I have to thank you, Alan, for posting the prep thread every week. Before I started participating in it, I felt like I was going nowhere fast. Sure, I had water and stuff, but I wasn't keeping track of what was getting done, so i wasn't seeing it. Now that I'm looking back at the end of the week at what I accomplished, I'm seeing that I'm getting more done than I thought.
