Woke Microsoft has added a Pride flag to the widgets board located on the taskbar of Windows 11 to demonstrate its allegiance to the LGBT agenda. Here’s how to disable it.

GeekerMag reports that Microsoft has added a Pride flag to the widget board of its newest operating system, Windows 11, as a gesture of support for Pride Month.

The decision appears to be an effort by Microsoft to display its commitment to diversity and inclusion. The company believes in the woke LGBT agenda to such a degree that it does give users the option to remove the pride flag from their desktop. Despite Microsoft forcing the icon on all users, there are a few workarounds to remove the pride flag.

There are no settings or options for removing the Pride flag directly in Windows 11’s settings app, widget board settings, or anywhere else. This leaves you with the following choices:
  1. Hide the Widgets panel.
  2. Uninstall the Widgets panel entirely and reinstall it later (or never!).
Here are the steps to hide the Widgets panel in Windows 11:
  1. Right-click on the Taskbar and select ‘Taskbar settings’.
  2. In the Taskbar settings page, under ‘Taskbar items’, toggle off the Widget button. The Widget, and thus the Pride flag, will no longer appear. You can undo these changes to restore the Widget at any point.
And here is how to completely remove Widgets from Windows 11 – and later reinstall them if needed:

Uninstalling Widgets:

  1. Click on the Start button and select Windows Terminal (Admin).
  2. Execute the following command in the terminal: winget uninstall "windows web experience pack".
  3. Wait for a few seconds until the “Source agreement terms” option appears, then click Yes to continue.
  4. Wait for a few more seconds until you get the confirmation that the uninstallation is completed.
  5. Reboot your device. After this, Widgets will no longer work or run in the background, and it won’t appear in the Taskbar items section in Windows 11.

Reinstalling Widgets:

  1. Download the Windows Web Experience pack by launching a browser and visiting this link.
  2. Click on the Get button which will take you to the store from where you can download the app.
  3. Once the download completes, restart the Settings app.
  4. Navigate to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar items. Here, turn ON Widgets.
  5. This will bring back the Widgets on the taskbar, and you can start using them again

Breitbart Tech’s position is that widgets are not a particularly important part of the user experience for most readers, so you aren’t losing much by disabling or uninstalling them. Having said that, most novice and intermediate users are better off disabling the feature rather than uninstalled through the Windows terminal.

I'm running Win11, have Widgets turned on, but no "pride flag" to be seen. Maybe it's only certain versions of Win21?

This is interesting to me. I don’t see a pride flag on my task bar. But it’s good to know there are ways to work around this imposed woke nonsense. I did recently remove all US holidays from Google calendar in order to not have the offensive recently fabricated holidays. I will instead mark the traditional holidays as appointments.

Saved, to glorify God.
They don't know they are in WORSE TROUBLE with God than
Homosexuals, Trans, and bisexuals who quietly commit their
sin without asserting they are doing " nothing wrong".

If you support this never say or do anything to show others your support. You dont have to commit homosexual sin yourself, in order to be guilty of it! Because doing so encourages other people to commit whatever sin, who might not do so without your support. Dont fly a pride flag or wear a gay pride shirt. A person who sins is in his own trouble, because God knows he is morally weak, but not as great as a person who advocates for sin who may convince hundreds or thousands of people to sin, depending on their personal degree of influence over others. Celebrities watch out, be careful of what you approve! Dont go to pride parades or drag shows

That goes for all sin. Those who say it is normal and right are in deep doo doo, more than those who actually do the sin.

I have a new laptop with Windows 11. I see you can log in via facial recognition. If this technology is present with 11, I'm wondering if it was running in the back ground in earlier versions undetected.

Maybe this is all going to be integrated with AI in the future. They will track your every movement. Maybe when you log into a device, it's via facial image and you have to give praise to the AI verbally every time to access your money or other accounts.

Definitely the beast system, imo.
