I ordered and paid for my own a while back.
Problem this time of year is getting them through the mail and in the house without them freezing.

Ordered a four pack through our state program and another four pack today when a neighbor sent a link. No plan to use them. Don't trust that they aren't tainted with bioweapon or rigged to be positive for anything.

Even the test kits for the coronavirus could be potentially dangerous. The Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 Home Test Kit received emergency use authorization, but the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning the kit contains a “solution in the tube contains a hazardous ingredient.”
That deadly ingredient is called sodium azide, and it could be deadly if ingested. A 1990 study studied the component after two college students fell ill following accidental ingestion after a physiology experiment. The student who consumed only a few sips survived, but their classmate died after consuming over 700 ml. “Sodium azide is an uncommon but potent poison which can cause serious illness and death,” the study concluded.
While the COVID test kits likely do not contain a lethal amount of the ingredient, it seems careless to distribute millions of kits across the country with an “uncommon but potent poison.” “If the solution contacts the skin or eye, flush with plenty of water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice,” the kit states.
The at-home test also contains a warning list of “potential risks” that include “possible discomfort during sample collection” and “possible incorrect test results.” Incorrect results! If that is a potential hazard, then why did the US government spend $3 billion in taxpayer funds to purchase 500 million kits? Are they attempting to inflate numbers, provide a false sense of security, or both?

Do you guys think they are giving away (or the govt is buying up and giving away) all those old tests that don't discern between flu, cold, or covid? Or do you think these are the new tests to replace those old tests?

I think it's the old worthless tests.

It's insane how many warnings they have to put on things now. (See the rather disturbing spray foam thread...LOL!) I already knew that a swab in your nose is uncomfortable and that tests have a margin of error. And I don't drink the liquid in test vials (or eat Tide pods!). So I think I can be trusted with these tests. ;)

No such thing. That was a reading comprehension failure that went viral. (Pardon the pun. ;) )

So don't eat the test kit. It's not like it's a tide pod.

For those that need to provide a negative result to go to work, school, travel, or whatever the home tests are the answer. I think many have figured that out by now.
Just saying you neg from a home test kit may not work. However from what I have heard on TV local news, you send in the test kit and get a letter of some kind to prove the test results to your employer. Which may take a week or two, or three, or four.........

Also saw a report, somewhere it is written that they aren't shipping to apartments.

Some on here may verify that.

This too shall pass.
I'm not sure how the test kits would benefit us. We are home most of the time, don't have an employer to be accountable to, and if we get sick, I'll treat the symptoms. Isn't going to matter a whole lot which virus is causing the symptoms.

day late

money? whats that?
If the results are not accepted from the home tests then what use are they and why are they being encouraged to use? The amount of money being spent on this mess is shameful. Pure evil.

Personally, I believe it is just one more piece of propaganda to be used against us. A short time back phony Fauci made the statement that sooner or later we are all going to get C-19 in one form or another. I'm sure people felt the same way about the 1918 Spanish Flu. The lady who lives across the street from me is a retired dr. and she recently got it. She is a very intelligent person and not prone to panic. As I was coming home yesterday she was out walking the dog. I stopped and we talked for a minute. Even she was quoting phony Fauci and she doesn't even like him. Now I'm not saying that any of the tests might be designed to give false positives, but if enough of them were, we would have a brand new surge to scare the sheeple into even more compliance with tptb.

Paranoid? Maybe. But given how much we have been lied to and how far tptb have already pushed this, I don't think it is too much of a stretch of the imagination.

Paid extra a weeks back on my own to only wait to finally get the the kits. Stacked them with the Iver, Hydrox, and early treatment meds from SevenCells. Quite an interesting looking shelf. I was even able to help a PCR tested fully vaxxed relative who visited other fully vaxxed/boosted relatives in the People’s Republic of Arlington Virginia. They all got Covid.
When I picked her up from the airport -in the Free State of Florida- for an hour and a half ride, she was obviously sick. I thought I would finally get some antibodies, but as fate would have it, not today. At least I was able help… :kaid:
