Food Chicken Canning Opportunity

Just a heads up. I got an email through my homeschool loop. There was a restaurant supplier that couldn't get rid of its supply of boneless, skinless, unbreaded chicken tenders because the restaurants are not open. So, they were selling a case of 40lbs of chicken tenders for $40. I got 120 lbs for $120. My mom and I are going to can it in the next few days. There should be opportunities like this coming up here and there.

Thanks! I’ll check with a couple of places that might have similar deals since rumor is some places that had opened may have to close again. Better to be prepared than not.
