Hey guys. I am offering this to my friends here at TB2k.

I am diversifying away from Amazon a little and have set up shop at Smashwords as well. Unlike Amazon, I can put my books on sale whenever I want for whatever price I see fit.

I need to get my rankings up on Smashwords since I am just starting out there and a couple of my books are off of Amazon Select allowing me to put them up for sale elsewhere.

With Smashwords, you do not need a kindle. The formats available are epub (Nook, Sony, etc.), lrf (old Sony readers), mobi (kindle), pdf, rtf, txt, and html (Computer).

No more having to download a special app to read a free kindle book.

With the new versions I corrected a few minor errors. I hope you liked the ones you have, though.

In The Basics 4 Survival, I had a true brain fart that I couldn't find. One reviewer said that there was an error having 'to do with cold or something', but couldn't remember where. I always give my readers the benefit of the doubt, but try as I might I couldn't find the error. I finally found it through my narrator who asked me if a sentence was actually supposed to be worded in a certain way. (Cold water can kill you faster than cold water..... DUH)

The answer was no, it was not.

I fixed all of the versions today and re-uploaded.

In Surviving In America, I had another brain fart that a reviewer noted. For whatever reason I said SAW when I meant minigun... DUH. Slight difference especially when comparing to a Browning fifty-cal.

Wow, I have had quite a few downloads!

The codes are good for two more days for anyone wanting copies.

I noticed that the link for my new novella 'Meet Bill' looks like a part of the link for SIAUS. Should have used a space between them, sorry about that. There are two fiction books listed and not just one.

Well, guys, as far as I know today is the last day that the coupons are good. (21st is the expiration date. I do not know whether they will conk out at midnight, or whether they expire at a certain time on the 21st.)

If you want to get a copy of the books listed in the first post with a coupon, you better get one while the getting is good.
