LEGAL Constitutional No Tresspassing Signs

For the last 10 years there has been a war raging regarding Constitutional No Trespassing Signs. They have been very effective in deterring vector agencies out of private peoples properties, but it appears as the winds of change are in the air.

I had Federal DOJ on site today looking into the legality of Constitutional No Trespassing Signs. In the past these signs were honored, but...ya know how things are these days.

So this is a heads up to be prepared for a breach and however you want to handle that breach on your private property.

Here in New Mexico we use the NARLO signs, and if we have a breech, the Sheriffs office will take care of it. Our sheriff is one tough dude, he told the feds to go to hell and stopped them from harassment when it came to one of our citizens who does not pay income taxes. He has enforced the NARLO signs to the max, in fact, he tells everyone to put up the NARLO signs and he will enforce them.

Sounds good. So have any others of you stopped paying income taxes?

Ran into an old friend I had not seen since high school. I asked him what he had been doing these past years. He said 7 to 10. I asked what he meant. He said he went to a seminar where some guy (selling a book) explained why income taxes are unconstitutional, so he followed the advice and stopped paying income taxes, until he came home to find a whole herd of fed agents in his house waiting for him. Wife let them in. He recently finished his 7 to 10 for not paying his income taxes for 10 yrs.

Heh! Must be the same author, he got sued by somebody who ended up in the slammer for following his advice. His defense was that he was not responsible for what others might do. Court agreed.
