The synopsis is probably this: Illinois law will release those charged with second-degree murder without bail - The Counter Signal

Excerpt:
The so-called SAFE-T Act would end cash bail and includes 12 non-detainable offences, second-degree murder, aggravated battery and arson without bail, as well as drug-induced homicide, kidnapping, burglary, robbery, intimidation, aggravated DUI, aggravated fleeing and eluding, drug offences and threatening a public official.

All these crimes will become non-detainable offences after the act takes effect on January 1, meaning criminals will be charged with and released for these crimes without bail.

Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow said it will be the “end of days” once the law takes effect. Will County is the second largest county of the 6-county Chicago metro region.

The bill “will destroy the city and the state of Illinois,” Glasgow said on July 16. “I don’t even understand (how) the people who support it can’t realize that.”

I have a very strong suspicion that such will be very selectively enforced.

There will be some, well known to the LEO community, who are simply disappeared.

Others…..well known to the community…..will be just as disappeared…..


Will kind of leave the deeper thinkers wondering if there was some deeper motive behind the nefarious front….kind of like getting the liberals and simpletons to over-vax…..

The state was lost the day that the Chicago suburbs switched to voting for the corrupt demoncrat party.

Used to be there were enough votes spread out across the state outside of the Chicago proper area and in the western Chicago Suburbs to elect state wide office holders.

The house of representatives moved towards demoncrats as Chi-Congo grew. The senate seats used to be split one rebub and one demoncrat but that changed several decades ago.

As Chi- Congo's Demoncrat control grew, they took over the state house and senate and gerrymandered the districts to take over total control of the legislative branch. They always had a few counties in the metro east area down by Saint Louis and a few in the Rockford area. The demoncrats have also added in a few districts down state where Universities are located.

If you look at the red blue maps for the elections held through the years you can see the switch over.

Those of us in the ill-state have known for decades that there are severe consequences to elections and have been trying to warn the remaining Red states (like those of you from Texas) what they are facing and how close to losing their freedoms at the state level they really are.

Look at this state's history and the tactics these demon infested creatures use and you'll see what YOU have to fight.

Not to drift...but yeah...sometimes its hard to know what are the results my foolhardy and ignorant decisions from what was actually intended as God's will for my life. I can't deny that despite of me and despite of living in the commie state of Hellinois...that I have been blessed...so there's that. ;)

Yep, the dirty little secret is that the crime syndicate of Al Capone and other gangsters never really died out in Chicago or Illinois. It just went underground for a while and slowly reemerged to become the Commie state we have now. Sadly, I would love to leave Illinois. It's not the state I came to 40 years ago. But business, investments and family keep me here.

From what I am given to understand, this Safe-T act was passed in the middle of the night with only maybe 40 minutes to read the 800 pages of it. Typical leftist/progressive/democrap MO. People are only just now waking up to it and becoming irate about it. This will turn of very badly for Sh!tcago, and the state will have to come in and expend a lot of money and resources (which it doesn't have) to attempt to clean it up.

What of this bill is indicative of a “government” serving its only function…..which is to protect/preserve the LIFE, LIBERTY AND PROPERTY of its “shareholders” ?


I am happily remaining in Illinois……and I am happy—duty bound, even—to protect my OWN life, liberty and property…….with backing from Above, when necessary.

I'd LOVE to do that. This state could be a real powerhouse under different leadership.

But alas...the bought and paid for "proud union home" folk, "educated" liberals, and obama son's/baby mamas are legion here in Cook county Illinois. They outnumber us and outvote us...even the dead.

Anyone who thinks that this will be evenly enforced is deluding themselves. One may remember a couple years ago when the cops sat with their arms folded as drivers were pulled from their cars and beaten to a pulp during Antifa/BLM protests. These same protests saw entire cities burned and police precincts abandoned with no legal repercussions for the miscreants.
Conversely anyone attending a church, going to a gym or visiting a doggy-daycare during a covid lockdown saw multiple SWAT teams stack up outside and eventually storm the facility.

This is exactly what will happen after the 'Safe T' reforms are passed. If you are White and dare defend yourself against a non-White violent perpetrator you can expect to be tracked to the ends of the earth and held with no bail by ruling of an activist DA or judge, especially if the perp ends up dead. Only the (Black) criminal class will benefit from this whereas the heat will be turned up against innocent Whites defending their families and livelihood.
