POL FCC COMPLAINT ABOUT MEDIA TRUMP BIAS #2 11-21-2016

:kaid: I posted a while back that I had filled a formal FCC, Federal Communication Commission, complaint against the cable channel CNN. I also posted that the complaint was dismissed within 24 hours, due to the "fact" that the FCC has "no authority" to deal with Cable TV content or bias. I guess the Time Warner lobbyists paid off the politicians for several decades in the 1999 Telecommunications Act.
Well, Doomer Doug, being Doomer Doug, don't take no fecal material off of anybody. So, after watching the CBS 60 Minutes TV interview between that #%%%% Leslie Stahl and Donald Trump, it was said CBS slowed down Trump's speech by 15 percent to make him sound like an idiot. Imagine that, gang a media conspiracy to make Trump look bad.

Since in the FCC, screw off peasant, email reply to my first complaint, they mentioned they only dealt with broadcast TV. Well, since I filled out the complaint form, which also has no space for content, or bias, issues, I sent it in. Here is what I actually wrote. I also sent a copy of this to Trump via his share your idea website. I don't actually expect to hear back from him, although I did suggest they set up an auto reply for it.
At any rate, I have no expectations the FCC whores will do anything about this. However, I am going to keep tweaking their Marxist noses until I get tired of it, which will take a decade at least.

I CAN'T TELL YOU, DENNIS HOW MUCH FUN I AM HAVING F#%%%% WITH THE BRAINDEAD GOVERNMENT AND SNOWFLAKES. Oh, it is like clubbing baby seals!

FCC COMPLAINT CBS 11-201-2016

I complained about the biased media coverage of Mr. Trump by CNN and you blew me off. I am now filing a formal complaint against CBS News, which I KNOW you regulate, officially for the public, but after Project Veritas and Wikileaks, I know what whores all of you really are.
At any rate, I have read that CBS intentionally slowed down the speed of Mr. Trump's speech by 15 seconds. CBS intentionally did this in order to make Trump look like a fool.
So, I am filing a complaint about that. I want you to look into whether CBS actually did it, and if they did I want you to hold them accountable, as a holder of a public license to the airwaves. I am also sending Trump a copy of this complaint to let him know whether you will bother to do your job this time. Trump was elected. We won. You should get used to it. We are going to hold the totally corrupt media to account for its lies and abuse. I see you don't even have corruption, or TV bias listed. How typical of you. I will list Internet/net neutrality and you will say it doesn't cover TV. I watched 60 minutes online by the way. Since you sold out the American consumer by letting the corporations get billions of dollars worth of the public airwaves back in 2009, I haven't had TV in my apartment because I can't pick it up. Drain the Swamp!

I am assuming CBS used a time delay lapse system. The exact same 7 second, or percent one, they use to keep nasty words off the air.
I listened to the show online and I noticed there was a significant delay in Trump's responses. I don't expect the FCC to do anything other than ignore me this time too. I am just interested to see that since they said they couldn't investigate CNN because they had no authority to do so, and the reason they gave was it was a cable company., whether they will even bother to investigate CBS, which they do have legal authority to regulate. Besides, I really do enjoy screwing with their heads.

I haven't watched television since 2009 because when they sold off the analog and went to digital I can't get a signal in my apartment. It could be Jon Stewart?

You were all correct. They sent me an email with lawyer boilerplate saying they will use it to see if CBS needs to be monitored more closely. So much for FCC regulation of broadcast TV.

The FCC has 5 commissioners. 3 of them are Democrats appointed by Obama and two are Republicans. They have terms of office so I don't know how long it will be for Trump to get a 3 to 2 majority.

The FCC is also having to deal with a massive sexual harassment issue related to some of their employees viewing porn at work. They also harassed a woman who complained about it.

DRAIN THE SWAMP. I still say Trump needs to repeal the 1999 law that allow such massive concentration of media by seven large corporations. If you really want to go after CNN, you need to go after the corporate owners.

Two of Donald Trump’s new advisors that will lead his transition team’s FCC and telecommunications policies may give an insight into the future of net neutrality. Jeff Eisenach and Mark Jamison are strong opponents of net neutrality, which bars internet service providers from giving preferred treatment to some forms of online content or services.
Both Eisenach and Jamison have a long history of battling net neutrality, as highlighted by their resumes. Eisenbach once worked as a consultant for Verizon and in 2014 and solidified his stance on net neutrality by telling a Senate Judiciary Committee, “Net neutrality would not improve consumer welfare or protect the public interest.” He also wrote in a blog post, “Net neutrality is crony capitalism pure and simple.” Jamison, on the other hand, once worked for Sprint’s lobbying team. The duo have appeared to vigorously worked to battle net neutrality, which is a policy stance they share with the president-elect:

Obama’s attack on the internet is another top down power grab. Net neutrality is the Fairness Doctrine. Will target conservative media.

Net neutrality has been a fiercely debated topic, as it could turn the world wide web into the wild west. Gizmodo reports how, without the regulations, internet providers could have a field day with price gouging:
“For example, without net neutrality rules, internet providers like Comcast and Verizon could charge internet subscribers more for using sites like Netflix. The FCC’s net neutrality rules would protect consumers from paying exorbitant fees for internet use.”
In June, a court ruled against broadband companies’ case for repealing net neutrality, with President Obama even putting his foot down on the matter. But with Eisenach and Jamison at the helm of the FCC and telecommunications team, the future of net neutrality could be up in the air.
