What is the difference between a durable PoA and a regular PoA?
I'm also doing a seperate Medical PoA which I suggest everyone does.
Also document your pre end of life wishes on a seperate document for a total of 3 docs that are notarized.
Also in Texas all PoA have to be filed with the court.
But not your pre end of life wishes. Life being what it is you may want to tell the person with your pre end of life wishes to forget that as you did not plan for this specific EoL situation.
