Ok, I have a question. Maybe it has been answered and is in a long thread that I missed. But, if there is an Ebola test that 19 days into 'self-monitoring', the Presby lab worker was deemed Ebola free, then why was Louise Troh +3 and all the others not afforded the same test?
Am I missing something here?
