EBOLA Isolation experiment dry run today

I had to go to my credit union to pick up a new debit card since the USPS seems to have lost the mailed replacement after a security breach at a vendor.

Today's test run was a level 1-2 iso with one hand gloved and all else clean. Put glove on dominant hand which would be the dirty hand non dominant was the clean hand minimum contact with fomites. Shoes to be sprayed witl viral use before entering car. Eve trying and conscious effort I did break ISO once by setting aluminum card ID case on the desk. Recovery by treating it as dirty.

After the transaction was over I talked to the rep I was working with when she used Purell after using the community terminal to order and print card. I told her the ove, distancing etc was a practice run to see if that level of protection would be possible and that Ebola was the real deal and how bad we are being lied to and not given info. It scared the snot out of her and admitted she expected as much. Gave her the name of a good viracide she could get OTC, Otoban. She wrote the name said she was off tomorrow and planned on studying and prepping.

I know this is throwing a cup of water on a forest fire. But it is a step and one less sheeple.

I ran into the hardware store yesterday to make a purchase. While paying for the item, I realized there was no way to go through the transaction without cross contamination. Your debit card gets exposed and then putting that back in your wallet, you contaminate the inside and outside of it. Now your hands and your wallet and purse are contaminated. You walk out to your car and grab your keys and get into the car. Now they are contaminated. Your clothes are too, not to mention the item you bought. I don't see how someone could escape it.

Yes, it would almost be impossible to do everyday things and not get something on you.

Thanks, Dustmusher, that was a great thing to do. I'm going to search for that product, too.

They sprayed my fire department with this today. I wondered why they were using this instead of bleach, now I know.

If you must do transactions, put cash in a pocket, not a wallet or purse. Keep both hands gloved.

Learn how to take the gloves off properly and practice now if you think you'll be using them. Gloves and a mask will help with avoiding flu - I used them during the last outbreak when it was necessary to go pick up some groceries for the elderly.

I also entered my house into the laundry room, where I stripped off shoes and outer clothing and took a shower before entering my house.

I *would not* go out during a nearby ebola outbreak, assuming that we weren't locked down.

The answer to contamination is clear: go naked. Take a friend along and spray each other thoroughly with bleach solution after every public encounter. Use bleach-resistant body paint to avoid pesky runs.

Panic Sex Lady needs to move to a warmer winter climate ...

Dust, you said, "Shoes to be sprayed witl viral use before entering car." What is "viral use"?

And Trivium Persuit That is the stinking auto correct on my phone. Should have been virucide. Of course my dyslexia and just lousy spelling on a tiny keyboard just adds to the not fun.

And yes CJOL that is the right product.

Raven. Sorry I violated your word usage but I reverted to "medical speak" I know very well the definition of isolation. I said ISO.
