Has No Life - Lives on TB
Www.hugosalutes.com
Today and tomorrow, Sams Clubs are giving out FREE Hugo canes to vets with mobility issues!
DH got one yesterday. He's 6'6" and about 275 lbs and this will work for him, even though the website states lower limits for height and weight. It is very well made and seems quite sturdy for being a folding cane. It is also adjustable, so I could even use it if necessary.
Quantities are limited, so hurry if you need/want one!
BTW, DH is ambulatory at this time with no assistive device. He does have peripheral neuropathy (not diabetic), and cannot feel his feet. It is slowly progressing, so he may very well need this in the future. Just saying this so you don't think you have to be an amputee or in a wheelchair or using an assistive device in order to get the free cane. And I'm pretty sure he took some form of military ID to show; not sure if they required it.
ETA, Sams Club membership is NOT required!
