Received an alert message (from a friend who is a deep research blogger) about Hillary's speech tomorrow on "Global Health Initiative" that is sponsored by ... (your guessed it) US.

Through the Global Health Initiative (GHI) the United States will invest $63 billion over six years to help partner countries improve health outcomes through strengthened health systems - with a particular focus on improving the health of women, newborns and children through programs including infectious disease, nutrition, maternal and child health, and safe water.

She's going to tell you how great it is that the U.S. health care system was reformed so that you could pay for health care for a global health care system for all the world's poor.

It should be noted that while they are presenting this as Obama's Global Health Initiative, that's not true. The Global Health System was one of the original global systems agreed to by the G8 in Brussels in 1995 - and they've been working on it - developing it ever since. Using taxpayer funds for development of the technology to enable it. And the project for it actually began in 1990 when they decided to build a national system of electronic medical records.
