OK...it's coming!!
The talking heads of the media are trying to stir things up but have seriously missed why this announcement is coming when it is. Stop and think about it from a tactical point of view.
Late evening announcement....why?
Minimize collateral damage: Children are out of school off the streets and at home, people off work and at home, businesses closed early, owners at home. Anyone with any common sense is out of the area and at home waiting and watching.
So who does that leave on the street at this time of the night when the verdict is announced?
POLICE
NATIONAL GUARD
vs
PROTESTERS
INSTIGATORS
NEWS MEDIA (and quite frankly if any of the talking heads get caught up in the fray...so much the better)
From a military point of view if there is any violence then it will be much easier to cordon off the area, lock down all escape routes and round up any and perps while absolutely minimizing secondary casualties.
Very logical, straightforward, and......very, very, effective.
The bad boys and girls of Ferguson had better wake up or they will find themselves very quickly surrounded by a whole lot of hurt! Just saying....the points add up. Oh and don't forget TPTB have had MONTHS to prepare for this.....MONTHS!
