I’m watching America’s test kitchen and realized I have about five pounds of salmon fish heads in the deep freezer and should probably pull them to make fish head stew.
Last time I made this I didn’t not know that I was allergic to potatoes, citrus, or mushrooms. So now I’m at a loss other than maybe I should buy some leeks.
Recipe suggestions?
