Canning Canner lost pressure. Do I restart?

Was canning cooked hamburger and the flame went out at the 60 minute time mark. I decided to start the time over per Ball book. Did I need to? Will it be over processed or bad texture/taste? Learning curve time

According to everything I know and read about pressure canning starting over was the right thing to do. There probably will be a texture change but I don’t think the flavor would be bad.
