Make bread and butter pickles. Slice them thinly, dip them in flavoring of whatever sort you like (ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning, etc.) and dry them. Make chunk pickles. Make cucumber salad with sliced onions, chunks of tomatoes and cucumbers, garlic, garlic, vinegar, water, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
