Oh, TOO funny! We had (HAD! being the operative word) a Dexter cow named Karen. She was a big (for a Dexter) horned dun, and she was naturally wild. We tamed her enough to be able to tie her in the barn each evening and handle her, but man... she tried to kill us every time she calved. And what started as a 24 hour issue with her first calf turned into her chasing people out of the pasture all summer long... which was when she got nicknamed "Hamburger", and went to freezer camp shortly after weaning her last calf.
For some reason, the name never clicked with me until you posted that. But it sure fit her!
