Many of my customers ( manufacturing industry) were just starting to come out of the Covid crush from last year. Unless it was manufacturing for Covid related “ everyone“ had a terrible year. My region was down 25% from 2019.
October, November started to see a better trend. Dec was another turning point and it’s heading south again. The election was a killer for many being hopeful for 2021. Right out the shoot things are down from 2020. If this new virus locks us up again ... many big manufactures won’t survive this time.
On another note my wife and I went to buy a LG washer and dryer last weekend. What We wanted was back ordered until May 2021, subject to change.

We're finishing up a remodel. DH and I bought almost all the needed components and supplies ahead of the work. We had to wait on some appliances and some electrical as well.
Sterling, it's Covid. Several guys who go from factory to factory got trapped and are now stuck away from home again, they emailed pics to the hubby today of the roads being blocked again (they just bring in huge rocks and earth blocking the roads) and guards are standing watch so no one passes. They may be there awhile.

No that is correct. They built a 1,500 room isolation hospital in 5 days there this week. They are supposed to build 5,000 more next week. Here is the article talking about it. Thanks for the reply!! My wife is currently in Tianjin with her parents. This is really close. Lots of workers commute from Tianjin to that area. The news in China isn't talking about it much.

Yeah.....I'm thinking it must be much worse than they are saying if they are building things like that. Trying to get the truth out of there is tough.
