GOV/MIL DHS Approves Risk of Tranferring Plum Island to America's Heartland

It is kind of like the radiation from Fukishima and the risk of vaccinations. The Department of Homeland Security has finished and approved the risk involved to Americans bringing dangerous pathogens into the heartland of America. Basically, DHS has changed the risk factor for this facility to be brought onto the mainland. This issue was discussed by our Congress and put to a vote during the initial Plum Island years. It was decided by our Congress that it was to dangerous to bring these types of pathogens to the mainland and so they were relegated to an old Army facility off Long Island, NY and the source of much controversy and very unusual "bugs" and occurrences popping up in the area. Now DHS has trumped Congress, once again, in defiance of our Constitution and usurped our Republic form of governance. This is very telling not only where we stand as a nation but also when the BIO Bomb will fall.

Take everyone in the government and drop them off on Plum Island and once they go threw the decontamination process I think they may change their minds and refurbish Plum Island.

Decontamination? They should go through the contamination process! I am not some Peta person but if you have ever seen images or footage of what those poor experimental animals go through after they are exposed to weaponized pathogens, it is ugly my friend, very ugly. These politicians should get a good taste to see how the other side lives..or dies.

Scenario:

1. Absolutely. I have FOIA documents talking about it will happen.
2. Not sure but it is a possibility....but the G 8 has moved to supposedly Camp David, but remember those peace talks with Clinton and Arafat? They were not at Camp David, they were held at a FEMA facility over in MD. So the East Coast might be safe for awhile longer. Then again, FOIA documents did indicate a bio in PA (no date given). I gave my friends in PA a heads up once I received the documentation.

I still believe eventually the entire United States will be eradicated of all humanity, releasing bio weapons is a good start, it kills off many without much effort, is easy to disburse via aircraft, vaccinations, walmart, food supplies, water sources, so widespread contamination would be easy and all but undetectable. Let's talk about KS - it is second only to TX in the amount of beef processing plants. A whispered suspicion of Hoof and Mouth disease there can make the Chicago Trade drop instantly (gossip travels fast). It is bisected by not only I-70, but also I- 35. Yes, I think it's the perfect place to move the lab. Oh yeah, there's also no wind in KS to help spread airborne stuff.

Coastlands are off limits due to the Scenic Wild Rivers Act and Clean Water Act, there is one more (haven't finished my coffee and it is almost chore time) but the jest of it is that nobody can live within 30 miles of any water. That would be ocean, river, stream, or mud-puddle.

Yes, it is for real, they passed them in the 90's and let them sit on the books until the right time and that time is nearly here.

I live on Long Island and have several friends that have had Lyme disease. I swear both Lyme disease, named for Lyme CT where it was first discovered, and West Nile disease was leaked from there by birds! My in-laws have a place on the north fork of Long Island and the ferry runs from there to Plum Island. I believe a book was even written about it.

A lot of people here in Kansas argued against it from the beginning, but between TPTB and those with visions of federal $$ signs dancing in their heads no one listened. On the bright side--last week the news was released that after re-designs and changes in the plans there is only a 1 in 1000 chance of an accidental release in the next 50 years rather than a 70% chance! They decided to make sure it was hardened against tornadoes (imagine that!) and discovered that there was a fault line through the area so plans for earthquake hardening were needed as well.

And again on the positive side, the whole project is running into major delays due to lack of funding. Seems that Congress has never gotten around to giving the project any real funds yet, only $50 million so far. Basically enough to do some talking and paperwork.

This part really made me shake my head--

The council was particularly concerned with “the risks associated with the daily cleaning of large animal rooms,” and the government’s earlier failure to consider the lab’s proximity to the Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine clinics and KSU football stadium.”

The NBAF is sited about two BLOCKS from the Vet School and the stadium.

Don't let this adjusted risk assessment provide any comfort. There are acceptable risks and that is what they decided. The lab bio security will be where they cut funds. And they knew very well the vet facility was nearby and the stadium, it was in public testimony.

The book is Lab 257 and if you want to read an eye opening book this is a good one to read. I also believe Lyme was begun there as well as West Nile. They love tick disease but any vector disease will do in a pinch. Any disease that compromises the immune system you can bet your bottom dollar it originated at Plum Island. Did you ever see or hear about those monsters that washed up on the beach?

Have you ever done a side by side study of the Plagues of Egypt and Revelation? Incredible! God wanted the Egyptians to know that He was God, the same with today, and the plagues were a means to destroy or show the He, God of Heaven and Earth, was more powerful than Egypt's gods. Yshua, Jesus begins His ministry with a similar show of strength (though not with plagues as at this time His ministry was going to be healing) with changing the Waters of Purification made from the Red Heifer, Parah Adumah, into wine at the wedding in Cana, demonstrating that He had superior power over the most holy water that cleansed all of Israel.

In the Hebrew there is a concept of living dead, being biologically alive but spiritually dead. I tremble with the word you used crosshairs because many of the new documents have a bullseye or crosshair either as a watermark or part of the logo, It has been this way maybe 6 months.

Doesn't the Word say though if anyone hurts one of these little ones? (Jesus talking at the Sermon on the Mount I believe) Then, it would be better if that person (s) had never been born. Pagan countries have an excuse because they never claim to be followers of God. Our country has not only aborted babies and is considering infanticide, but think of all the mutations from food and vaccination, etc... like autism, injuring those poor little children. I can't see God holding harmless those participated in harming children. Not to mention all the other abominations our country is engaging in while claiming to be Christian or at the very least spiritual (religious) nation.
