The Erdogan gov't is now in a state of panic after a intelligence agency MIT's siege operation at Incirlik Air Base, where US troops are stationed, backfired.

The containment and damage control is in place with police finally authorized to respond to groups attempting to breach security perimeters.

Day-long planned demonstrations in front of the base were abruptly cancelled by the main organizer IHH just before the arrival of US Secretary Antony Blinken for talks.

Currently thousands of vehicles and tens of thousands of people are on their way to Incirlik US base in Turkey to besiege it.
Local reports claim that Al Qaida, Nusra and Hamas are being carried next to Palestine&Turkish flags.

Personally, I'd squib the igloos. They're B-61 10s with a mix of model 11s/penetrators there.

Chopper the troops out and turn the place into a smoking hole. Oh, and dial the yield up. WAY up.

I'd say yes it is. Look at satellite photos of the base, that's the eastern end of the base if I remember correctly.
Another indicator is the awnings-those look like standard entry/access awnings for bases using the electronic/swipe card entry system. Our base up the street has almost the same setup.

This would give them "justification" to escalate their level of violence.

who really knows? Whomever it is, ain't telling the likes of you and I. All agree that they have had them in the past, we had a dust up, and shadowy OSINT info purported to show movements that would have occurred had we gone in and taken them out- but also that would have occurred had we merely drilled to go in and take them out and and and
