The juxapositional irony is simply horrorific. The subject doesn't matter to the goverment anymore. Why bother. Too many "extra" and "non-essential" people in too many places-but especially in the key target areas. There is no easy solution, but I would recommend that individuals look to the goverment for "prevention," but should that fail...it's simply up to them. The cavalry just ain't coming.
