics include broken infrastructure, rampant homelessness, and an overly generous municipal pension system.

How much longer will productive taxpayers living in rural and suburban communities agree to subsidize large cities? Sooner or later, these citizens will say “Enough is enough, we want out!” They will want the urban centers to form their own “United Cities of America” with their own laws and lifestyles.

Simultaneously, Americans living in non-urban areas will want to forge closer bonds of their own as similarities are recognized even more.

The secession of 1860 will not happen again, but a different kind is already taking place.

I Can’t Bring Myself to Care Anymore

Source: AP Photo/Jose Juarez

There was a time when an allegation of racism was one of the worst things someone could be accused of. Now, it’s a punchline. Back in the day, the word had meaning – aside from an occasional Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson shakedown, it was not cavalierly tossed around to score political points and it was not reported on without something close to irrefutable proof. Now it’s a debate tactic of the left to avoid serious engagement and cover for a lack of factual back-up. Everything is “racist” now, and as someone who actually used to care, who was disgusted at the concept and its existence, thanks to the weaponization of the term, I can’t bring myself to care about it anymore.

When I was younger, one of my many jobs was working in a machine shop that built devices to shape metal. I don’t want to be more specific than that because the company still exists and my account is based solely on what I saw at the time and hopefully has changed, but the company sure came off as racist for the few months I was there.

In one of the many times in which I was desperate for a job, I saw a help wanted sign in an industrial park outside a non-descript building and walked in. After filling out an application, handed it over to the foreman, and after a quick “interview,” I was hired on the spot and told to start the next day. It was amazingly easy.

Happy to have a job, I went about it without paying attention to much else. But it was boring, repetitive work – taking a piece, drilling a hole in it, stacking it in another bin for assembly. Mind-numbing for someone with a desire for more but no drive or clue how to do anything about it would be the perfect words to describe it. But it was a job, and just having a job was the extent of my career goal at the time.

I quickly made friends with a few of the younger guys, one of whom was my cousin, and we’d find ways to make it less awful – which would sometimes involve slamming a 40 of malt liquor and/or smoking a joint at lunch. I don’t recommend doing this and operating heavy machinery, but when I was young, aimless, and dumb, I was young, aimless, and dumb.

One day, the company was hiring again and I noticed people were coming in the way I did to answer the sign out front. I saw several black guys coming in, filling out the application, handing it to the foreman and leaving. They were given the standard blow-off “Thanks, we’re just starting the process of looking” response anyone spending their time filling out applications knows well.

Then a white guy came in and, like I was, had a talk with the boss and started the next day.

I pointed this out to one of my work friends who said it always happens like that. Everyone who worked there was white, something I’d noticed but didn’t think anything of because I was new and had no idea what had happened before I’d started. The place had high turnover, but not a lot of employees – maybe 30? Each time someone left, the pattern repeated itself.

I had a problem with this. I needed the job, but I wanted to see something happen to them because of it. Maybe there was a reason, maybe I was wrong, I had no idea about the inner-workings of the company or its history. I was just a new guy on the shop floor, usually wasted after lunch. But I wanted to get someone with power to look into it, maybe force some change.

I tried calling the local talk radio station a few times, figuring a public airing (without naming the company) might get some attention. The call screener told me they weren’t interested. I called the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), thinking the government could get to the bottom of it. They weren’t interested because I wasn’t the person discriminated against. That struck me as odd, but I didn’t yet know how worthless the federal government was.

In addition to working in the shop, I was working nights at Best Buy, selling TVs. With what the EEOC told me in mind, I told a black co-worker friend of mine about it and we devised a plan to have him come in to apply for a job, and if he weren’t hired but a white guy was, we figured the EEOC would then care. But a week of waiting, he never showed up to apply.

I quit soon after because I hated the job and the place.

I could never stand racism or anyone who was. Not much one person can do about it, I learned, but I never lost the disgust at the concept. And now that disgust is surpassed by the way I feel about how Democrats are playing that card so often, and for everything.

Democrats have declared every arrest, every police officer, even the very concept of enforcing the law to be racist. Every Republican, every independent, every non-Democrat to be racist. Disagreement, dissent, and any bit of non-conformity…

You get the idea.

As someone who cares about the real problem of racism, I can’t bring myself to do it anymore. When no matter what you do you’re labeled a “white supremacist,” what’s the point? If everything is racist, nothing is racist.

Racism, of course, does still exist, but it exists in such small doses and from all quarters. Yet, Democrats have redefined the terms around it to the point that they’ve taken all meaning out of it. Now only white people can be racists, all white people are racist unless they’re sufficiently “anti-racist,” which is code for “Democrat in good standing.”

Meanwhile, Black Lives Matter-ANTIFA rampage, destroying lives and they’re cheered, revered by the “woke” establishment, covered for by the media, even nominated for Nobel Peace Prize.

I’m done. I can’t care anymore. Show me real injustice, and I’m there. But when a political party waters down true injustice to score politically and drowns out reality with their latest tactic, I’m out.

Racism still exists. In a nation of 330 million people there are always going to be a few bigots around, of every color. But this country isn’t racist, fundamentally or otherwise. The Democratic Party is. And as long as they continue to engage in that racism and get away with it, people will continue to suffer and the few real victims who exist will continue to be ignored for the politically convenient and manufactured victims. I’m not going to be a part of it, so I’m going to join the majority who tune it out.

Republicans don’t have the wherewithal to spot it, nor the underpants content to effectively counter it. As long as they remain afraid of the charge, it’ll work. For my part, that kid who scrambled to find someone who cared enough to do what was right has now heard wolf cried too many times, for too many things where there wasn’t a wolf or even a dog to give a damn anymore. If turning people off to fighting real injustice was the goal, mission accomplished, Democrats.

The Justice System Is Rigged Against The Right
Our justice system promises to treat everyone equally and be blind to political pressure. But taking over a government building as a protest is only illegal if you’re wearing a MAGA hat.

By Paul Bradford

January 30, 2021

The infamous “Zip Tie Guy” was denied bail this week. Eric Munchel, who went viral for carrying around zip ties during the Capitol riots, was deemed too much of a threat by a federal judge to be allowed out of jail. This order overrode a Tennessee judge granting bail to Munchel.

Why was Munchel deemed a threat? According to federal prosecutors, the zealous Trump supporter needed to be held because people died in the riots (even though they couldn’t prove Munchel’s involvement in any of those deaths), his opinions make him an extremist, and he allegedly was part of a group that yelled at a reporter. The only solid evidence of criminal wrongdoing is that the defendant walked around the Capitol without permission—he didn’t bring the zip ties and there is no evidence he attempted to kidnap lawmakers. That still won’t draw any retractions from media outlets that claimed this foolish demonstrator was a terrorist mastermind bent on abducting the entire Congress.

Even though we grant bail to rapists and murderers, Eric Munchel was apparently too dangerous to be set free. And, as the prosecutors admitted, it was due to his politics. The same federal judge, Beryl Howell, also denied bail to the man who put his feet up on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s desk. Howell said the Trump supporter, Richard Barnett, didn’t deserve bail due to his “entitled behavior.” The powerful need to teach the plebs a lesson.

Many of the Capitol demonstrators committed crimes, but most of them don’t rise to the level of terrorism. Walking around a federal building and taking selfies isn’t 9/11. The arrested demonstrators are facing far more serious repercussions than any other group of rowdies, however. Authorities are even prepared to file sedition charges against some of the Capitol stormers.

It’s common for conservatives to contrast the weak response to Black Lives Matter riots to the iron crackdown against the Capitol protesters. The FBI certainly weren’t going after its organizers for conspiracy or picking up random people who happened to be in the scrum of the BLM insurrection. Liberals respond that our Capitol is more important than the dozens of small businesses and local structures destroyed by BLM. It’s a far graver crime to pose a threat to government buildings and elected officials.

If this were true, then we should’ve expected the hammer to come down on Antifa’s months-long siege of the Pacific Northwest. Instead, Antifa members are repeatedly released without charges in Portland and Seattle. No one faced serious jail time for the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, even though it was in open rebellion against the American government and Constitution. Very few of the leftists who laid siege to Portland’s federal courthouse face the punishment dealt to the Capitol stormers. And certainly no one has faced any consequences for threatening the Portland mayor.

Antifa’s insurrection continues into the Joe Biden era. Portland and Seattle still deal with regular rioting and violence. Just days after the Capitol protests, leftists stormed the city hall of Bellingham, Washington and forced the mayor to flee.

They occupied the building for hours, attacked a reporter, and vandalized the place. This clear assault on government was met with a collective shrug. The same occurred with Portland’s violent riot on Inauguration Day. Many of the arrested rioters were released without bail and had their charges dropped, in spite of being repeat offenders.

Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler vows to end the violence, but he’s shown no initiative to do so. No one seems to want to end it except the ordinary citizens of Portland who are suffering it.

And that’s the real difference between the Capitol stormers and Antifa. Those in power feel threatened by the former while they don’t care about the latter. One group is labelled domestic terrorists, even if their greatest crime is federal trespassing, while the other is deemed nothing more than a right-wing fantasy.

Taking over a government building as a protest is only illegal if you’re wearing a MAGA hat.

Our justice system promises to treat everyone equally and be blind to political influence. The above-mentioned double standard undermines that claim. The Left knows it can weaponize the justice system to go after its enemies and coddle their allies—and it promises to get worse under the Biden Administration.

We were treated to a dark preview of what lies ahead when the Department of Justice announced it had arrested a man for memes. Douglass Mackey was one of the most influential Trump supporters on social media in 2016 under the pseudonym “Ricky Vaughn.” He was arrested over the claim that he interfered with the election with his viral memes. One in particular claimed that Hillary Clinton voters could vote by text. If a person texted the number in the fake ad, they would receive a message from the Clinton campaign informing them they had not in fact voted.

This was a prank not exclusive to Mackey. Liberal comedian Kristina Wong urged Trump supporters to vote by text as well in 2016. Wong faces no investigation from the federal government. Much of the government’s complaint against Mackey whines about how his satirical memes somehow suppressed the vote. It apparently endangers our democracy to share a #DraftOurDaughters meme.

While Mackey faces up to 10 years in federal prison if he’s convicted, former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith was let off with probation for helping to engineer one of the greatest political witch hunts in U.S. history. Clinesmith falsified information that allowed the government to surveil Trump associate Carter Page, a development that helped spur the Russiagate hoax. This flagrant disregard of the law was treated as just an honest mistake by the judge. No federal judge would show the same degree of leniency to someone who put their feet on a Democrat’s desk.

The Mackey case clearly threatens free speech and is nothing more than a political persecution. It’s another extension of the Russiagate hoax perpetuated by Clinesmith and many others. If you doubt the legitimacy of the 2016 election, you can get a plum job in the federal government and arrest your political enemies. If you doubt the legitimacy of the 2020 election, you can’t even make bail. That’s how the system works in Biden’s America.

It should be noted that Mackey’s prosecution was launched by a Trump appointee. Just imagine what Biden appointees will do.

The justice system is one of the many institutions rigged against the Right. It will throw out its basic principles in order to punish those whom the elite deem to be domestic enemies. And if you’re a Trump supporter, that’s you.

PROJECT VERITAS: Facebook Insider Leaks: Zuckerberg/FB Execs Admit Facebook Has “Too Much Power” – Wants to Work with Biden (VIDEO)

Project Veritas on Sunday night released insider leaked videos of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and other FB execs admitting Facebook has “too much power.”
James O’Keefe and his Project Veritas team have obtained hours of leaked video from a brave insider at Facebook.

This person still works at Facebook and is willing to continue exposing Zuckerberg and his organization’s corruption.

Zuckerberg was caught on video discussing President Trump’s last few weeks in office: “The president [Trump] intends to use his remaining time in office to undermine the peaceful and lawful transition of power.”

Zuckerberg said he wants to work with Biden Administration: “President Biden already issued a number of Executive Orders on areas that we as a company care quite deeply about and have for some time. Areas like immigration, preserving DACA, ending restrictions on travel from Muslim-majority countries, as well as other Executive Orders on climate and advancing racial justice and equity. I think these were all important and positive steps.”

“We also have the first woman and the first person of color as our vice president in the history of our country…The swearing in of Vice President Harris really stands as a reminder that despite the challenges that we are facing as a country, we all have so much to be proud of,” Zuckerberg said.

Facebook is not only a publisher, they have given Democrats free advertising space by shadowbanning and censoring conservatives while boosting Democrats.

Facebook censors political speech and promotes far-left, partisan objectives while enjoying the protections under section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

Zuckerberg has repeatedly testified to Congress that Facebook does not censor or police political speech.

Cruz, Hawley To Face ‘Secretive’ Senate Ethics Committee Panel
By Emily Zanotti

Jan 31, 2021 DailyWire.com

UNITED STATES - DECEMBER 10: Sens. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., left, and Ted Cruz, R-Texas, attend the Senate Judiciary Committee markup on judicial nominations and the Online Content Policy Modernization Act, in Dirksen Building on Thursday, December 10, 2020.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) will have to appear in front of a “secretive” Senate ethics panel, according to Politico, over allegations that “two senators played a role in inciting the violent Capitol attack,” by objecting to certifying presidential electors from several key states.

The Senate Ethics Committee, which Politico describes as “one of the most secretive committees in Congress” will review the cases against both Hawley and Cruz after several leading Democrats made an official ethics complaint to committee head, Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) on January 21st.

The group complained that “[w]hile Congress was debating Senator Cruz’s objection [to certifying specific electors], a violent mob stormed the Capitol. These insurrectionists ransacked the building, stole property, and openly threatened Members of Congress and the Vice President”

Although it does not appear either Cruz or Hawley made reference to the attacks, nor that either had prior knowledge of plans to storm the United States Capitol and disrupt the Senate’s business, the seven complainants, including Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) and Sen. Dick Blumenthal (D-MA), claim that by merely “proceeding with their objections to the electors after the violent attack, Senators Cruz and Hawley lent legitimacy to the mob’s cause and made future violence more likely.”

The group demanded a full investigation into whether Cruz or Hawley had any prior knowledge of the incident, whether they knew of plans for the attack, whether they knew of any fellow members of Congress who were helping plan or facilitate the attack, and whether either they or their staffs engaged in “criminal conduct, unethical, or improper” behavior.

“Further investigation is necessary to develop a complete account of Senators Cruz and Senator Hawley’s involvement in the events of January 6,” they claimed. “Because several of the House members who objected to the electors coordinated with the organizers of the ‘Save America’ rally, it is not unreasonable to assume that Senators Cruz and Hawley may also have been involved.”

Former President Donald Trump, who was impeached a second time over his alleged role in “inciting an insurrection,” will likely have a Senate trial where his involvement in the January 6th Capitol attack will be analyzed, in public and under a time limit. Cruz and Hawley, Politico explains, will be subject to an open-ended process.

Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), who signed the original complaint, said the purpose of bringing their concerns to the ethics committee was so that the group could “conduct whatever investigation…that they need to, without a time limit on how they do it. And Cruz and Hawley have to have a fair forum to present their own thoughts about what happened.”

The committee includes members from both parties — something that should give Cruz and Hawley some measure of comfort — and most Republicans object to using the committee to investigate an official Congressional action.

“It’s a very slippery slope if you start punishing senators for holding unpopular views and exercising their rights on the Senate floor,” Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) told Politico. “That’s not what I think of the Ethics Committee as being for. I don’t see how this is an ethics complaint.”

More than 20,000 National Guard troops were called in to DC to protect Joe Biden’s sham inauguration after the Democrats stole the 2020 election with voter fraud.

The Democrats used the troops as props then tossed them into a cold parking garage in the dead of winter.

Thousands of National Guard will remain in DC until March as the Democrats persecute Donald Trump with a second impeachment senate trial.

What else is the DC swamp planning that they have to protect themselves with military troops?

Biden White House Wages War on 1st Amendment, ‘We Support the Need For Social Media Platforms to Take Steps to Reduce Hate Speech’ (VIDEO)

They just can’t quit Trump.

The Democrat-media complex is obsessed with Donald Trump.

A reporter asked White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki if Trump’s absence from social media platforms makes COVID relief negotiations easier.

What kind of question is that?

“This may be hard to believe but we don’t spend a lot of time talking about or thinking about President Trump here,” Psaki said. “Former President Trump, to be very clear.”

When asked if Biden supports the continued ban of Trump from social media, Psaki said the Biden White House supports “the need for social media platforms to continue to take steps to reduce hate speech.”

There is no such thing as “hate speech” and the US Supreme Court has reaffirmed this many times.

All speech is protected under the 1st Amendment, but the Biden White House openly admits it is working with Big Tech to censor and ban conservatives under the guise of ‘reducing hate speech.’

However, Big Tech is working with the US government to ban, censor and shadowban conservatives, a clear violation of the First Amendment.

VIDEO: Marsha Blackburn Warns: Biden ‘Restricting Our Freedoms’ With His Executive Orders

Tennessee GOP Sen. Marsha Blackburn says President Joe Biden’s flood of executive orders are “restricting our freedoms.”

In his first 10 days in office, Biden has been issuing executive orders at a furious pace, far above his predecessors.

Look:
Screen-Shot-2021-01-29-at-7.57.25-AM-1024x447-1.png

During this week’s broadcast of FNC’s “Fox & Friends Sunday,” Blackburn sounded off on Biden’s executive orders upon immediately entering office.
Some of the orders include rejoining the Paris Climate Accord and halting the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline.

Blackburn advised that Biden’s orders curry China’s favor “by restricting our freedoms.” She added that Republicans can fight his orders by “playing block and tackle,” which she explained is filing legislation to prevent it.

“People are watching this, and they are incredibly unhappy,” Blackburn told host Will Cain. “They are looking [at] what has happened with the climate change, with the Paris Climate Accords, with stopping the Keystone XL Pipeline. They are looking at how he is giving favors to China by restricting our freedoms.”

She later added, “Here is what we know: his actions this week have adversely impacted one million jobs either eliminating or adversely impacting — opening the border to drug cartels, to labor gangs, to gangs, to human traffickers, sex traffickers; making certain that fuel that you’ve got that crude in Canada that is going to be heading over to China and then sold back to us. These are things that do not help the U.S. economy.”

Last week, Blackburn introduced “the Stop Greenlighting Driver Licenses for Illegal Immigrants Act will punish sanctuary jurisdictions and block certain federal funds to states that harbor illegal aliens.”

The legislation she co-sponsored with Buck “withholds certain federal grants for states that give driver licenses to illegal immigrants and shield criminal illegal immigrants from deportation.”

“No town in America is secure from criminals and terrorists if our borders aren’t policed and federal immigration laws aren’t fully enforced,” Blackburn said. “This country is governed by the rule of law. We should not reward illegal aliens with driver licenses when they fail to follow the proper legal process.”

In a press release, Sens. Cramer, Blackburn, and colleagues spoke about the Stop Greenlighting Driver Licenses for Illegal Immigrants Act:

U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) joined Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) in introducing the Stop Greenlighting Driver Licenses for Illegal Immigrants Act, legislation to block certain federal funds to sanctuary states, including states that defy federal immigration enforcement or that allow illegal aliens to get driver licenses without proof of lawful presence.

“States that grant licenses to illegal immigrants are undermining immigration enforcement efforts and threatening public safety,” said Senator Cramer. “Our legislation imposes real consequences on the states that ignore federal immigration law but still take millions in federal funds. It’s a commonsense step to help make America safe.”

The Stop Greenlighting Driver Licenses for Illegal Immigrants Act allows the Department of Justice to withhold Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAC) Program grant funds from states that offer driver licenses to illegal immigrants or forbid law enforcement officers from cooperating with federal immigration officials.

The bill also makes these states ineligible for future JAC grants until they comply with federal immigration laws and requires offending states to return unobligated money within 30 days.

Senators Cramer and Blackburn are joined on this bill by Senators Tom Cotton (R-AR), Ted Cruz (R-TX) Steve Daines (R-MT), and Jim Inhofe (R-OK). Representative Ken Buck (R-CO) introduced companion legislation in the House of Representatives.

Unpopular, Tyrannical Lockdown Governor Who’s Destroying MI Economy Joins CNN’s Propaganda Campaign To Label Dissenters Of Democrat Party’s Radical Agenda, “Domestic Terrorists” [VIDEO]

By Patty McMurray | Feb 1, 2021

For years, with no evidence to back up their claims, CNN has attempted to brand Trump supporters as extremists who need to be dealt with. CNN host Alisyn Camerota asked Michigan’s even unpopular governor, Gretchen Whitmer, about “domestic terrorism” in America, asking her if she believes “in hindsight” the protests in Michigan were a “dry run” for the Capitol Hill riots on January 6th?

Camerota was referring to a group of anti-lockdown protesters who legally walked into the states’ Capitol and chanted outside of the chambers where lawmakers were discussing the lockdown orders.

With a straight face, Michigan’s unhinged Democrat governor, whose tyrannical and unconstitutional lockdowns have devasted the lives of Michigan residents, responded by blaming President Trump for the protesters who were losing their jobs and businesses because of her irrational decisions. “It was encouraged by the former White House…the misinformation…the encouragement…the normalizing of this kind of domestic terrorism.” Hmmm…good to know that protests covered by our First Amendment are considered “domestic terrorism,” by the left.

Camerota continued to misrepresent Trump supporters who have protested across America over a number of issues, most of which are related to unconstitutional lockdown orders by overreaching Democrat governors.

Brushing tens of thousands of Americans with a broad brush, Camerota assured her small audience that just because “President Trump is gone,” it doesn’t mean “the extremists” have disappeared.

CNN: Were The Michigan Protests Were A "Dry Run" For Capitol Riots?

Rumble video on website 3:20 min

Whitmer told Camerota that there has to be some sort of effort to hold these people “accountable,” as she completely made up some idiotic narrative that conversation within the Republican Party is “are you an insurrectionist, or are you not?” Whitmer, who marched with the violent Black Lives Matter movement at the height of the pandemic, was clearly working to define Republicans as terrorists, as she turned to the alleged plot by six men who, according to FBI reports plotted to kidnap Governor Whitmer from her vacation home in northern Michigan.

According to a report by The Federalist, a lawyer for one of the accused men is suggesting the FBI agent set these men up, and that it was the FBI informant who hatched the idea to kidnap the governor.

The Federalist covered the October 13, 2020 trial of one of the six men accused of plotting to kidnap Governor Whitmer – Scott Graham, who is representing 26-year-old Kaleb Franks, argued in court there was no real plan to capture Whitmer. Instead, he said the accused were merely acting as “militia wannabees” who engaged in “big talk between crackpots,” according to the Detroit Free Press. In other words, Graham said, those charged in a plot to kidnap Whitmer were “people who talk a lot … but are never going to do anything.”

“Have you ever dealt with big talkers?” Graham asked an FBI Special Agent Richard Trask during cross-examination. “There’s kind of a military-wanna-be theme that runs between militias.”

Graham specifically asked Trask about his testimony that 13 militia members were planning to steal Whitmer from her vacation home and leave her in the middle of Lake Michigan or try the governor for treason in a nearby state. Trask, the paper reported, said he couldn’t offer a specific answer but that there were audio recordings of the members discussing their plans.

Graham argued in court that it was the FBI’s own informant involved with this group that was actively encouraging the others to engage in illegal activity.

“One of the most active leaders was your informant,” Graham charged.

Gary Springstead, who is representing 24-year-old Ty Garbin, also said the use of an informant raised suspicions that without FBI involvement the “plot” would never have gone anywhere.

“(I)t’s become an issue in certain cases where the informant pushes some of the information, and the court and the government and the defense attorneys have to be leery of that,” Springstead told reporters outside the courthouse. “Because their job is not to assess what the government informant wants them to do, it’s to assess the accused’s intent and what they actually planned on doing.”

UNITY! Left-Wing Columnist Wants The Entire Republican Party On Terror Watch List

by Jonathan Davisabout an hour ago
trump-stare-podium-1-758x506.jpg

To hear Democrats and their buds in Hollywood tell it, the era of Sen. Joseph McCarthy and his Communist witch hunts were some of the darkest days in American history.

What they hated most about McCarthy and his era was his use of “lists” on which to put those suspected of being Commies.

But today, times have changed. Now left-wing Democrats and their allies are all about putting conservatives and especially Trump supporters on “lists” so they can be officially persecuted. And in fact, one leftist lunatic wants to put the entire Republican Party on the domestic terrorism watch list because of the unhinged rantings of a single member, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Writes Harold Meyerson for the prominent leftist rage American Prospect:

Myerson isn’t the only goofball making these kinds of crazy, obviously unconstitutional suggestions about his political opponents.

A recent op-ed in the establishment’s establishment paper, the Washington Post, headlined, “What the 1798 Sedition Act got right — and what it means today,” actually discussed the danger of “misinformation” and how First Amendment free speech protections weren’t adequate to sort fact from fiction. The piece also claimed that opponents of the Sedition Act “were wrong to conclude that the truth would necessarily prevail in an open exchange of information.”

Meanwhile, “The Dwarf King,” as Tucker Carlson refers to him, is busy telling his limited audience that Fox News must be taken off the air because “liars” or something — and that doing so is actually not a curb on free speech.

“…[R]reducing a liar’s reach is not the same as censors freedom of speech.

Freedom of speech is different than freedom of reach,” Brian Stelter actually said this past weekend.

Adds Alex Stamos, the former head of security for Facebook said conservative outlets like Newsmax, Fox News, and One America News should be deplatformed following the Jan. 6 Capitol riot (that they had nothing to do with).

We have to turn down the capability of these conservative influencers to reach these huge audiences. There are people on YouTube, for example, that have a larger audience than daytime CNN, and they are extremely radical and pushing extremely radical views,” Stamos said.

Remember when CNN/MSNBC/ABC/NBC/CBS/Washington Post/New York Times/L.A. Times/etc. were all reporting that Trump-Russia collusion was real — when it wasn’t?

Does that mean Stelter & Co. should be deplatformed and censored?

WATCH: Permanent Fortifications Are INCREASING Around The Capitol

Build Back Better.

THIS is what Biden’s America looks like ladies and gentlemen. A capitol reminiscent of a Chinese concentration camp.

This guy had a fake inauguration surrounded by 25,000 armed guards, and now the folks in D.C. want to put up PERMANENT fortifications around government buildings.

These same people are keeping everyone shuttered inside, and they are keeping the country shutdown with an over-inflated pandemic virus.

People dont even touch each other anymore, and stand at a six-foot distance from one another……

And to top it all off they are restricting everything you see and hear through a campaign of big tech and internet censorship.

Geroge Orwell himself could not make this up.

Yesterday, it was announced that permanent fencing would be coming to the US Capitol. For many Americans, this is an alarming new development.

When President Trump was inside the White House, and BLM/Antifa rioters attacked Secret Service protecting the perimeter, the Left mocked him for taking cover in the bunker. No one ever suggested the fencing wasn’t sufficient to protect President Trump from the relentless violent protestors.

Washington DC’s Democrat Mayor Muriel Bowser tweeted about some “potentially volatile events upcoming” that require the extra fencing and additional troops around the city. She also claimed that these massive security additions would not be permanent.

Washington, D.C. is a beautiful city. The open vistas and the close proximity permitted to national landmarks like the Capitol enhance that beauty. So sad that security concerns dictate permanent fencing. These are sad, troubled times.
— Ned F. Carmody (@NedFCarmody) January 28, 2021
The tall, imposing fencing around the Capitol has come to epitomize the debate over security concerns following the Jan. 6 riot versus ensuring that citizens aren't walled off from their government, and a Capitol Police proposal this week to make it permanent is sparking bipartisan backlash.

Both local leaders and members of Congress are objecting. Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) said the city government “would not accept” permanent fencing around the Capitol, vowing it would come down “when the time is right.”

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) declared that she was “adamantly opposed” to fencing around the “People's House,” while Rep. Jake Auchincloss (D-Mass.) said that “it is a mistake to turn the home of our democracy into a fortress.”

But for now, the days of allowing even passing joggers to get close to the building and within a few feet of lawmakers moving about the campus are on hold as threats continue to rise.

Yeah.....what they just said in The Hill sounds permanent to me.
They can make a show all they want, but we have all seen this before: the 'war on terror' troops that never seem to come home, and surveillance programs that do not end.

The thing about 'citing increased threats' is that you can ALWAYS cite increased threats, or you know.....just get the F.B.I. and extremist groups to do it for you.

Democrats Are Now Putting Conservatives On Trial For Free Speech

Well That didn’t take long at all…..

These commies have only been in power for less than two weeks and already they are breaking our most sacred tradition: the right to free speech.

They have accused Douglass Mackey of a conspiracy which caused 4,900 people to vote by text.

First of all, if you think you can vote by text you are a moron.

Second of all, he didn’t do that! He spread memes about Hillary Clinton, and a PHOTO of a woman standing by a SIGN which was prompting people to vote by text for Hillary.

This is NOT a conspiracy to do ANYTHING but make people laugh, but we all know that the first thing tyrants do is crack down on laughter.

This is purely a case of tyrants cracking down on political free speech.
Here is what we currently know:

100 Percent Fed Up reported:
Rules for thee, but not for me: Conservative meme maker faces up to 10 years in prison for spreading joke regarding 2016 election while anti-Americans who were part of the treasonous Anti-Trump Crossfire Hurricane spying and sabotage operation get no jail time.

False allegations made against President Donald Trump in 2016 lead to the corrupt media overshadowing coverage of his patriotic presidency with a 3+ year fraudulent investigation by Robert Mueller. Mueller had a team of nearly 2 dozen highly paid lawyers, many of whom were actually tied to his opponent Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama and other anti-Trump causes.

Despite these investigations into Trump being proven to have been knowingly illegitimate from the start–and therefor treasonous, no one went to jail for any of it. The media lied about Trump and his associations with Russia for 4 years–and continue to do so to this day and during the 2020 campaign.

The Gateway Pundit also had this to say:
A pro-Trump meme maker and Twitter troll was indicted Wednesday by the feds for using the social media platform to ‘spread election disinformation’ to Hillary Clinton voters in 2016.

“Ricky Vaughn” AKA, Douglass Mackey, used Twitter to post memes and troll Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential election cycle.

31-year-old Mackey was arrested in West Palm Beach on one charge of conspiracy against rights and faces up to 10 years in prison.

According to the unsealed indictment, Mackey conspired with others on Twitter to encourage black people to cast their votes via text message.

The Eastern District of New York said in its indictment that one week before the 2016 election, Mackey tweeted an image of a black woman in front of an “African Americans for President Hillary” sign.

Emblazoned on the picture was the message: “Avoid the Line. Vote from Home. Text ‘Hillary’ to 59925. Vote for Hillary and be a part of history”

Enemies of the State vs. Enemies of the People

By Frank Miele
February 01, 2021

AP Photo/Pablo Martinez Monsivais
I didn’t declare war on the establishment; it declared war on me.

It declared war on me when it supported energy policies that could enrich Saudi Arabia and Russia and would cost me more money at the gas pump or on my power bill.

It declared war on me when it told me my ideas weren’t worthy of debate and discussion or that they were even so dangerous they couldn’t be shared publicly.

It declared war on me when it used the police powers of the FBI and CIA to first spy on a presidential candidate and then worked to undermine the administration of that candidate after he was elected.

It declared war on me when it told me my religious beliefs did not deserve the protection of the First Amendment.

It declared war on me when it told me boys could compete against girls in high school sports and that they could shower together afterwards.

It declared war on me when it offered citizenship to illegal aliens and shipped American jobs to China.

It declared war on me when it mocked the usefulness of a wall on the Mexican border and simultaneously put up a razor-wire fence around the Capitol.

It declared war on me when it tried to defund the police so that millions of Americans would be left defenseless against mobs from antifa and Black Lives Matter.

It declared war on me when it said America was never great.

It declared war on me when it told my children they are not good enough because they are white.

It declared war on me when it said that defending the Constitution’s rules on federal elections is sedition.

It declared war on me when it told me that I was a domestic terrorist if I didn’t believe the government’s official pronouncements about elections, about free speech, and about right and wrong.

Let’s just say it plainly: The establishment declared war on me and on all conservative Americans when it decided that leftist orthodoxy was more important than the Constitution.

Don’t believe me? Fine, why should you believe a Trump supporter? You’ve been indoctrinated by the national media, Big Tech oligarchs, the Democratic Party, and academic elites to believe without questioning that people like me can’t be trusted. But you don’t have to take my word for it. Listen instead to John Brennan, the former CIA director under President Obama, who speaks authoritatively for the Deep State:

He said on MSNBC that “the members of the Biden team who have been nominated or have been appointed, are now moving in laser-like fashion to try to uncover as much as they can about what looks very similar to insurgency movements that we've seen overseas, where they germinate in different parts of the country and they gain strength and it brings together an unholy alliance frequently of religious extremists, authoritarians, fascists, bigots, racists, nativists, even libertarians.”

This “guilt by labeling” is the antithesis of fair play or justice. It is a convenient mechanism for the ruling class to herd people into identity clusters so that individual rights can be supplanted by group responsibility. If this reminds you of China’s Cultural Revolution, you are not wrong. The ruling class wants you to conform, confirm and comply. If you step outside the lines, be prepared to be shamed, silenced and ostracized.

A shocking example was provided Wednesday when Douglass Mackey of Delray Beach, Fla., was arrested for creating memes that allegedly misled voters in 2016 to think they could vote by texting instead of by actually going to the polls. This is the equivalent of arresting Sacha Baron Cohen for exposing the gullibility of the rich and famous. The FBI offered no evidence that Mackey actually convinced anyone not to vote, but even if it did, so what? Would you rather live in a country where the FBI is hunting down pranksters — four years after the supposed transgression — or a country where voters are expected to be able to recognize a joke when they see one?

But nothing can be taken for granted any more. The people — and even their representatives and senators — are considered enemies of the state because they hold opinions that don’t meet the standards of Joe Biden or (this is even scarier!) Jake Tapper.

No wonder the people are starting to rise up and rebel against the plutocracy. It’s not “We the Oligarchs” who are the source of power in the Constitution, but “We the People,” yet the ruling establishment has forgotten that. If people like Donald Trump and Douglass Mackey are deemed to be “enemies of the state,” then those who would suppress them and their freedoms must be considered “enemies of the people.”

A house divided against itself cannot long stand, but if there is to be a truce it will not come from submission, but from a recognition that all people are created equal, that they all have certain inalienable rights, and that among those are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Those words were worth fighting for once. Are they worth fighting for today?

I don’t know, but I do know this: If Americans can’t have liberty, we can’t have America either — at least not one that is distinguishable from China. The time has come to make a choice.

"As you know, President Trump has been barred from a lot of social media sites," a reporter said to Psaki. "Just curious whether you think his absence has made our job any easier, or the White House's job any easier as it kind of goes forward on these COVID negotiations?"

"We don't spend a lot of time talking about or thinking about President Trump here, former President Trump, to be very clear. I think that is a question that's probably more appropriate for Republican members who are looking for ways to support a bipartisan package," Psaki responded. "But I can't say we miss him on Twitter."

"Does President Biden support the continuing ban of President Trump on their sites?" the reporter asked.

"I think that's a decision made by Twitter. We've certainly spoken to, and he's spoken to the need for social media platforms to reduce hate speech," Psaki stated.

The United States has no legal concept of "hate speech," and such speech, so long as it is non-violent, is protected under the first amendment.

Biden’s Big City Elite Agenda Will Harm Poor And Rural People

President Joe Biden promised unity, both on the campaign trail and from the stage during his inauguration, but his agenda may take a lopsided toll on poorer Americans and those who live in more rural areas.

Through a series of 42 executive orders, Biden has already pushed through a number of agenda items, some of which catered to certain constituency groups but may be more damaging to others.

The order that has received the most attention was the one that put an end to the Keystone XL Pipeline, which immediately terminated some 1000 jobs and eliminated 10,000 more planned jobs.
Joe Biden’s Keystone XL decision destroyed:
–> 11,000 U.S. jobs
–> 8,000 union jobs
–> $1.6 billion in wages
Meanwhile, communist China is projected to build 2 large coal plants a month for the next 12 years.#BejingBiden

Biden’s special envoy on climate change, former Secretary of State John Kerry, responded to concerns about those lost jobs by suggesting that building solar panels or taking other green energy jobs would be a “better choice.”

Louisiana Republican Sen. Bill Cassidy argued that some of those jobs hadn’t yet materialized, and for people who had already lost jobs because of Biden’s agenda, the promise of a future job did nothing to pay the present bills.
.@BillCassidy nailing why canceling Keystone XL is so harmful:

Another executive order froze new permits for the natural gas extraction process known as fracking, a move which many viewed as a de facto ban that would ultimately undermine American energy independence.

In addition to the executive orders, Biden does plan to push some of his agenda through in upcoming legislation like his $1.9 trillion COVID relief package.

Democrats have already suggested that legislation, which includes a federal minimum wage hike to $15 per hour, be pushed through without Republican support with the aid of budget reconciliation.
Politico: Sen. Bernie Sanders, who chairs the budget committee, wants to use reconciliation to push through a $15 minimum wage as part of Biden’s coronavirus proposal.
— Kyle Griffin (@kylegriffin1) January 27, 2021
As Sen. Cassidy noted during an appearance on “Fox News Sunday,” the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has predicted such a minimum wage hike would cost millions of jobs — and he also claimed that the Democrats had not reached out to Republicans to find a bipartisan solution, calling the “the beginning of the bad faith.”

A $15 minimum wage could also price small businesses out of the market, especially in rural areas where only larger corporations and chain stores would have the ability to absorb the added cost of labor.

Other Biden agenda items — such as his immigration policy that ends former President Donald Trump’s “remain in Mexico” policy and would provide a path to citizenship for many who are already in the country illegally — could make it more difficult particularly for Black Americans to get jobs.

America's Trust In The Mainstream Media Hits An All-Time-Low (And "Journalists" Are Shocked)

SUNDAY, JAN 31, 2021 - 22:50
Authored by Robert Wheeler via The Organic Prepper blog,

Given the 24/7 hysterical propaganda coming from mainstream media, it is easy to see how Americans are clueless about current events’ true nature, whether it be politics, COVID, or foreign policy.

But, there is some good news.

For the first time, most Americans do not trust the mainstream media

According to PR firm Edelman’s Annual Trust-Barometer, fewer than half of all Americans trust the mainstream media despite the constant propaganda onslaught.

Anyone in journalism or media could have told you long ago this would be the case. The dinosaur knowns as Mainstream Media is dying. Before Google conspired with Zuckerberg and other digital giants to crush alternative media, those alternative outlets competed with and beat MSM.

MSM and Big Tech attempted to put a stop to that revolution, but the damage was done. Alternative media gave a large portion of the American people a glimpse of real journalism, and, ever since, MSM has been slowly withering.

Edelman’s “Trust Barometer” shows that Americans’ trust in the media establishment has now hit an all-time low in 2021, falling three more points to 46 percent. For the first time, that figure has dropped below the 50 percent mark.

Social media is taking blows to the chin, with Americans’ trust ranked at only 27% for content found on Facebook, Twitter, and the like.

The lack of faith in the mainstream is not exclusive to America. Across the world, belief in social media is only 35 percent. Globally, only 35 percent of people rank social media as trustworthy for “general news and information.”

Other related information shows that Americans are not happy with journalists or the journalistic profession either. Fifty-six percent of Americans said journalists are “purposely trying to mislead people by saying things they know are false or gross exaggerations.” Fifty-eight percent agreed that most media outlets were “more concerned with supporting an ideology or political position than informing the public.” This website published an article about how the MSM was goading the public back in 2018.

Strange and not so strange statistics regarding politics and Big Business

One unsurprising statistic is that there is a sharp difference between Biden and Trump supporters when breaking up the political party numbers. Only 18 percent of Trump supporters said the mainstream media was trustworthy, while fifty-seven percent of Democrats said MSM was trustworthy. Ironically, though more than half, 57% is far from an overwhelming majority.

With ties to major corporations and particularly Big Oil, Edelman is not “independent.” These connections were quickly called out by many people online, suggesting the general public may be savvier as to who is behind media outlets than they were before.

The one strange statistic that emerged from this poll (possibly due to the polling firm’s connections mentioned) was that out of Government, Media, NGOs, and Big Business, the only group trusted by most Americans was Big Business. One factor that might explain more trust in Big Business than other institutions is the veritable war on the American economy declared by the ruling class due to COVID and climate hysteria.

Journalists respond to Edelman’s report with a plea to help rebuild the infrastructure

Axios and other “journalists” who responded to Edelman’s 2021 report have seized upon this nugget of trust in Big Business to call on those CEOs to “visibly embrace the news media” to help corporate media outlets.
“Now it’s time for [CEOs] to use the trust they’ve built up to help rebuild our civic infrastructure,” Axios stated.
Axios also wanted these CEOs to reach out to Trump supporters who generally have a much more favorable view of Big Business than Biden’s base. Some, however, are wondering if this might hurt the businesses more than help MSM.

Axios also realized that media distrust was not only an American issue but a global one. Therefore, it was not merely a “function of Donald Trump’s war on ‘fake news.'” But that didn’t stop the “news” site from blaming the audience for daring to put their faith in the journalistic profession. The site even posted links to help worried journalists recognize if they’ve overplayed their hands in their propaganda pieces.

Note: Trust in companies headquartered in the United States fell four points to another all-time low of 51 percent.

Many MSM journalists may be shocked at the lack of trust by Americans

It may be a real eye-opener to many journalists working for mainstream outlets that most of America does not trust them or the corporations they work for.

Journalists who are shocked by this seem trapped in their own bubble. After four years of the Russia hoax, “everything is racism” reporting, “largely peaceful” protests immediately turning into “terroristic riots,” Trump supporters know full well they cannot trust MSM.

The wave of censorship that has been ongoing in this country for years should confirm that the mainstream media is running scared. Of course, discerning readers already knew mainstream media was nothing more than propaganda, and that’s why, even after Big Tech tried to crush it, the alternative media still survives.

Republican Group Targets GOP Lawmakers in Billboard Campaign Urging Them to Resign

A Republican group has launched a massive billboard campaign calling on several GOP lawmakers to resign following the violence at the Capitol on January 6.

Billboards from the Republican Accountability Project target several House members and two senators, Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Josh Hawley (R-MO), who voted against certifying the Electoral College vote, the Hill reported Friday.

“You lied about the election. The Capitol was attacked. Sen. Cruz: Resign,” one of the billboards reads:

According to the project’s website, the campaign is costing the group $1 million.
The billboards also target Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL), Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL).

However, during the incident on January 6, Cruz tweeted, “Violence is always unacceptable. Even when passions run high”:

Hawley echoed his comments, writing, “The violence must end, those who attacked police and broke the law must be prosecuted, and Congress must get back to work and finish its job”:

On January 7, Cawthorn said he “spoke out in defense of our Constitution and a fair electoral process,” and “unequivocally denounced the violence that took place in our nation’s capitol, it wasn’t patriotism it was thuggery”:

1612231873253.png

Despite their calls for peace, law, and order, Sarah Longwell, the executive director of the Republican Accountability Project, claimed that “These representatives and senators helped incite the attack on the Capitol by spreading lies about the election.”

“They have proved that they are unfit to hold office. They should be nowhere near power,” she stated.

Last Week, Hawley filed a counter ethics complaint against Senate Democrats, calling on the Senate Ethics Committee to investigate him for objecting to the certification of the presidential election, Breitbart News reported.

His letter to the Senate Democrats who filed the ethics complaint against himself and Cruz read in part:
The idea that one Senator who disagrees with another Senator can therefore have that Senator punished, sanctioned, censured, or removed is utterly antithetical to our democracy and the very idea of open, lawful debate. This line of thinking is, however, sadly consistent with the new woke-mob mentality that you should cancel anyone who disagrees with your views.
“Your baseless allegations are in that sense unfortunately typical of today’s leftwing cancel culture, a culture that tramples on the democratic traditions that left and right once defended together,” Hawley concluded.

[COMMENT: With more and more Republicans tarring every patriot at the Capitol with a thug /seditionist /insurrection label, President Trump's defense at the Second Impeachment becomes all that more vital. A defense on the fraud in the election vindicates us all. The dimension of righteous umbrage to turn around a stolen election against a growing failure of legislative, state administrative and court institutions has been buried. We have had no fair hearing by state institutions - administrative and legislative, nor fair hearing in the courts. We have found deaf ears in the Congress. We still need the airing of our grievances and redress of our righteous concerns. They still burn like an ember under the ashes of shame and finger pointing.]

Daniel Horowitz: Enough Is Enough; 'Red States Must Nullify Biden's Nullification of the Constitution'

By Mike Miller | Feb 01, 2021 6:00 PM ET

Given Joe Biden’s affinity for firing off executive orders as fast as they’re shoved in front of him — along with accompanying index cards that he’s supposed to read aloud so both he and the rest of us can know what he’s signing — the question of “constitutional” — or the lack thereof — is increasingly under debate, and with good reason.

Daniel Horowitz, the senior editor of TheBlaze and host of the Conservative Review podcast, took the argument a step further in a Monday op-ed titled “Red States Must Nullify Biden’s Nullification of the Constitution.”

“What happens when the federal government and some state governments turn against every provision of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence?” Horowitz asked, then answered:
“James Madison foresaw such a day, which is why he designed a multilayered republic with numerous states and counties all under a federal union. Tyranny and lawlessness can persist in some places, but under his design, it shouldn’t persist fully in every part of the country.”
“When the federal government chooses to nullify the Constitution, it’s time for the remaining lawful states to nullify the nullification,” he wrote.

Horowitz suggested that the Biden administration, with the more-than-willing help of the liberal media and blue-state governors, imposed “COVID fascism” on the country, “criminalize[d] free speech and assembly,” and “misuse[d] and abuse[d] our military for what appears to be a fascist junta in D.C.”, while “rolling out the welcome mat” for “rioters in our streets,” and illegal aliens at our border.

“We should be asking ourselves,” he said, “what red states and counties can be doing to push back.” Among his suggestions for the 31 Republican state legislatures:
Block Biden’s mask mandate: Conservatives should push an immediate end to all state mask mandates in the 31 states where Republicans control the legislature.

“Next, in the states with Republican governors and attorneys general, they should take a chapter out of New York’s playbook by criminalizing the enforcement of Biden’s mask mandate on public transportation.

“Biden’s order makes it a federal crime to breathe freely even in a ride-share that doesn’t go across state lines. This is unconstitutional on so many levels. It’s time to criminalize the enforcement of this in the states. […]

Call back the National Guard: The deployment of our National Guard to Washington was a disgrace from day one and was done under false pretenses. The fact that Biden is keeping them there indefinitely is indefensible.
“It is shocking that only eight Republican governors have called back their National Guardsmen, despite them being abused. Pressure needs to be brought to bear on the remainder of those governors to follow suit.”
As reported by CBS News, Army and National Guard officials said last Monday that 5,000 National Guard troops will stay in Washington, D.C., until mid-March in response to “requests and information from other agencies, including the FBI.”
To Horowitz’s point, why?

Discrimination against Trump supporters.
From the permanent suspension of Donald Trump’s Twitter account, along with some 70,000 others, to the de-platforming of Parler by Amazon Web Services, and growing threats of suppression of conservative content on multiple social media platforms, Horowitz says it’s time to fight back — seriously so.
Fight discrimination against Trump supporters: The federal government has now harnessed the full force of law enforcement and the national intelligence apparatus against Trump supporters.
“States must commit to blocking federal law enforcement from arresting people merely for assembling or expressing their opinions.
“They should also file 14th Amendment lawsuits against federal agencies that clearly single out Trump supporters for questioning and investigations.”
Horowitz also called on Republican state legislatures to “immediately terminate all emergency orders” and “pass restrictions on the ability of governors to abuse emergency powers” — as well as “criminalizing the entry of men into female private spaces and women’s sports so that Biden’s unconstitutional order cannot take root in the majority of states.”

Horowitz also discussed Biden’s “unconstitutional overreach” on his last podcast.
In related news, as I reported on Saturday in ‘Cut Constitutional Corners’: Six Red State AGs Threaten to Sue Biden for ‘Overreaching and Defying Congress’, the attorneys general of Arkansas, Indiana, Mississippi, Montana, Texas, and West Virginia sent a direct and to the point letter to Biden last week, warning that they will file suit if he oversteps his constitutional authority and attempts to implement radical policies, including repeal of existing immigration laws.
“The President cannot cut constitutional corners or shirk statutory strictures without inevitably doing more harm to our country than good. y this letter we respectfully urge you when pursuing your policy priorities to honor the core constitutional tenets which should be appreciated and respected by every person entrusted with the honor and burdens of the presidency.”

As of Friday night, Biden had signed 42 executive orders, dwarfing the combined efforts of the previous three presidents combined. At the end of their respective first weeks in office, Donald Trump had signed four, Barack Obama, five, and George W. Bush, 0.

WOW! Ted Cruz Reaches a Hand Across the Aisle to Agree with Ocasio-Cortez on Populist Investor Uprising – AOC Bites Off His Head, Accuses Him of Attempted Murder, Tells Him to Resign

By Jim Hoft
Published January 28, 2021 at 1:11pm

Earlier today the Robinhood trading app blocked trading of GME stocks citing “market volatility” as its reason for delisting support for securities including GameStop, AMC, Blackberry and Nokia.

The Wall Street hedge funds were going bust and thousands of small-time investors were making too much money.

As MSN Money reported the move sparked outrage on Twitter and the Reddit community r/WallStreetBets, which was at the center of a stock-trading storm this week after its members poured money into the retail company GameStop in order to disrupt hedge fund short sellers.

AOC-angry-600x406.jpg

Donald Trump Jr. and Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez both chimed in on this move to screw the small investor.

Later this morning Senator Ted Cruz jumped in and agreed with Ocasio Cortez.
It was something they could both agree on, right?

But AOC bit his head off.

Ocasio Cortez accused Cruz of attempted murder and demanded he resign from the senate.

This was because Cruz challenged the fraudulent election results.

Then she accused Cruz of the suicide of a second police officer.

WOW!

AOC is one sick individual. That’s just wickedly insane.
Oh look! An example of class. (Like she ever came close)
