Do we somewhere have a list of all the cities that have had AntiFa-like trouble, where the gov, mayor, or PO-PO chief has told the rank and file to stand down?

Well they are NOT giving them ammo in Tulsa for security for DJT's rally...

This could end up being another Cleveland experience where they did NOT give the first wave the first nite ammo.
And when the Guard couldn't defend the fire companies, well...
The SECOND night they had ammo and USED IT to the consternation of the DinDus.

Which will become a flood. For those who stay on the job will be meaningless writing tickets for parking as opposed to real police work which takes balls. For us law abiding citizens the danger is acute-care easier to f with us than a real bad person.

Worked in a suburban Atlanta county FD for 27 years. Pre-planned a CDC research facility. 12 foot high fence with concertina wire....DOUBLE FENCED, with enough room to patrol with a four wheeler, between them) Room after room with huge cryogenic vats. We were told that they had nothing above lvl. 2 (rabies etc.) YEAH RIIIIIGGGGHHHHTTTT !!!!!!! This was in the late 90's , early 2000's !!!!!!!!!

Military as a backup, main force would be CDC police/Federal protective service (FPS) cops. We have FPS boys at the Pentagon-those guys make the cop that kneeled on the guy's neck look like a rank amateur. I think those guys are hired on the basis of anger management-the worse their management is, the better they are for the job. :)

CDC cops are probably armed like FBI police (yep they guard the FBI hoover building here). Those guys have issued H&K MP5s for their shifts.

But they're JUST 9mm rounds. Except they throw a WHOLE LOT of them REALLY FAST!!
