I buy from them all the time and they are WONDERFUL. And shipping is $4.95 per order, be it one can or a truck load of grain. A few weeks ago an order of mine of rice had a ripped bag. I salvaged 3/4 of it. No problem.....they sent me another bag. You will not find fresher grains, beans or CLEANER BEANS AND GRAINS. They usually ship same day as order and even send you a tracking # for UPS. They are a 5 star company and the only reason they sell to us peons is that they are Morman. Their main business is commercial and provide for such companies as Frito-Lay. Can't recommend them enough.

Definately good folks to do business with. I've only made one order with them but it was smooth and fast. The shipping costs are very low. I don't know how they do that! :shr:
