Hot Water Choc. Cake

We have spread this recipe far & wide in the last 30 yrs A very moist choc. cake the only choc. cake my grandfather Wierschke would eat.

Chocolate Hot Water Cake

1/2 cup margerine or butter
1 & 1/2 cups sugar
mix
Add
2 eggs
1/4 teasp salt
1 teasp vanilla
mix
Add
1/2 cup cocoa
2 teap. baking soda
1/2 cup milk
mix
Add 2 & 1/2 cups flour
mix
Add
1 cup very hot water
mix well

Oven 350 deg. 35 min or til done.
