Yes indeed. A caucus isn't like a primary, where there's normal voting all day long with people coming and going from polling places.

Just got home. Turnout exceeded that of the last caucus, and in spite of the weather.

117 votes cast.

Trump - 84 (71.8%)

DeSantis - 22 (18.8%)

Haley - 7 (5.9%)

Ramiswami - 4 (3.4%)


Planks being suggested to be presented to the County Republican convention:

- Secure the border

- Right to life from conception to birth

- No pandemic shutdowns

Zero mention of Ryan Binkley. No one spoke for Haley or Ramiswami.

They had to set up 2 more rows of chairs to handle the crowd and still used the bleachers on the off side as well.

One teen-ager was there to cast her first-ever ballot. She will be 18 by the time of the national election, so she is eligible to vote in the caucuses.
