Yep. To me, it seems with the media and the administration being equally corrupt, there wouldn't be a necessity to even let this get out. Just sweep it away without it becoming public knowledge. Maybe leak it out 50 years from now when no one cares or has the ability to do anything about it.

Instead, we've now risen to the level of a special counsel. Seems like a lot of maneuvering going on...

There appears to be a REALLY BIG DIFFERENCE here. Biden's stuff APPEARS to include SCI information, for which the rules are a tad bit more stringent than "just" Top Secret.

It's not the same thing, Trump falls under the Presidential records act and he hasn't violated the law.

Biden falls under the federal records act (at the time the crime took place) and has broken the law.

Now Biden falls under the same Presidential records act as Trump, so nothing will happen.

I haven't figured out why this is playing out though, to push Biden out of 24 or earlier or some other scheme is up for debate
