MADRID, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Spain's economy could take until 2011 to recover from the global credit crisis which will leave behind a swelling public sector deficit, Treasury Secretary Carlos Ocana said on Tuesday.

Prior to the Lehman collapse, Spain's government had forecast a rebound by 2010 but now sees risks of lower than expected growth next year and a higher than estimated deficit, Ocana told Reuters during an interview...."
