So far the excuses obama has come up with were quite lame and if thats the best he can come up with and all the other judges back down based on these kind of excuses he has given, we have some judges to remove too. This judge is not backing down, but standing his ground and maybe they can't get any dirt on this judge and he's an American citizen and country first, judge second kind of guy

Of course, that is not the issue in this suit. Rather the issue is the President's name on the ballot in Georgia this next November. We will know more regarding this only after the election. Since the President is running as a Democrat, the Dems will likely tie this issue up in legal knots. After November, it will no longer matter (please see my previous paragraph).

President Barack Obama’s name will remain on the Georgia primary ballot after a state law judge flatly rejected legal challenges that contend he can not be a candidate.

In a 10-page order, Judge Michael Malihi dismissed one challenge that contended Obama has a computer-generated Hawaiian birth certificate, a fraudulent Social Security number and invalid U.S. identification papers. He also turned back another that claimed the president is ineligible to be a candidate because his father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of Obama's birth.

Publius, you must get the award on this thread for being the most wrong. This case went no where, did not set anything in motion, and is of extemely little import today.

I suspect you would judge yourself in extemely poor company having received this award, for I myself am a frequent recipient. Better luck in the future.
