Excellent observation! Now when the Demos eventually take over let's see if they understand that.

When Trump took over, there were calls on all sides that the former adm be perp-walked into the slammer. At the time, I noted that if we started that, it would not be long before we had So. American politics. So better be sure the perp walk was understood by the voters.

Right now IMO, the average voter has no idea what unmasking is. One gets the impression that it was some sort of crime. Not so, I understand. The crime was leaking the info to the public.

Now I think the voters can understand illegal leaking. But all the MSM talks about is unmasking.

To your point, I do expect the perp walks to start when the Democrats take power once again. Either that or they will make threats of doing so to cower Republicans into falling in line.

I will say that I can understand your position to a point. However, by letting them go, or as Rush said " We do not go after previous presidents " That attituded sets ONE HELL OF A PRECEDENT !!!! AND A DANGEROUS ONE AS WELL !!!!

IT SIMPLE MEANS THAT A PRESIDENT CAN DO ANYTHING HE / SHE WANTS AND GET AWAY WITH IT !!!!

And that is what has happened. The old attitude of Truth Justice, & the American way, " Justice for all ", equal justice, Rule of Law. Well, all that has been proven to be garbage.

Gee, what are the limits on what a President can do ? I will answer that - NONE !!!!

We have returned to a feudal society. The political class, the " royals " are above the law ! Anyone with two brain cells knew it when we heard " Well, Hillarys good people, & she has suffered enough ".

And the talk some will offer of " well they can be impeached ! " Is just more mental masturbation !!!

Face it, there are two classes in our country, the elites " Royals ", and the rest of us " Serfs " If we serfs break some little law, they will send a swat team to your house. If you do not immediately surrender and go to jail for 30 years, they will burn your house down with you, & your family!!

If the elites do ANYTHING, they will skate, and at the worst, someone might say something bad about them in a tweet.

Actually I agree with you. I was simply stating the historical intent of not going after a President / VP once they leave office.

There has been no justice for some years now.

They will all escape the placing of charges as they still have "influence" and no one is getting a promotion if they go after the big guys.

Yes, the Republic is very dead. We are just waiting for it to stop flopping around so the shooting can start.

Am I pissed? Not in the slightest. To be pissed on my part would indicate that I could actually do something about it. Can I? Nope! So I see no reason to get pissed. Sad? Very much so.
