Funny you mention that. I don't think anyone there hardly realized she was there. I didn't, until we got home and MIL mentioned she was on the news...of course, that is what they would focus on!

The earliest we could head to rally was 3pm yesterday which concerned me as we started seeing the line party forming online early in the day. It took maybe 20 min to park once at Cecil field, then a bus picked us up almost at our car with the exact# of seats we needed. The line to get in was definitely yuge but everyone was in great spirits. It didn't take us an hour to get from the car to where we stood for the event. All of 6 BLM protestors managed a feeble "No justice, no peace" to which the crowd in line roared "4 more years". Security was extremely tight..SS manned all screening, some tier-1 private security was visible and obviously in the crowd as well.
Kids loaded up on tees and MAGA hats (surprisingly cheap. $5 for hats, $10-15 for tees, probably 2x as much online).
The setting: once inside we had an awesome sunset, above us was the largest American flag I've ever seen suspended from a crane, all of this next to a military airfield. Pretty surreal.
Great speaker line up for about an hour. Gov Ron D, Matt Gaetz, Mike Waltz and some others all help stoke the crowd.
