TECH Did I miss the memo? What happened to Bold, Italic and Underline?

Um...they're...they're all still there.
Look right above the dialogue at the big B, the slanted I, and the U with an _ under it.
You can still bold, italicize, and underline at will.
And yet another person accidentally turned off their formatting. Can someone help him out? I'm sick of repeating it.
Click the little gear thingee at the right of the toolbar.
I'm scared to touch anything now. The one that says "extensions"?

There is no end to the humiliation of the elderly. I hit the gear thingy and there are all kinds of directions, none that seem to apply to my problem.

Troke, I'm there with you. I'm sitting in Webinars (online seminars) where the instructors are rambling on about the do's and don't's of using tables with mobile content (business reports that can be read on smart phones), and they may as well be speaking Greek.
I think I'm just going to set up a web page and drop links into reports meant to be read on phones. I suspect that few of the users actually read the entire report in the first place -- they just look at the executive summary. Phones are mostly used to skim material quickly from what I can see.

One has to take the time to learn the software on the various devices they use. As I have repeatedly stated:
THIS SOFTWARE HAS **FOUR** DISPLAY MODES DEPENDING ON THE DEVICE AND PORTRAIT/LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION.
So don't ask me to change ANYTHING about the way things display. It's not going to happen. Learn the freakin software. I had to (and am not even close to being done yet.)
