So....what can we learn from this kids?

When do YOU get involved, when it becomes your turn...or when the opportunity arises.?

I give up.
This is why I don't take my children to abortion protests. Children shouldn't fight wars.

Having said that...30 agents storming his home when the civil case was already thrown out seems a bit... excessive.

Like I said, I think it's two different people who were shoved. The first guy wasn't injured; the old guy was.

The civil case was already thrown out of court. Some "pro-abortionist" was getting into it with a freaking 12-year-old and the father defended him.

Sounds like all of those officers need to lose their kids for thinking this was okay. Then let's see how they feel.

All those dumbasses did was create a martyr. And more than one given there were seven kids in the home and a wife.

Someone please do something about Garland. He is about the most incompetent idiot ever in that position.
Replace incompetent with "evil" or "demonic" and you've got it covered.

Th

The Fed court conviction rate is 99 percent.

This is true and illustrates the farce that is the US criminal justice system. If memory serves, even the KGB in the Soviet Union didn't quite have a 99% conviction rate. Their system let one slip through every once in awhile just so that they could prove to the world that they were 'fair.'

The way it (often) works in the US is that the prosecution 'stacks' multiple charges so that the prosecutor has bargaining chips to negotiate a plea bargain with the defense. IOW they might charge a suspect with seven crimes, of which five are bogus. Then the prosecutor makes a deal with the defense attorney to drop the five essentially bogus charges if the defense agrees to accept the two that the prosecution really wanted in the first place.

The defense attorney can then go to his client, proving what a great job he did by getting five of the seven charges dismissed. The client, even if he is found innocent, is now ruined and bankrupt behind legal fees.

The US justice system is perhaps just a hair behind the US medical system in being a completely legal, entrenched racket.

I know that not everything is about Ukraine however, I feel compelled to point out that
If there is this level of <fill in the blank> within the FBI,
then the edge of that razor that is holding back nuclear war is sharper than anyone will acknowledge.

This crap is too much! Every FBI agent involved in this from top to bottom should be fired. Just doing my job is not an excuse to not uphold their oath to this nation. How do we stop this?

Even during the era of der Führer, the dreaded People's Court in Berlin had only a 90 percent conviction rate.

The problem with this case is all of this could have been handled by a guy in uniform knocking on the door with a warrant to appear. The guy has 8 kids he is not going to jeopardize them and his wife. I know someone will say it happened before that someone did. Well they have raided the wrong house and killed people and nothing happened other than money exchange no one going to jail or being demoted. This was done to send message defy us and pay. I know my little town has a local unit to serve warrants so why was the fbi there anyway. Should be on the border fighting the cartel’s of organized crime but that’s not a good photo opportunity for your far left base.

“They had big, huge rifles pointed at Mark and pointed at me and kind of pointed throughout the house,” Ryan-Marie Houck told LifeSiteNews.com. “The kids were all just screaming. It was all just very scary and traumatic.”

The Biden Administration needs to explain why they are sending armored carriers and squads of agents to bully and harass pro-lifers.
But it’s OBVIOUS why the Deep State’s “sturmtruppen” are being used in this manner. The agency is now a KGB terror squad.

I wish we could just get passed all of the artillery and loss of life and go straight towards the bunker and dead and humiliated, drug addled Fuhrer. It would save so much time and wasted money.

I’ll tell you Houck’s mistake, and EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU had better take this to heart: he didn’t have a bodycam to record the event. Everyone needs a bodycam these days. If it’s not on video, it didn’t happen.

You all had better re-read that and take appropriate action.

Sounds like Cardassian courts. (Star Trek franchises after TOS. In a Cardassian court, you are always guilty. There is no such thing as not guilty. The “trial” is simply to get everything on the record. You are not allowed a defense. The penalty is always death.)

Spinning up factions of the Catholic Church has never been a good idea no matter the disposition of the Pope at the time.
Spinning up Jesuits might be a LOT more dangerous than they realize. A FEW of those guys (not all but a few) remembers their organizational history. One day, the collars disappear, and Father X walks out the back door of the Rectory and vanishes. Things happen half a country away, and after 10 days or 4 months Father X shows back up at the Rectory, with a new tan, and just takes up where he left off. Giving him NO connection to ANY of the messes that actually made it to the news media.

The Thought Police Lyrics
Thought police
They will put you under
The thought police
They will take you in
The thought police
They will clean your mind out
The thought police
You can never win
You can never win
You can never, never, never, never, never win
There are people around with problems
Those who live in fear
Running from the shadows
Waiting for another year
Thought of the secrets
Secrets of the mind
Thoughts can spell out danger
To the leaders of the time

Thought police
They will put you under
The thought police
They will take you in
The thought police
They will clean your mind out
The thought police
You can never win
You can never win
You can never, never, never, never, never win

Thoughts are fleeting glimpses
Of the future or the past
They lock ideas in a bottle
It's time to break the glass
Hiding out in the daytime
Crawling through the night
Keeping out of danger
Just trying to find the light

Sigh...................... two different guys. Read it again. *old nun raps your knuckles with ruler*

I don't think it matters whether or not it was two different men. I don't think it matters if Mr. Houck shoved someone or not.

I do think it matters that the FBI felt it necessary to send 30 armed agents to the man's home to arrest him.

This wasn't an armed stand-off. This was a guy sitting at home with his wife and kids. Now the kids are all traumatized. Again, this is why I don't take my kids to protests. Of course I don't really go to protests anymore either...I'm more of a Eucharistic Procession type of person these days. I let the twenty-somethings protest. They will anyway.

Same "victim", two different occasions apparently. And the plaintiff was apparently verbally abusive to Houck's son both times.

An anti-abortion activist from Upper Bucks County is facing federal charges for allegedly twice assaulting and injuring an elderly male volunteer acting as an patient escort for a Planned Parenthood clinic in Philadelphia.
Mark Houck, 48, of Kintersville, was charged by indictment with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrance Act, which makes it a federal crime to use force with intent to injure, intimidate or interfere with someone providing reproductive health care.
Houck made his initial appearance in U.S. Eastern District Court in Philadelphia on Friday. If convicted, he faces a maximum possible sentence of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and up to $350,000 in fines.

The charge against Houck stems from two incidents that occurred on Oct. 13, 2021, at the Planned Parenthood Elizabeth Blackwell Health Center on Locust Street, where he allegedly assaulted a 72-year-old volunteer escort identified in documents by the initials B.L.

In the first incident, B.L. was attempting to escort two patients exiting the clinic, when Houck shoved him to the ground, according to federal prosecutors. In the second incident, Houck verbally confronted B.L. and again shoved him to the ground in front of the Planned Parenthood center, causing injuries that required medical attention.

“Assault is always a serious offense, and under the FACE Act, if the victim is targeted because of their association with a reproductive health care clinic, it is a federal crime,” U.S. Attorney Jacqueline Romero said in a statement.

Online sources list Houck as the founder of a Catholic men's organization called "The King's Men." He has been protesting outside the Blackwell clinic for the last 20 years, according to an article in the Philadelphia Inquirer earlier this year.

Tim McVeigh was a great man, he tried to do something about these JBT.

But ya know back the blue and all that.
I remember seeing the surveillance footage of McVeigh and another man pull up and park the rental truck. Soon after the surveillance footage was released it was pulled from all news and McVeigh was said to be the sole bomber with never another mention of the other man who got out of the truck. The next thing was to claim McVeigh was a member of the militia which was also another lie spread by the feds. McVeigh had only attended a few militia meetings that were open to the public and was not a member of the militia. Next thing I saw was the videotaped interviews with the first responders and explosive experts in which many publicly stated the main explosion came from inside the building at key support points (evidence showed the support beams were blown outward not inward from the truck bomb) and the blast from the truck bomb was incapable of collapsing the building. Once again, all those interviews with the first responders who did not follow the narrative the feds were pushing were pulled from the news and everybody in the media stopped talking about it. The correct and more likely term for the OK city bombing would be a "false flag operation". Much like the 9-11 attack which when researched leaves far more questions than answers. Just about every foiled "so called" terrorist attack since 9-11 has been financed, planned, and manufactured by the feds. People should wonder what the odds are that the terrorist attacks and mass shooting that did take place were also financed, planned, and manufactured by the feds but somehow were successfully implemented due to deviations from the initial planned attacks without notifying the feds informant or undercover agent or maybe to get the desired outcome the feds wanted enough death and destructions to swing public opinion in the desired direction.

THIS is why they went for him. You just cannot shove and injure the elderly trying to access a building. Did they have to send the FBI? I wouldn't think so, but they did -- it's a federal charge. If he'd kept his hands off the old man he would not be having this problem today:

From above:

The FBI confirmed to CNA Friday that Houck was arrested outside his residence Friday morning “without incident.” In a press release, the U.S. attorney’s office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said that Houck is being charged with a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, more commonly referred to as the FACE Act.

The federal indictment says that Houck twice assaulted a 72-year-old man who was a patient escort at a Planned Parenthood clinic at 1144 Locust St. in Philadelphia on Oct. 13, 2021. First, Houck shoved the escort, identified only with the initials B.L., to the ground as B.L was attempting to escort two patients, the indictment says. Houck also “verbally confronted” and “forcefully shoved” B.L. to the ground in front of Planned Parenthood the same day, the indictment says. The indictment says that B.L. was injured and needed medical attention.

If he is convicted, Houck could face up to 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $350,000, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.

But Mzkitty you have to explain to us why the way way over the top show of force.
