I have 4 4x4 raised beds. I gave used 1 for tomatoes one for squash/cucumber one for peppers and one for cantalopes/misc. I was planning on putting the veggies back into the same beds this year but was wondering if I should switch them up....any advice?

MARANTHA!! Even so, come LORD JESUS!!!
Yes, when you don't rotate your crops, you deplete the soil of the nutrients that particular crop needs. But MORE important, it creates an easy environment for specific plant diseases to hibernate and then flourish when you plant the same crop, or plants in the same family of crops>>>>for instance, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers and potatoes are all part of the nightshade family. They are prone to develop wilts of various types, nematodes on their roots and other issues. Planting in the same area year after year increases the likelihood that you will have issues with these problems.
