I have a friend that is a private driver. I share whatever information I get with him because frequently the private drivers don't get that information. But he also doesn't do shipments from normal stores. He does the "oddball" ones that people have problems getting done.

Info...whatever you have...is important in today's world.

Son's company has something...an app?...and for each place he goes, he can look up notes from other drivers (and to which he contributes). "Will not let you use the restroom." "Can park overnight." "Must back down alley to dock." This is invaluable. It's a large company, and very driver-focused.
