Clem Part III

Now that he was inside, Clem desperately needed water. A waitperson approached and said, "What'll you have?" Clem said, "About a gallon of water and a salad. And put the salad on this." With that, he handed her a hubcap. She looked puzzled and said, "OK on the water, but why do you want your salad on this?" Clem said, "It's Christmas, isn't it?" She said, "Yes, it is." Clem then said, "Well, everybody knows at Christmas there's no plate like chrome for the hollandaise."

Later that night Clem was told he needed help for his drinking. So he hired a bartender.
