Aparently, our old pal Rummy has a little credit problem.
The U.S. credit card is rejected.
He can't buy 11 Apache helecopters for our good friend, Australia.

Thanks for the post. Had a tour in the contracting corridors of power once. While humorous, this article comes closer to the truth than most people realize. The arrogance of those in power is beyond belief at times.

edited to add: Rest assured that if the butt of this joke had been President Clinton, Hillary, Al Gore, et al, it would still be on the front page and there would be many, many posts laughing out loud at the wonderful humor found therein.

Nice room. Political stuff packed in nice and neat. But not all for a fact. Here's my problem. You and others refer to Klintoon, Hitlery, compare Democrats with Hitler, state that opinions with which you do not agree are liberal, communist, pinko, and that those holding such opinions are idiots, bullshitters, imbeciles, pick a slur. Some go for character assassination and suggest anyone not agreeing with the Bush Doctrine are traitors. Well, I am simply suggesting to the original poster, mrB, that if he had toed the party line and slammed the Democrats or DemoRATS as some here would say, he would have more favorable replies to his post. When some whose avatars are wrapped in the American flag slam others and call them Bullshitters and Marxist Imbeciles and Anti-Bush wacko’s, that seems to be OK behavior. Personal attacks will not be tolerated, eh? Sounds political and personal to me.

Well, if this sort of thing is OK then I may just want to vent my spleen on the main page from time to time also and I don’t expect to find myself moved to a sub-SIG or banned for it.
