The local police are a personal police department of the mayor of the day.

Let me give my 2 cents on what's happening in Denver. Our family moved there in 1970. It was still basically a western cow town, very laid back but with strong values. In the early 70's Colorado, and particularly Denver was being invaded by rich Kalifornians looking for a New Tahoe, Vegas, that the New Rich could afford. Colorado has all the Liberal calling cards to pull in their money, multiple college towns, many reginal airports, great skiing and recreation, and Big Military and Big Tech. A liberal paradise, that had been kept as a good secret for many years. Once the word got out, it was over for Colorado. The Liberal Parasites and hanger on Cock Roaches killed it's great future. It's Never coming back to Paradise.

on up here in noco .ain't these are not cheap. .a lot people from California are moving here ..
This is part of the covid 19 fall out .with rich people moving out of high density population areas to so called cheaper less populated areas

Now they are turning less populated areas into heavy populated areas .

Really agree with this! My two younger sisters moved to the Denver area (Aurora) in 1972. Both got good jobs and loved the town and area. Both married native Colorado guys. I visited at least 20 times over the last 40 years. Loved the area initially. The one sister has moved to North Carolina, near the coast, after her husband passed 3 years ago. The other moved out of Aurora to a mountain home near a town called Masonville (near Loveland ). The one still in Colorado now only goes near Denver to use the airport. That city is now a liberal dump in her opinion.
