The Cruz and Trump campaigns in Iowa have been making the same mistake in using get-out-the-vote strategies without making sure that the voters that they're targeting are actually supporting the candidate that they're working for.

In the case of the Trump campaign, the reporter who wrote of that mistake in Iowa was banned from Trump events.
