I apologize. I will always include links if it is something that has a link. I do always sign my name Celeste so people know who did the post.

I DID catch that. Sort of assumed it was a husband/wife team or something. Or maybe a biblical reference.
Still, your articles on the licensing/regulation of small farm produce/livestock have been of interest. Particularly the livestock part since I are one. Not that it would affect me directly. More Owner since he's the one who will have to keep track/records/report/suffer inspections/pay penalties etc., etc.
I've told my story a couple of instances about the difference in opinion between the "horsey set" visitors and owner. No doubt if a difference of opinion exists among two humans of similar equine interest - who knows what differences of opinion will occur between an owner/user and a bureaucrat with a rulebook made by "experts."
No matter. Your interest is my interest. And your links of my interest too. And your thoughts are my thoughts as well.
And don't necessarily change your nom-de-plume. Owner calls me "Dobbin" and I'm locally known by that name. But my initial application for board membership might not have flown with that common horse name. I wasn't sure. So I chose "Joe" short for "Joey." Joey was given me at the UNH Large Animal Clinic because I was a "bouncy" colt - much akin to a kangaroo - commonly called a "Joey."
I'd let your name ride. (Snicker.)
Joe
To add images do it like this {img}URL of an image on the 'net somewhere{/img}
Instead of left and right {} use left and right brackets [] on both ends.
And the image has to be out there on the 'net somewhere.
Take a look at the page
http://www.free-extras.com/images/mare-8480.htm
Right click the pix and select properties. You see "view image info" One of these is "Location" and
http://images.pictureshunt.com/pics/m/mare-8480.jpg
If you put this location between brackets above you get below...
Or (easier actually) use the third icon from the right on the bunch of icons provided at the "edit post" page. A blow down box will occur where you can put in the URL directly.
OBTW, this is my current desktop background. Quite a looker ain't she? Priscilla over in Brentwood, NH has this "come hither" look.
