CORONA Dollar General mandatory vaccine survey

In Novemember Dollar General will be conducting a mandatory vaccine status survey to see how many employees have gotten the covid shots or not. I have worked for them till 2017 and not once has a survey been mandatory.

None of their stores around here can keep help now. I wouldn't work for the tight bastards. They have one woman per shift who is expected to run the register and stock shelves and then are always complaining that too much is being stolen. There is no way 1 woman can be stocking shelves in the back of the store and still watch to see that no one carries something out the front door.

I rarely shop there anyway. Most of the DG stores here are crowded, messy, with sticky floors.

Somebody in hr decided to give the appearance they were doing something.

Once the osha edict gets disseminated lawsuits will be filed.
Only then will they have enough information to make rules. All the while saying " we had no choice, we're only following the law".

Companies that got out in front of this mess are seeing how problematic it has become. Southwest airlines and multiple police departments are examples.
