Russian President Vladimir Putin defended Hunter Biden on Sunday, saying the saw 'nothing criminal' regarding his past business ties with Ukraine or Russia, according to Reuters.
Putin's statement would seem to fly in the face of the MSM's latest conspiracy theory that he's somehow behind the release of Hunter Biden's alleged laptop contents, and you should believe that 'whether or not it's true.' It would also suggest that Putin never possessed, or hasn't read the New York Post's undisputed evidence that Hunter introduced a Burisma adviser to his father eight months before Joe Biden pressured Ukraine to fire their Prosecutor General, who was investigating Burisma at the time.
"But well yes he had at least one company, which he practically headed up, and judging from everything he made good money. I don’t see anything criminal about this, at least we don’t know anything about this (being criminal)," said the Russian leader - who leftists in America have spent four years insisting is extremely corrupt, and will now lionize as a paragon of truth.
According to the report, Putin "reacted with visible irritation" over question regarding an alleged $3.5 million payment made to Hunter Biden the ex-Moscow Mayor's widow - responding that he knew nothing about a commercial relationship between Hunter and the woman who President Trump said was tied to Putin during last week's debate.

In September, top Republicans called for the FBI and DOJ to investigate a series of wire transfers from Russian and Chinese businesspeople to Hunter Biden, after Senate Republicans released a report detailing the suspicious transactions - including a $3.5 million wire from a Russian billionaire whose late husband was the mayor of Moscow.
Coincidentally, the same Senate report infuriated ex-Biden business partner Tony Boboulinski after he learned that the Bidens received an alleged $5 million interest-free loan from a now-bankrupt Chinese energy company following the release of a damning Senate report.
In any event, looks like Putin backs Biden.

Hunter Biden Ex-Biz Associate Was Livid Over $5MM Side-Deal With Chinese: Texts

Former Biden business associate-turned-whistleblower, Tony Bobulinski, was absolutely livid after learning that the Bidens received an alleged $5 million interest-free loan from a now-bankrupt Chinese energy company following the release of a damning Senate report.
"You can imagine my shock when reading the report yesterday put out by the Senate committee. The fact that you and HB were lying to Rob, James and I while accepting $5 MM from Cefc is infuriating," wrote Bobulinski to Jim Biden. (Via the Daily Caller's Chuck Ross):
CEFC refers to CEFC China Energy, a PLA-linked company which was paying Hunter $850,00 per year according to an email from Biden business associate James Gilliar to Bobulinksi - which is also the source of the "10 held by H for the big guy" email.
Emails obtained by the New York Post show that Hunter "pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company — including one that he said would be “interesting for me and my family.”" according to the report.
You can read more on Hunter and the CEFC here. As an aside, but of course not coincidental we're sure, the Clinton Foundation accepted a donation between $50,001 and $100,000 from CEFC.
And as the National Pulse notes, the Bidens weren't the only members of the DC political establishment that the CEFC tried to 'purchase.'

One America News Network host Jack Posobiec tweeted Sunday that a source from the Department of Justice told the network that the FBI dropped the investigation due to supposed concerns over the story from the repair shop owner. Concerns were raised over the chain of custody in the case.
The source indicated that the FBI dropped the investigation "because they did not believe the repair shop owner's story would hold up in court, although Mac Isaac provided them with evidence," according to Posobiec, who added that "They found zero evidence of foreign involvement."
The FBI has been in possession of the laptop at the center of the scandal, and a federal law enforcement officer revealed to Fox News that the emails in question are "authentic."
Former Fox News correspondent and journalist Adam Housley pointed out that both the Department of Justice and the Director of National Intelligence verified the legitimacy of the laptop, adding that the Russians had nothing to do with its contents or the dissemination of its contents.
Despite the FBI's initial decision to drop the investigation, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani claims that he "got the FBI to start investigating" the matter of the laptop eight months after they first obtained it

New documents unveiled in an explosive Senate report Wednesday show former Secretary of State John Kerry lied to reporters when asked whether he was aware of former Vice President Joe Biden’s son serving in a lucrative board position for a Ukrainian energy company.
“I had no knowledge about any of that. None. No,” Kerry said in December last year at the height of President Donald Trump’s impeachment process, which shed light on the Biden family’s conflicts of interest in Ukraine.
The new joint report out from the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee with the Senate Treasury Committee, however, shows otherwise.
According to congressional investigators, Kerry’s Chief of Staff David Wade briefed Kerry on press inquiries specifically related to Hunter Biden’s arrangement of recently joining the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma. Records show Hunter Biden raked in upwards of $50,000 a month from serving on the board despite no prior experience in the industry. A Federalist analysis shows Hunter Biden was being compensated far higher than board members on the leadership of larger corporations in the same field.

Documents Reveal Failed Hunter Biden Joint Venture and Who the Biden Crime Family Tried to Get Their Hooks Into

Documents reveal that a failed Hunter Biden business venture, one that an ex-partner said involved Joe Biden, targeted “key domestic contacts” including Governor Cuomo (D-NY) and Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) for potential projects across the country, documents reveal.
Though the venture never took off, it is interesting to see who the Biden crime family tried to get their hooks on.
A memo that was dated May 15, 2017 containing possible contacts was sent by Joe Biden’s brother Jim Biden to his nephew and three other men who all started a limited liability company to partner with another company on “global and/or domestic” projects involving “infrastructure, energy, financial services and other strategic sectors,” the documents reveal.
The other company was backed by a Chinese energy tycoon who has since been “disappeared” by the Chinese government, and was to “be primarily responsible for arranging financing and execution” of the projects, according to documents that were released by Tony Bobulinksi, who served as the CEO of the joint venture.
The memo, titled “Key domestic contacts for phase one target projects,” noted that Cuomo “is moving forward with major infrastructure projects such as the long-stalled Tappan Zee Bridge replacement and the much-needed redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport.”
“His administration has invested nearly $4 billion through the Regional Council and Upstate Revitalization initiatives to jumpstart the economy and support local priorities for development,” it added.
Cuomo was mentioned in an earlier email that Bobulinski released where a different partner, James Gilliar of the consulting agency J2cR, discussed a number of strategies tied to their business plan.
“Meet Gov of NYS ? , if so times ? Meet anyone else ?, are we meeting in NYC or elsewhere ?,” Gilliar wrote on April 27, 2017.
The memo included no elaboration about Mayor de Blasio but said the then-president of the city’s Economic Development Corporation, Maria Torres-Springer, “drives the physical transformation of New York City, completes major infrastructure upgrades, and encourages the creation of new residential and commercial districts.”
Senator Chuck Schumer was described as having “made improving New York’s economy a top priority, bringing affordable air service to Upstate New York and working to successfully retain New York jobs at risk of leaving and attract many new firms to New York.” They were leaving because of the outrageously high taxes in New York once the president ended the practice of progressive states forcing the rest of the country to subsidize their rich people in federal income taxes when their governors allowed them to write off their outrageously high state income tax on their federal returns.
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) along with New York’s then-commissioner of economic development, Howard Zemsky, were also included, as were other officials in California, Florida, Minnesota and Virginia. Some of them had relationships to the partners which were highlighted.
The memo described then-California Governor Jerry Brown as a “long time friend from his first term as governor,” and his successor, Gavin Newsom, then the lieutenant governor, was recognized as “Hunter’s friend.” Hunter’s friend, eh?
Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) was described as a “personal friend of my friend Billy Rubin and close to my friend Ken Jenne, former Sheriff of Broward County, FL.”
In the meantime, another email sent by Jim Biden on May 15, 2017, and titled “short list of foreign friends for next phase?” contained a second list of names that included Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, described as “arguably the richest man in the world” and “very friendly.”
The memo added, “…mentioning Slim now because he is big into racing and has a Formula I racing team and I know you are headed to the Grand Prix.”
Others on the list included the presidents of Colombia and Argentina, and the “European Union in general.”
These memos, which seem to have been copy-and-paste jobs, were sent as Microsoft Word documents with property values that show their author as Jim Biden’s wife, Sara Biden.
In response to the memos, Hunter Biden emailed the other partners the following day and expressed concern “that these lists of contacts and strengths are going to come back to haunt us.” Why would that be, Hunter, asked nobody ever.
Hunter Biden suggested the lists “could easily serve . . . as the foundation for the divvying up of territory both geographically and commercially” by their partner in the joint venture.
“I may be paranoid but having worked in. [sic] The lobbying industry for years these attempts to create focus at the outset always and I mean always ended in disaster,” the email reads.
“We should be thinking what we want to focus on and not who knows who as direction for focus in my opinion.”
The memos and emails are part of a batch of more than 900 documents Bobulinski made public this week and they outline plans for a company called Oneida Holdings to supply consulting services to a company called Hudson West IV. It all sounds so legit doesn’t it?
The documents show Hudson West IV was controlled by Ye Jianming, then chair of CEFC China Energy Co., and “Director Zang,” an apparent reference to CEFC’s executive director, Zang Jian Jun. It’s always China with the Bidens. Now you know why Joe Biden is always saying China is not a threat to us.
Ye vanished after being taken into custody by Chinese authorities in early 2018, and CEFC, which was China’s largest private energy company, went bankrupt this year, according to reports.
The joint venture, which was known as SinoHawk Holdings, was by no means funded by CEFC nor did it complete any deals, The Wall Street Journal reported late Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
SinoHawk was apparently dissolved in October 2018, according to some documents that have been released by Bobulinski.
Cuomo’s office didn’t return a request for comment. Yeah, no kidding.
City Hall stated there have been no meetings between the Oneida partners and any officials.
“Take a metal detector out to Rockaway Beach this weekend. You’ll have a better chance of finding something of substance and you’ll get a nice walk in, too,” said de Blasio spokesman Mitch Schwartz.
A Schumer spokesman said neither the senator nor his aides had knowledge of the memo. I don’t believe that for a minute.
A Scott spokeswoman said, “Sen. Scott wasn’t contacted. He has called for a full investigation into Hunter Biden and the Biden family’s corruption.”

'Renminbi Diplomacy': How China Bought The US Government?

In an explosive scoop, alternative news outlet Zero Hedge has laid bare how China’s state apparatchik clandestinely baited the family members of the Obama-era vice president and secretary of state into joint business ventures in order to surreptitiously influence the trade and economic policies of the US government favoring China’s geo-economic interests spanning the globe.
Here are a few relevant excerpts from the investigative report authored by Christopher Balding, Associate Professor at Peking University HSBC School of Business Shenzhen, China, and also a Bloomberg contributor:
China is known to follow the economic model of “state capitalism,” in which although small and medium enterprises are permitted to operate freely by common citizens, large industrial and extraction companies, especially multi-billion dollar corporations doing business with foreign clients, are run by the Communist Party stalwarts masquerading as business executives.
In addition, China is alleged to practice “debt-trap diplomacy” for buying entire governments through extending financial grants and loans, and what better way to buy the rival government of the United States than by financing the Biden campaign through bestowing financial largesse on the Biden and John Kerry families and other prominent former officials of the Obama-Biden administration.
In an exclusive report for the Breitbart New on October 16, Peter Schweizer and Seamus Bruner allege that newly obtained emails from a former business associate of Hunter Biden's inner-circle reveal that Hunter and his colleagues used their access to the Obama-Biden administration to peddle influence to potential Chinese clients and investors—including securing a private, off-the-books meeting with the former vice president.
The never-before-revealed emails, unconnected to the Hunter Biden emails being released by the New York Post, were provided to Schweizer by Bevan Cooney, a one-time Hunter Biden and Devon Archer business associate. Cooney is currently in prison serving a sentence for his involvement in a 2016 bond fraud investment scheme. The report notes:
Schweizer suggests that the meeting may have opened the door for Hunter and Devon Archer down the road—as just two years later they formed the Chinese government-funded Bohai Harvest RST (BHR) investment fund which saw Chinese money pour into it for investments in CEC-linked businesses.
According to the report, "One of BHR’s first major portfolio investments was a ride-sharing company like Uber called Didi Dache—now called Didi Chuxing Technology Co. That company is closely connected to Liu Chuanzhi, the chairman of the China Entrepreneur Club (CEC) and the founder of Legend Holdings—the parent company of Lenovo, one of the world’s largest computer companies. Liu is a former Chinese Communist Party delegate and was a leader of the 2011 CEC delegation to the White House. His daughter was the President of Didi."
After reading the names of these high-profile Chinese business and political elites visiting the White House and cultivating personal friendships and business relationships in the highest echelons of the Obama-Biden administration, one wonders whether the latter formulated trade and economic policies serving the interests of the American masses or took care of financial stakes of global power elites.
During the last decade, all the manufacturing has outsourced to China, Chinese entrepreneurs are stealing American jobs and the American working classes are finding it hard to make ends meet, yet neoliberal Democrats are dogmatically sticking with market fundamentalism of globalization and free trade.
In order to understand the real and perceived grievances of Donald Trump’s “alt-right” electoral base, we need to understand the prevailing global economic order and its prognosis. The predictions of pragmatic economists about free market capitalism have turned out to be true. A kind of global economic entropy has set into motion, and money is flowing from the area of high monetary density to the area of low monetary density.
The rise of BRICS countries in the 21st century is the proof of this tendency. BRICS are growing economically because the labor in developing economies is cheap; labor laws and rights are virtually nonexistent; expenses on creating a safe and healthy work environment are minimal; regulatory framework is lax; expenses on environmental protection are negligible; taxes are low; and, in the nutshell, windfalls for multinational corporations are massive.
Thus, BRICS are threatening the global economic monopoly of the Western capitalist bloc: North America and Western Europe. Here we need to understand the difference between manufacturing sector and services sector. Manufacturing sector is the backbone of economy; one cannot create a manufacturing base overnight.
It is based on hard assets: the national economies need raw materials; production equipment; transport and power infrastructure; and, last but not the least, a technically educated labor force. It takes decades to build and sustain a manufacturing base. But the services sector, like the Western financial institutions, can be built and dismantled in a relatively short period of time.
If we take a cursory look at the economy of the Western capitalist bloc, it has still retained some of its high-tech manufacturing base, but it is losing fast to the cheaper and equally robust manufacturing base of the developing BRICS nations. Everything is made in China these days, except for high-tech microprocessors, software, several internet giants, some pharmaceutical products, the Big Oil and the military hardware and defense production industry.
Apart from that, the entire economy of the Western capitalist bloc is based on financial institutions: the behemoth investment banks that dominate and control the global economy, like JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Goldman Sachs in the US; BNP Paribas and Axa Group in France; Deutsche Bank and Allianz Group in Germany; and Barclays and HSBC in the UK.
After establishing the fact that the Western economy is mostly based on its financial services sector, we need to understand its implications. Like I have contended earlier that it takes time to build a manufacturing base, but it is relatively easy to build and dismantle an economy based on financial services.
Moreover, the manufacturing sector is labor-intensive whereas the financial services sector is capital-intensive, therefore the latter does not create as much job opportunities to keep the workforce of a nation gainfully employed and sufficiently remunerated as the industrial sector does.
Although the bankers and corporate executives of the Western economies are the beneficiaries of such exploitative practices, the middle and working classes are suffering. Besides the Trump supporters in the United States, the far-right populist leaders in Europe are also exploiting popular resentment against free trade and globalization.
The Brexiteers in the United Kingdom, the Yellow Vest protesters in France and the far-right movements in Germany and across Europe are a manifestation of a paradigm shift in the global economic order in which nationalist and protectionist slogans have replaced the free trade and globalization mantra of the nineties.
Though the “alt-right agenda” of the Trump presidency has been scuttled by the political establishment and the deep state, Trump’s views regarding global politics and economics are starkly different from the establishment Democrats and Republicans pursuing neoliberal economics masqueraded as globalization and free trade.
With his anti-globalist and protectionist agenda, Trump represents a paradigm shift in the global economic order. Trump withdrawing the United States from multilateral treaties, restructuring trade agreements, bringing investments and employments back to the US and initiating a trade war against China are a silent revolution against neoliberal ideals of globalization and free trade of which China is the new beneficiary with its strong manufacturing base and massive export potential.
Thus, it’s only natural for the Chinese government to try to oust Trump from the presidency with all available means, including providing financial support to his neoliberal Democratic rivals, favoring globalization and free trade, in the upcoming US presidential elections slated for November 3.

Former Biden insider Tony Bobulinski allegedly has a recording of Biden family operatives begging him to stay quiet, or he will "bury" the reputations of everyone involved in Hunter's overseas dealings.
According to The Federalist's Sean Davis, Bobulinski will play the tape on Fox News' "Tucker Carlson Tonight" on Tuesday, when Carlson will devote his show 'entirely' to an interview with the Biden whistleblower.
According to a source familiar with the planning, Bobulinski will play recordings of Biden family operatives begging him to stay quiet and claiming Bobulinski's revelations will "bury" the reputations of everyone involved in Hunter's overseas deals.
As The Federalist notes:
Bobulinski flipped on the Bidens following a Senate report which revealed that they received a $5 million interest-free loan from a now-bankrupt Chinese energy company.
According to the former Biden insider, he was introduced to Joe Biden by Hunter, and they had an hour-long meeting where they discussed the Biden's business plans with the Chinese, with which he says Joe was "plainly familiar at least at a high level."
Text messages from Bobulinski also reveal an effort to conceal Joe Biden's involvement in Hunter's business dealings, while Tony has also confirmed that the "Big guy" described in a leaked email is none other than Joe Biden himself.
Of course, aside from the corruption allegations, Hunter Biden's laptop allegedly contained child porn, which the FBI sat on for nine months after a Delaware computer repair shop owner turned it over to them, only to approach Congress - and finally Rudy Giuliani, when nobody else would take action.
And while we take no position on the "Q" phenomenon - we would be remiss if we didn't point out that the MSM is panicking to cover up what appears to be yet another elite pedophile who may have had an incestuous relationship with his niece - whose mother (his brother widow) Hunter was 'intimately' familiar with.
What's going on with these people?
Imagine if Donald Trump Jr. was smoking crack while getting footjobs from potentially underage family members, whose pornographic photos were found on his laptop.

According to Google Trends, searches for "can I change my vote" have spiked following the second presidential debate, and the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.
The last time searches to change votes surged like this was October 30 - November 5, 2016 - followed by midterms, however the recent search trend suggests longer, more sustained interest in the topic.
By state, West Virginia, New Mexico and Idaho are the top three regions interested in changing votes.
And aside from Florida Republicans crushing Democrats in early voting, Democrats accounted for the lion's share of some 52 million votes cast so far this year.

For years we heard the left claimed Russia was holding blackmail information on Donald Trump. The left even suggested that there was a Russian ‘pee – pee’ tape.
This was a complete lie. It was all made up.
But the Russians certainly are holding blackmail tapes on Hunter Biden to use against a Biden administration.
We found the real blackmail photos. This has nothing to do with President Trump. But it does have everything to do with THE BIDENS.
Hunter Biden was certainly an addict and may still be. He put himself in highly compromising situations as a result. He was high or wasted much of the time and therefore very narcissistic and reckless. This showed in the way Hunter treated women, his family, friends and drugs.
Hunter’s father Joe Biden used Hunter to put together deals around the world in a racketeering enterprise to increase the Biden family’s wealth. This occurred throughout Joe’s 47 years in politics. He’s now running for President.
But it seems the Biden family has a problem. They were involved in numerous shady activities around the world and they are susceptible to compromise. In addition, Hunter put his family in additional blackmail situations all by himself.
Because of his addiction, Hunter found himself in shady places with shady people and as a result he put his family in additional security and legal compromising positions.
One such example was in October 2018 on Devlin Drive West Hollywood with some ‘friends’. Hunter spent a night in this luxurious property with a group of girls and guys. One member of the group was a girl by the name of Christina.
She has a California driver’s license. She also spent some time with Hunter.
Christina has some friends.
But these aren’t ordinary friends, it appears they are Russians. These guys hung out with Hunter Biden at the luxurious property in West Hollywood.
The problem with this vacation was that multiple compromising pictures were taken of him by some of these ‘friends’ and the acts were captured on the CCTV cameras. One such picture shows Hunter in what appears to be an orgy, in others he models naked.
An evaluation of one of the women in the above picture shows that she has a some marking on her upper back. However, after the image was taken, someone covered it up with a black ellipse. We were able to uncover that under the black ellipse, there was a tattoo. This type of marking is similar to tattoos used to brand trafficked sex slaves.
We also know that at least one of the women at villa in West Hollywood was a Russian national who traveled to the US in 2017-2018 on a tourist visa. We know this because we have a copy of her passport.
Also, Hunter took some shocking photos of himself.
In summary, Hunter Biden, spent some time in 2018 with some Russians at a property in West Hollywood and engaged in perverted sexual activities. These acts were likely taped and photographed.
As a result of this event, the Bidens became the likely targets of blackmail.
Unlike the fake pee pee images which were alleged in the Steele dossier and the Russia collusion farce the Bidens truly do have a never-ending list problems that should disqualify them from ever holding public office again.

An audio recording exclusively obtained by the National Pulse reveals Hunter Biden discussing business involvement with a “spy chief of China” and how his business partner Devon Archer named him and his father as witnesses in a Southern District of New York Criminal case.
Hunter Biden – in an audio file labelled “Most Genius Shit Ever” – appears to be referencing Patrick Ho, who was a former Secretary for Home Affairs in Hong Kong, as a “spy chief of China” while lamenting how his business partner Ye Jianming of CEFC China Energy had disappeared.
Ho was also involved in the CEFC venture, as originally reported by the New York Post and suppressed by the media and Big Tech firms.
The audio breaks the mainstream media’s narrative that the hard drive is somehow “fake” or does not implicate Hunter or Joe Biden in criminal investigations and/or business deals with the Chinese Communist Party.
The former veep’s son also bemoans longtime business partner Devon Archer naming him and his father Joe as witnesses “in a criminal case” without notifying him.

Hunter Biden's business group highlighted former Vice President Joe Biden's influence in Colombia in 2017 when seeking a $10 million deal with a Chinese energy firm that sought oil investments in the South American country, the Daily Caller reported Tuesday.
The news appears to further corroborate claims made last week by former Hunter Biden business associate, Tony Bobulinski, who alleged that the Biden family "aggressively leveraged" their family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities, including from communist China.
What are the details?
Included in a 42-page investment proposal sent from Hunter Biden's group, EEIG, to the Chinese firm, CEFC China Energy, is a picture of Joe Biden shaking Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos' hand with a blurb about the United States' newfound "pragmatic" relationship with Colombia under the Obama administration.
"The relationship between Colombian president Juan Manuel Santos and Joe Biden has been a strong one throughout the Obama administration," reads the document, which was obtained by the Daily Caller.
"With this in mind, EEIG has built the framework for partnership between CEFC China and local partners in Colombia, with a solid basis starting at the very foundations of the country's administration," it continued.
The photo of Biden and Santos along with the description of their relationship can be found on pages 27 and 28 of the document.
The sales proposal would go on to list several "target opportunities" for the partnership, which included investing in both an oil field and a port in Colombia, as well as other opportunities in Oman, Romania, and Luxembourg.
According to the Daily Caller, the investment proposal is part of "a trove of records" held by Bobulinski and since turned over to a Senate committee investigating Hunter Biden's overseas business dealings.
What's the background?
Hunter Biden's group, which included his uncle, James Biden, Bobulinski, and three other businessmen — eventually called SinoHawk — ended up not doing business with CEFC China Energy. But according to a Senate report, the firm did secure a separate deal with Hunter and James Biden.
The Senate report said that "on Aug. 8, 2017, CEFC Infrastructure Investment wired $5 million to the bank account for Hudson West III," Hunter Biden's law firm.
The report also noted a significant extortion and counterintelligence risk over the deal, since CEFC's chairman, Ye Jianming, reportedly has ties to the China's military, the People's Liberation Army.
After seeing the report, Bobulinski claimed that it "connected some dots in a way that shocked me — it made me realize the Bidens had gone behind my back and gotten paid millions of dollars by the Chinese, even though they told me they hadn't and wouldn't do that to their partners."
Bobulinski, in a video announcement last week, claimed that Joe Biden was directly involved in the business dealings with CEFC. The former vice president has been adamant that he never discussed his son's overseas business dealings with him.

Hunter Biden, the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, allegedly acted as the “personal attorney” for Ye Jianming, the chair of a major Chinese energy firm, in a deal to buy a 14% stake in a Russian state oil company facing U.S. sanctions.
The stunning accusation was made by Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of the Biden family, during an interview Tuesday evening with Tucker Carlson on Fox News.
Bobulinski explained that he was to have been the CEO of a new firm, Sinohawk, that was to be a joint venture between CEFC — the “capitalistic side of the Chinese government” — and the Biden family. He said he met with Joe Biden in 2017 to discuss the arrangement, contradicting Biden’s denials on the campaign trail.
However, the deal fell through, he explained, partly because CEFC tried to buy a 14% stake in Rosneft, the Russian state oil company. At that time, Russia faced sanctions because of its invasion of Ukraine and seizure of Crimea in 2014. The Financial Times reported that the CEFC deal was to help Rosneft find new markets “as relations deteriorate with the west.”
That deal, too, eventually fell through, as CEFC was investigated for corruption by China and other countries as well.
Bobulinski recalled that in July 2017, Chinese premier Xi Jinping was in Moscow for meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Bobulinski recalled that he was shocked to learn of CEFC’s interest in Russia, which placed Sinohawk in a precarious position.
In September 2017, once CEFC had announced the deal to buy a stake in Rosneft, and the $10 million that CEFC was supposed to have invested in Sinohawk had never materialized, Bobulinski grew more concerned.
In October, he said, “I did reach out to Hunter Biden … asking him, ‘Hey, listen, they haven’t funded the $10 million, have you done something that I’m not aware of? Have you gone around us? Have you started a parallel discussion with Chairman Ye that I should be conscious of?”
Bobulinski said that Hunter Biden informed him, via text message, “I’m acting as the personal attorney to Chairman Ye.”
“Hunter Biden is now telling me,” Bobulinksi recalled, “that he’s meeting personally, one-on-one with Chairman Ye in his $50 million penthouse in New York, and if he can’t meet him, he’s picking up the phone and calling him, but they only discuss things in person.
“You can imagine my frustration,” Bobulinski said. “You’re acting as the personal attorney to Chairman Ye while they’re tendering for 14% of the Russian state-owned energy company, a deal valued at $9 billion? What am I missing here?”
Hunter Biden is reportedly licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut.

Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, will tell "Tucker Carlson Tonight" in an exclusive interview Tuesday evening that Joe Biden's denials of knowledge or involvement in his son's foreign dealings are "a blatant lie."
Bobulinski, a Navy veteran and the former head of SinoHawk Holdings -- which he describes as a partnership between the CEFC China Energy conglomerate and two Biden family members -- told Carlson that he almost walked out of last week's second presidential debate when Biden discussed the topic.
"In that debate, he made a specific statement around questions around this from the president," recalled Bobulinski, who attended the debate as Trump's guest. "And I'll be honest with you, I almost stood up and screamed 'liar' and walked out because I was shocked that after four days or five days that they prep for this, that the Biden family is taking that position to the world."
Text messages obtained by Fox News last week include an exchange between Bobulinski and James Biden, the Democratic nominee's younger brother, in which Bobulinski asks James to "thank Joe for his time".
The messages seem to indicate that a meeting took place, though it's unclear what the substance of the meeting may have been. The messages are unrelated to the laptop or hard drive purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, the former vice president's son.

Tony Bobulinski, a whistleblower who was a former business partner of Hunter Biden, told Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Tuesday that Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden gave his son, Hunter Biden, an “emphatic no” to “putting proper governance in place” for business with Hunter Biden.
“This is a small point, but I can’t get over it,” Carlson said. “So you saw a number of reporters say, again, in an effort to bat away your story, your testimony on this, that the chairman referred to in a bunch of these e-mails, was not Joe Biden. It was, in fact, the government of China. When you see people refer to ‘the chairman thinks this, the chairman thinks that,’ they’re talking about China, and not Joe Biden.”
Carlson then showed the text message that Bobulinksi received from Hunter Biden, which stated:
“And so you’re hearing reporters say, that ‘chairman’ was, in fact, the Chinese government,” Carlson added. “Here you have Rob Walker responding to you – clearly there’s some confusion over this and he’s saying – I’ll put this on the screen now. When he said – when Hunter Biden said his chairman, he was talking about his dad.”
Bobulinski responded, “Correct. There’s two chairmen in this story. There’s Chairman Ye, who is the chairman of CEFC. And that text from Hunter Biden, he was talking about the chairman CEFC. And what Hunter’s referencing there is he spoke with his father and his father is giving an emphatic no to the ask that I had, which was putting proper governance in place around Oneida Holdings.”
Earlier in the interview, Bobulinski explained that “in Oneida Holdings, LLC, the equity is broken up 20% Hunter Biden, 20% Jim Biden.”
“So Joe Biden is vetoing your plan for putting stricter governance in the company,” Carlson noted. “I mean — and it’s right here in the emails.”
“Yes, Tucker, I want to be very careful in front of the American people,” Bobulinski said. “That is not me writing that. That is not me claiming that. That is Hunter Biden writing on his own phone, typing in that I spoke with ‘my chairman,’ referencing his father. If the world thinks that that ‘my chairman’ is not his father, then Hunter Biden would come forward and go on record and state to the world.”

- Bobulinski recalled how Joe Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, said “plausible deniability” would shield the Biden family from scrutiny over their Chinese business dealings.
- “They were putting their entire family legacy on the line. They knew exactly what they were doing,” Bobulinski said.
“I think Joe Biden and the Biden family are compromised,” Bobulinski said.
“I just don’t see, given the history here in the facts, how Joe can’t be influenced in some manner based on the history that they have,” Bobulinski said. “So as a citizen and an American taxpayer, I’m very, very concerned.”
Bobulinski explained how he met with Joe Biden in Los Angeles on May 2, 2017, at the request of Hunter and his uncle, Jim Biden, to discuss the Biden family dealings at a high level.
“They were sort of wining and dining me and presenting the strength of the Biden family to get me more engaged and want to take on the CEO role” of the joint business venture between the Chinese energy firm CEFC China Energy Co. and Oneida Holdings, a Delaware-based LLC.

Bobulinksi said it was “crystal clear” that Hunter Biden had brought his father up to speed on the status of a joint venture deal with the before he met with the former vice president.
“They were putting their entire family legacy on the line. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were dealing with a Chinese owned enterprise … that had strong financial support and political support from the Chinese Communist Party. That’s how it was presented to me. That’s not my own words. That’s how they presented it to me and read me in on it,” Bobulinski said.
Bobulinski recalled bringing up his concerns with Jim Biden the following day after his meeting with the former vice president that their business dealings with the Chinese could impact his brother’s 2020 presidential aspirations.
“I know Joe decided not to run in 2016, but what if he ran in the future? Aren’t they taking political risk or headline risk? And I remember looking at Jim Biden and saying, ‘How are you guys getting away with this? Like, aren’t you concerned?'”
“And he certainly looked at me and he laughed a little bit and said, ‘plausible deniability.'” Bobulinski said.
Later that day, Bobulinski described a second meeting he had with Joe Biden in a parking lot in which the former vice president told him to “keep an eye on his son and brother.”
Joe Biden is not named in any corporate documents for Oneida, despite a much-publicized May 13, 2017, email Bobulinski received from Hunter Biden associate James Gilliar saying that 10% of the firm would be “held by H for the big guy.”
Bobulinski said the “big guy” in the email is a reference to Joe Biden.
Jim Biden was granted a 20% stake in Oneida when the deal was finalized on May 22, 2017, up from his proposed 10% stake in Gilliar’s May 13 email, according to documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation and other media outlets.
Bobulinski said he did not know why Jim Biden’s ownership in the firm went from 10% as proposed in Gilliar’s email to 20% when the deal was ultimately finalized.
“I’m sure there were discussions within the Biden family. I wasn’t privy to that discussion. But this is Jim Biden, the brother of the potential future president of the United States. It’s not a distant cousin. It’s not an employee. It’s his brother who in documents defines himself as a political advisor to his brother.”
During negotiations over the structure of Oneida, Hunter Biden texted Bobulinski stating: “both James’ and my Chairman gave an emphatic NO.”
Bobulinski said Hunter Biden was referring to his father when he said, “my Chairman,” in the May 19, 2017, text.

“What Hunter’s referencing there is he spoke with his father and his father is giving an emphatic no to the ask that I had, which was putting proper governance in place around Oneida Holdings,” Bobulinski said.
To the Chinese involved in the deal, Bobulinski said, “it was always the Biden family… who is obviously led and operated by Joe Biden.”

Feds Obtained FISA Warrant Against Hunter Biden’s Chinese Business Associate, Documents Show

- A federal court authorized a foreign surveillance warrant against one of Hunter Biden’s Chinese business partners, court documents show.
- The existence of a FISA warrant against the Biden associate, Patrick Ho, indicates that federal investigators believed Ho was working covertly as an agent of a foreign government.
- Ho was an executive at CEFC China Energy, a firm that paid Hunter Biden at least $5 million as part of an investment deal.
- Biden would later represent Ho during his criminal case.
Prosecutors revealed the existence of at least one FISA warrant against Chi Ping Patrick Ho, known as Patrick Ho, in a Feb. 8, 2018 court filing obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Ho was charged on Dec. 18, 2017 with conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and money laundering related to CEFC China Energy contracts in Uganda and Chad. Ho had been an executive at the multi-billion dollar Chinese energy company prior to his arrest.
Hunter Biden was part of a business consortium that sought a partnership with CEFC in May 2017. A Senate report released last month said that an affiliate of CEFC wired $5 million to Biden’s law firm from August 2017 through August 2018.
In addition to his partnership with CEFC, Hunter Biden also represented Ho during his legal battle.
According to a report from The New Yorker last year, CEFC’s chairman, Ye Jianming, raised concerns with Biden in summer 2017 about a possible investigation into Ho.
Biden agreed to represent Ho and to find out the extent of the investigation, according to The New Yorker report.
The New York Times reported in December 2018 that Ho’s first call following his arrest the year before was to James Biden, the brother of the former vice president.
The Senate report also said that a shell company affiliated with CEFC called Hudson West III wired $1 million to Biden’s law firm, Owasco, on March 22, 2018.
The payment was designated for “Dr Patrick Ho Chi Ping Representation,” the report says.
The Republican senators who released the report asserted that Biden’s relationship with CEFC posed counterintelligence concerns, in part due to Ye’s links to the People’s Liberation Army and the Chinese Communist Party.
The court filings in Ho’s case suggest that federal investigators had counterintelligence concerns about Ho.
Investigators obtained a FISA warrant allowing them to conduct electronic and physical surveillance of Ho’s property, court documents show.
“The United States intends to offer into evidence, or otherwise use or disclose in any proceedings in the above-captioned matter, information obtained or derived from electronic surveillance and physical search conducted pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act,” prosecutors said in the Feb. 8, 2018 court filing.
Ho’s lawyers tried to block evidence obtained through the FISA process from being used at Ho’s trial, according to one filing submitted in his case.
Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York, where the case was tried, responded in a court filing of their own defending the use of evidence from the FISA in Ho’s case. They did not disclose the basis for obtaining the FISA warrant or say when it was granted.
The court filing also says that the evidence derived from the FISAs was classified.
Ho was convicted in March 2019 and sentenced to three years in prison.
On Tuesday, the National Pulse website published an audio recording purportedly from Hunter Biden’s laptop in which he referred to Ho as a “spy chief.”
“I have another New York Times reporter calling about my representation of Patrick Ho – the ****ing spy chief of China who started the company that my partner, who is worth $323 billion, founded and is now missing,” Biden is heard saying on the audio recording, according to The National Pulse.
Hunter Biden indicated in text messages early on in his dealings with CEFC that he suspected his work with the firm might require him to register with the Justice Department under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
He wrote to a business associate on May 1, 2017 that they should form a U.S.-based partnership in order to avoid scrutiny under FARA or the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the law that Ho was eventually charged under.
“We don’t want to have to register as foreign agents under the FCPA which is much more expansive than people who should know choose not to know,” Hunter Biden wrote to his then-business partner Tony Bobulinski on May 1, 2017, according to a message obtained by the DCNF.
The FISA process came under intense scrutiny during the investigation of the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia because the FBI was found to have misled the FISC regarding evidence against Carter Page.
The Justice Department invalidated two of the four FISA warrants granted against Page because the FBI submitted false information to the FISC.
Unlike Ho, Page was never accused of criminal wrongdoing. One piece of evidence that the FBI withheld from the FISC was that Page had a previous relationship with the CIA.
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court grants surveillance authorization to the FBI and Justice Department in cases in which there is probable cause to suspect the subject of the warrant is working covertly for a foreign government.

During an interview aired on Tuesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” former Hunter Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski stated that he was motivated to come forward on the record after House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) accused him of being part of Russian disinformation.
Bobulinski said, “When I saw Adam Schiff go on record, talking about Russian disinformation, after this email had been posted online by the New York Post…I was at the end of my rope. And so, I called Rob Walker and I told him that if that statement isn’t retracted by Congressman Schiff by midnight on Sunday, that I was going on record, and I was disclosing all the facts to the American government, to the American citizen, and the world. I was hoping the Bidens would do the right thing, or Schiff would retract his statement.”

Yesterday, former Vice President Joe Biden was again insisting that the scandal involving Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation despite the direct refutation of that claim by the FBI.
No mainstream reporter bothered to ask the simple question of whether this was his son’s laptop and emails, including emails clearly engaging in an influence peddling scheme and referring to Joe Biden’s knowledge. Instead, media has maintained a consistent and narrow focus. Indeed, in her interview, Leslie Stahl immediately dismissed any “scandal” involving Hunter in an interview with the President on 60 Minutes. It was an open example of what I previously noted in a column: “After all, an allegation is a scandal only if it is damaging. No coverage, no damage, no scandal.”
In her interview with Joe Biden, CBS anchor Norah O’Donnell did not push Biden to simply confirm that the emails were fake or whether he did in fact meet with Hunter’s associates (despite his prior denials). Instead O’Donnell asked: “Do you believe the recent leak of material allegedly from Hunter’s computer is part of a Russian disinformation campaign?”
Biden responded with the same answer that has gone unchallenged dozens of times:
It did not matter that the answer omitted the key assertion that this was not Hunter’s laptop or emails or that he did not leave the computer with this store.
Recently, Washington Post columnist Thomas Rid wrote said the quiet part out loud by telling the media:
Let that sink in for a second. It does not matter if these are real emails and not Russian disinformation. They probably are real but should be treated as disinformation even though American intelligence has repeatedly rebutted that claim. It does not even matter that the computer has seized the computer as evidence in a criminal fraud investigation or that a Biden confidant is now giving his allegations to the FBI under threat of criminal charges if he lies to investigators.
It simply does not matter. It is disinformation because it is simply inconvenient to treat it as real information.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani unloaded on Fox Business host Kennedy after she compared him to Christopher Steele, the former UK spook who Hillary Clinton's campaign paid to fabricate a now-debunked dossier alleging ties between President Trump and the Kremlin.
After host Lisa "Kennedy" Montgomery began framing a question about Biden corruption with "it sounds like there may be something here that is fishy that is giving Americans pause, and now there's stuff that - uh, might have been completely adulterated..." adding "Some could say that you were acting like Christopher Steele. That you were extracting information --"
To which Giuliani interjected: "You've gotta be kidding me. I was acting like Christopher Steele?"
"That's what it sounds like," the former MTV VJ responded.
"You better apologize for that," Giuliani fired back. "I mean I've been a United States attorney, associate attorney general, mayor of New York City and a member of the bar for 50 years. I've never been accused of anything, and you're accusing me of being Christopher Steele?"
"That's outrageous that you would do that, based on nothing! Similar to a crook? Similar to obstruction of Justice? What you're saying is an outrageous defamation of me, of my reputation," he added. Every single thing is here. And I want you to look at it, and then you apologize to me!"
"You can come to my office and you can look at it, and tomorrow night you can apologize to me for saying I'm like Christopher Steele," Giuliani continued.
"I told you there are underage girls there - there are. I told you there are documents that show that he's getting 10% - there are. There are documents that show that he's getting half of what Hunter gets - there are. And when they're there, I want you to apologize to me, because you just defamed me. That's outrageous, because you have no basis for that. I came on your show in good faith to give you evidence that is being withheld from the American people, and I get defamed. That's outrageous!"

In newly leaked audio, Hunter Biden is caught discussing his partnership with one of the richest businessmen in China, Patrick Ho. The former Hong Kong Secretary of Home Affairs was convicted of bribery and money laundering in 2018. In new audio released by The National Pulse, Hunter Biden references his relationship with Ho, calling him the “spy chief of China.” Glenn’s chief researcher, Jason Buttrill, says it’s “absolutely insane” that Hunter Biden a) recorded this audio and b) seems to be BRAGGING about relationships with Chinese communists known to be big-time criminals. The Joe Biden smoking gun may still be out there, but this audio from Hunter doesn’t help their case.

The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee has been successful in verifying all materials reviewed so far from Hunter Biden’s ex-business partner Tony Bobulinski, the Daily Caller has learned.
Committee Chairman Sen. Ron Johnson will not call Bobulinski to testify before the November 3 elections, as the committee is working to review all the information provided to the committee by Bobulinski. The information has to be verified, as it is subject to the same false information to Congress laws that verbal or written testimony does. However, a Johnson spokesperson told the Caller that all the material provided by Bobulinski that has been reviewed so far has turned out to be legitimate. The committee has “also” not come across any “signs” or evidence to suggest the content is false, the spokesperson added.
Bobulinski, who said Tuesday he believes “Joe Biden and the Biden family are compromised” in an interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson, has turned over evidence to the FBI alleging he met twice in the past with the former vice president in regards to business with his son Hunter. The Biden family has not yet disputed this information.

Johnson interviewed Bobulinski on Friday, saying after he hopes Bobulinski will speak to the Senate Homeland Security Committee as soon as possible, something Bobulinski said he would be willing to do in his Tuesday interview with Carlson.
Johnson had the chance to interview Bobulinski on Friday and released a statement shortly after saying: “I appreciate that the FBI has a job to do, and I am glad they are finally taking an interest in these concerning financial matters that our Committees have been investigating for months,” Sen. Johnson said. “I expect that Mr. Bobulinski will speak with our committee as soon as possible and fully share his insights into the Biden family’s business dealings.”
Democratic California Rep. Adam Schiff suggested that Russia was behind the series of emails reportedly tying Hunter Biden to several international business dealings, something Bobulinski said Tuesday is a smear on him and his family name.
All information provided to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee by Bobulinski will continue to be reviewed.
