Scaremongering. They always pick the worst use case of those ingredients when they do that.
Magnesium Carbonate is a medication used to treat low magnesium in the blood. It's naturally occurring and is commonly called "Dolomite".
Titanium Dioxide is frequently used as a food coloring.
Propylene Glycol is used in coffee-based drinks, liquid sweeteners, ice cream, whipped dairy products and soda.
The only thing on that list that's questionable is the ferric phosphate, and I would question whether that's actually added to the food deliberately.
