Is there a GOP proposal to replace ObamaCare?
NO. The Republicans actually liked ObamaCare - they just wanted to be in charge of it, which is why they refused to defund it when they had many opportunities to do so.
Executive Orders stating that Insurance Companies must cover pre-existing conditions is simply more shuffling ObamaCare chairs on the deck of the Titanic - and will ensure sky-high premiums will continue for the foreseeable future.
And of course, executive orders are not permanent either. The next one in the White House can and will rewrite all of them to suit his constituencies and party platforms.

Yeah, I heard the speech and was amazed at what modern tech can do. Not a whisper about this earlier that I am aware of.
